5/5 F S. 1 year ago on Google
This
is
my
first
visit
in
this
office
and
I
found
home.
I
was
very
nervous
and
a
bit
embarrassed
because
I
know
I
have
been
bad,
really
bad.
The
last
time
I
went
to
dentist
was
five
years
ago,
and
before
that?
Maybe
few
years
prior...
And
never
at
the
same
dental
office.
l
have
been
abandoning
my
teeth
for
a
long
time.
I
hated
going
to
the
dentist
in
general
because
those
visits
made
me
feel
bad;
it
made
me
feel
bad
with
how
bad
my
teeth
are,
and
how
much
money/time
I
need
to
invest
to
resolve
those
issues.
But
it
did
not
happen
this
time
around!
Dr
Kong
and
the
whole
staff
made
me
feel
at
ease
and
treated
me
with
respect.
They
listen
to
me,
answer
my
question,
gave
me
their
professional
opinion
and
NOT
UP
SELLING.
My
first
visit
consists
of
x-ray
and
deep
cleaning,
upon
examination
Dr.
Kong
explained
to
me
what
needs
to
be
done,
and
his
staff
gave
me
a
clear
estimate
for
current
and
further
works.
Because
they're
not
pushing,
I
felt
more
at
ease
to
open
up,
share
my
issues,
worries
and
what
I
was
thinking
to
do.
I
can
ask
questions
at
ease.
I
asked
them
about
wisdom
teeth
removals
(which
weren't
part
of
the
recommendation
they
gave
me;
they
recommended
fillings
and
crowns
to
start
with),
and
they
explained
to
me
options,
they
saved
me
a
lot
of
money
by
giving
me
options
to
remove
the
wisdom
teeth
two
at
a
time,
which
costing
(after
insurance)
me
less
than
half
than
if
I
were
removing
all
4
at
the
same
time.
Dr.
Kong
even
told
me
to
hold
on
putting
crown
on
one
of
my
teeth
and
hold
on
doing
implant
when
he
found
out
that
I'm
considering
to
do
braces,
which
I
appreciate;
they're
putting
me
first,
not
their
bottom
line.
I
informed
Dr.
Kong
that
January
would
be
my
busiest
time
of
the
year
at
work,
and
I
want
to
do
my
treatments
in
December.
Despite
December
being
his
busiest
time
of
the
year,
He
worked
with
me
on
scheduling,
he
did
me
a
favor
and
made
it
happen
(except
my
second
part
of
wisdom
teeth
removal
will
be
in
January,
he
said
I
should
space
it
out
because
I
need
to
recover).
THANK
YOU
DR.
KONG!
So
how
much
does
a
person
who
visit
dental
office
every
five
years
like
this
office?
Well,
before
I
left,
I
scheduled
3
more
visits
for
the
next
two
months
to
take
care
of
my
issues.
I
trust
Dr.
Kong,
and
I
trust
this
office.
