A really nice hotel, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants close by. We had a junior suite, which was a really nice space if staying for a few days. A few small improvements would have made it perfect but by no means had any negative effect on our stay. The shower cubicle did leak, so the bathroom floor got very wet at times, only chairs on the balcony, a small table would be a nice improvement as would a table by the sofa in the living room space. Plenty of wardrobe space, however anyone under 6 feet will not be able to hang clothes as the hanging rod is way too high, although plenty of shelves and drawers so not a huge problem. A large TV in both the bedroom and living room which is nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property has an amazing location, the end. The staff although some are very nice, are mostly clueless and unhelpful. The facilities are super dated, the rooms are particularly in desperate need of an extreme renovation and updating. The wifi is non existing 24/7, and the breakfast is very underwhelming and uninspired. In total the value for your money is just not there, such a shame.

Lovely relaxing beach hotel right on the beachfront. Staff are so very helpful, the one small issue we had was addressed and rectified in a few minutes. Sea view rooms are stunning. Good gym . Good breakfast. Pool area.

Lovely hotel. Clean, modern,comfy beds, bath and shower, fridge in room. Room service available. It should be noted that the pool is only open from May - September. And the rooftop bar only opens June - August. Website does not state this. Would of liked to experience it. Sauna, steam room, spa and gym all available now too. Overall a lovely hotel & lovely staff.

Reception group is so bad. Its hilarious for the first impression. At first there was a functioning spa.. after payment no more spa or jacouzi. “The manager “ didn’t know that the spa is under maintenance. 2 days later still not working. Other than that restaurant buffet service is super amazing! The staff is VERY friendly. Buffet Also offers gluten free bread and the gluten free snacks are to die for!

I booked a suite with ocean view and a FULL bed. I was accommodated in a suite in the first floor with 2 single beds that the staff put together and try to deceive me. I asked the staff to fix it but the guy was totally rude and didn’t make nothing to help. I do not recommended this hotel…. very far from a 4 stars hotel. P.S.: the swimming pool was closed 🤦🏻‍♂️

This is the only quality hotel in Costa Caparica that's on the sea-front. In spite of that, the hotel is high quality, and services are excellent. Before you complain about not-working air conditioning, find out how it works (and also try opening the balcony). The Mateus bar on the top floor promenade is excellent. Didn't try their Spa or swimming pool, what - with the Atlantic Ocean less than 100m away.

We keep going back. The staff are fantastic they really go the extra mile to ensure you have the best stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough. The food is fabulous and fantastic value for money . The rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable

We had originally booked a double room, but when we arrived, we were upgraded to a big suite, presumably because they noticed on my info that it was my birthday, which was a lovely surprise! The beds were comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms lovely, modern and clean. We were more than happy with this lovely space. The hotel arranged for cake and prosecco to be delivered to the room, given that it was my birthday, which was so nice of them, especially since I hadn't specifically mentioned it was a birthday trip. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was a really nice one - hashbrowns, bacon, beans and warm, freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit and a pancake maker. We had a couple tiny issues with small things in the room but the hotel came and fixed then immediately and without fuss. We were more than happy with the professional service, location and comfortable rooms.

The hotel was a lower end four star. Great facilities pool, jacuzzi etc. Some of the things in the hotel were old. Needs to be maintained more. But really friendly staff and whenever there was a probably they did their best to fix it. Worth staying here.

Didn’t love the area, but liked it, and it was convenient given the constraints of our vacation. The hotel was nice overall and the rooftop bar exceptional, pool and service good…hallway carpets aside they are a little worn…

The worst Hotel I stayed in my entire life time. Do not go there as they cheated me of over €140 when I booked with them three days in advance through booking. When I realised that the price gouge you had asked to change price when I got there and they would not do it. They are unreliable and lied to me that I got a better room for €350 when in realist it was a standard room. Customer service is the worst I have experienced as staff at reception is quite deceitful. If someone raises a concern with the level of service they do absolutely nothing to correct it. Additionally when you try and speak to the manager they completely ignore you.

Location is the best thing about this hotel - gorgeous beach and lots of bars in walking distance and the city is just an Uber ride away. The room amenities were mediocre at best. No bottled water available and no conditioner, the mattress was springy and sensitive to any movement plus the hallways were noisy with other people.

This was our first time in Portugal. If you travel in the afternoon or in the evening, there is a lot of traffic from the airport to this hotel. A lot of traffic! The people in Portugal were very friendly. The hotel was nice. We didn’t care much for the Portugal food maybe because we were on the beach. There were a lot of snails, muscles and other seafood delicacies served. However, we did find one location where the food was really good and so we ate there most days. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room service was okay; however, the food they served was just not tasty to us. Smoked salmon is raw salmon! They had a variety spread for breakfast. The hotel is located near the beach and you have areas that you can walk to to eat. The beach was very cold in June, but there were a lot of people in the water and surfing. The umbrellas and seats are not free. However, they are available. There’s a beautiful sunset there. Check in and check out went smoothly. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I would choose a hotel nearer to the airport or in the city because this hotel is too far and there can be other options to explore.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Very clean.. right beside the beach. Location is not good for night life. We had a key relaxing trip.

Second time here in last 12 months. Ideally situated for a relaxing break away. Hotel and staff are fantastic. Only thing I would say is that the hotel really needs to promote rooftop restaurant. Very poor service across the hotel. Wifi was not connecting to the Tv which resulted in limited options to watch. Breakfast was stale and no urgency from staff to fix the equipments not functioning at the restaurant. Room was not cleaned on time, and only done after a special reminder. No light in the balcony to sit during evening. Totally not worth the high price charged for the room. I would definetely not recommend this hotel.

Good hotel. This year i noticed had kettle in room, so can make coffee anytime. Good location, ocean,beach is very close. Close public transport if want go to Lisbon, Almada.

It was only 25 minutes from the airport. No hassle when coming from the airport, every food place and the beach was close to us. Me and my friend felt safe at night. Just make sure you know basic Portuguese and you will be fine.

I had a room with ocean view. The view was amazing. Room was quite good despite malfunctioning cupboard. The AC sometimes doesn’t work. Super friendly staff at reception, restaurant and room service.

Great hotel with friendly staff, nice rooms, and readily available parking. Breakfast was really good considering it was included, only complaint is the wifi is terrible. The poor connection is worse than no wifi as you'd constantly try be connected/disconnected.

Perfect hotel at this area. Nice, clean, friendly staff, beach front, calm. We stayed there for 3 nights which was perfect. Free spa and gym and very nice roof bar with a lovely view to the beach. I totally recommend it.

Rooms are very loud (we hear everything going on in the other rooms, including what they say) and the light of the hallway even comes in the bedroom from under the door: not for people who want quiet nights. Rooms were not very clean. Building generally is not charming although the view on the sea was nice. Looked a lot like a 3* hotel. On a good note : the staff is absolutely excellent, very nice and very reactive, they do an amazing job for the service (especially in the dining hall).

The Hotel is not bad but it does not wow. The rooms are fine (apart for the noise in the corridors which go right through the doors), we were unable to have breakfast because the lines were huge and the pool is really weak. Location is great and the staff were nice except for the bar in the pool where there were the general demeanor was too relaxed.

Lovely weekend spent here with good service. Only breakfast could be a but better. Was missing baked beans and the scrambled eggs were could even in baine Marie apart from that the room was big and service good. Will definitely recommend to stay here

We loved it here. We came to surf .Sea view is really nice to have. Staff helped us wherever we needed with parking or with logistics of surfboards. Bed super comfy, bedsheets feel nice. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. We had our lunch here too and buffe style was really good. Lady called Maria was super nice accommodating my gluten and dairy free requirements every day ensuring I even had dessert without asking. I had lots of options, nice salads and was very happy and well fed which is always difficult for me. We really can't complain. We did need to ask to hoover the floor, and no function balcony little weird but that didn't bother us for few nights. Reception super Friendly and helpful.

The location is very good. You can get a sea view room. The staff could be friendlier and more helpful. The breakfast was very good and the bar man is an expert in making cocktails. Would definitely go back.

In my opinion, the hotel shouldn't be rated 4*. We had a problem with our air conditioning since the day we checked in - shortly, it did not work at all. We repeatedly asked the reception to do something about the problem but they didn't, nor did we have the possibility to change the room even though we asked for it. The queue for breakfast was a challenge every morning. We had to stay in line and wait for a check-up despite that we showed proof of vaccination when we checked in. Also, the rooms are not sound proof so we barely got any sleep. Because the AC wasn't working we had to leave our balcony door open and it was really noisy both at night and during the mornings (we had a room with city view). There was a lot of noise coming from the hotel's air conditioning units. The pool area needs refurbishing...that vinyl liner looked horrible and old. There were just a few spots available at the pool so only very few guests got to enjoy the area. The other facilities of the hotel were not available. Won't visit again.

Great location, very good breakfast, staff always eager to help, friendly and attentive. You get a lot for what you pay. Only thing to raise was that pillows and mattress were very uncomfortable. Still wouldn’t stop us from coming back. Great value for money.

Lovely hotel right next to a beautiful location with the beach being a minute’s walk away! Staff were all very nice and polite and our room was spacious, tidy, and cleaned by housekeeping every day. A special shoutout to the individuals at reception for looking after us during our visit. One improvement we would suggest would be to separate vegetarian food from meat where breakfast is concerned. Aside from that we felt safe and welcomed and would certainly love to return one day.

Not worth the pricetag. Honestly feels more like a cheap hostel than a fancy 4 star hotel. The concierge are very friendly and helpful however if you need anything at night you'll have to go get it yourself at reception since the housekeeper isn't around at that time. The rooms didn't have enough amenities. No conditioner, the shampoo and bodygel were rater insufficient. No toothbrush or toothpaste or any of the things you usually see at 4star hotels. It is very noisy since there are late night bars right next door and the windows do not isolate the sound much. It's good if you want to go to party though. Breakfast is honestly pretty bad, everything is low quality but on the other hand you have tons to choose from. Drinks taste like infused water (not even). Fruit is mostly canned. Cereals are pretty terrible. Might as well just eat at a pastry shop in town. Speaking of town the hotel is very well located and you can walk to town in very little time. On the best rooms you can see the beachfront.

Lovely and friendly staff, accommodated us well and had a wonderful stay here. Rooms were cleaned everyday and we got to experience the different facilities available (spa, pool, rooftop etc.) We spent 7 nights here and upgraded to front seaview. Even at night there's someone at the front desk. Perfect location to relax and experience the food nearby! There's a grocery store nearby, many gift shops and convenient bus stops and Ubers. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Costa da Caparica!

Great hotel directly located at the beach. Big rooms each with a balcony, friendly staff and cheap parking. For food / dining , recommend to go the newly opened Japanese restaurant Haru, which is next door to the left very close, at the beach.

Great location, right on the sea front. Facilities are pretty good, little bar area, big reception, big gym in the basement & a small-ish outside pool area. Rooms were a decent size, slightly dated though - would personally suggest more a 3 star than a 4 if being picky. Wasnt the biggest fan of breakfast, standard 'buffet' type - food was nice enough, just very very busy so we opted to pop out & eat at a local cafe a couple of mornings instead tbh. Staff were all very friendly & they have a room to hold your luggage if you get there before check in time (3pm).

Hotel is located right infront of the beach. The rooms are spacious. We had breakfast here at the hotel and were not disappointed as they had a variety of cereals, fruit, yogurts etc.

The customer service is not commercial at all. We booked this hotel with my company with more than 50 rooms and meeting room for several days and because of miss understanding they charged me 1 day more. When I tried to get back my money back 90€ vs all many spent by the company for the several days + restaurant and drinks, they refused to refund me because I had to alert upfront that I was going to spend 1 night instead of 2. I clearly explained that I was not aware that I will spent 2 night but only one (miss understanding between my company's secretary and the hotel) but even like this they refuse to refund me. Morevoer, when I did my check out no one ask me why I m leaving 1 night earlier ? At least I could have enjoyed form this additional night but of course for this hotel do not pay attention. I definitely don't recommend this hotel with such poor commercial relationship with there customers.

The hotel is located across the street from the beach. Excellent location. The street you need to cross to get to the beach is small and easily crossed. Crossing the street is recommended not just to enjoy the beach, but also because dining right on the beach is available in multiple restaurants very close to the hotel. The view from the ocean side of the hotel is superb. The view from the other side is okay but not nearly as good as the ocean side. The hotel is a bit dated, and showing some wear and tear here and there. But the overall quality is good. Rooms are clean and up-to-date. Staff is friendly. The Wi-Fi really sucks, though.

The room is very loud. You hear everything that happens outside the room, even the flushing of toilet from the other room. The bed is of poor quality, gives me back pain every morning! The room smells entirely of toilet, it seems they do not have good sewerage system. Really bad internet connection so if you plan to work from here, choose another hotel. Aaand on top of all that, the hotel manager does not want to give me back a refund for the next days when I requested I wanted to leave the hotel and go back to my country!! Such greediness!!! I still have 7 more days to suffer here! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

This hotel is located in the touristic district of caparica. The hotel looks modern from outside. The rooms are big enough but not well insulated. The room got frozen as soon as the heater was switched off. The bathroom was ok, but the shower was not perfectly clean. Absolutely ok the breakfast, with a varied buffet.
