Horrible
service.
Went
in
today
at
1:21
pm
to
order
my
mom
a
Java
Chip
Frap.
The
store
was
empty.
They
had
more
employees
than
customers.
Waited
at
the
cashier
for
a
full
2
minutes
to
place
my
order.
The
employees
saw
me
but
all
ignored
my
presence.
I
had
to
get
their
attention
by
saying
"excuse
me,
can
I
order
please?".
Immediately,
all
of
them
gave
me
the
look
as
in
I
was
bothering
them.
Then
one
male
employee
took
my
order.
I
thought
it
was
the
end
of
it.
BUT
NO.
There
were
people
came
in
after
us.
GUESS
WHAT?
THEY
ALL
GOT
THEIR
ORDERS
BEFORE
I.
At
least
5
orders
of
drinks
and
pastries.
I
came
up
to
the
"Pick
Up"
area
and
made
an
inquiry
of
my
order,
the
girl
was
confused.
But
when
she
looked
at
the
cups
in
front
of
her,
she
found
my
order.
My
cup
was
still
empty.
She
found
my
order
by
the
name
on
the
cup
label.
She
then
reached
for
the
blender
and
poured
the
java
chip
into
my
cup.
I
could
how
diluted
it
was
because
it
had
been
in
the
blender
for
too
long.
She
then
gave
me
the
drink
without
the
chocolate
that
was
included
in
the
order.
She
went
back.
Opened
the
lid.
Squeezed
in
the
chocolate.
Then
gave
the
drink
to
me.
It
was
filthy.
The
drink
had
poured
out
from
the
cup
and
formed
two
thick
lines
on
it.
It
was
unacceptable
and
unsanitary.
I
asked
her
for
a
new
one.
She
then
poured
the
existing
one
into
a
new
cup.
I
witnessed
the
whole
thing
in
shock.
And
the
whole
time,
another
person
was
talking
to
her
while
looking
at
me.
I
am
sure
they
did
that
on
purpose
because
I
asked
to
place
my
order
at
the
beginning.
I
made
a
call
to
their
headquarters
right
away
and
was
advise
that
a
ticket
has
been
sent
to
the
store
and
that
I
could
get
another
one
at
no
charge
but
once
is
enough.
I
will
still
support
Starbucks
but
never
at
this
location.
Avoid
this
location
at
all
cost
if
you
don't
want
to
be
treated
poorly
and
disrespectful.
