Always enjoy dining in here. Great food, coffee and drinks. Generous size of food. Suitable for all age groups. There is a bar and also a children playground inside. A lot of seating areas including outdoor seating. This time we had sticky date pudding and chicken parmigiana. They were delicious. Will come back!

Went to the Albion for our second anniversary. Very interesting decor inside..FRiendly staff. Clean and tidy restaurant Only downside was our share entree almost came out the same time as the mains. The 1980s music was also a bit blah Good for any occasion I had the steak sandwich was very tasty My boyfriend had the Cajun chicken burger which he enjoyed. The cheese was yum, unfortunately not put in the steak sandwich 😭 .

Had a fantastic meal for Fathers Day Dinner. The Staff were very friendly and the Service was exceptional. My Scotch steak was cooked to perfection and my friend's Grilled Fish was delicious. Will be back for more!!!

I went to the pub for lunch and sat in the outdoor area to eat. The food was fine, but there were many people sitting directly under a no smoking sign and six people were smoking. My wife was quite upset as she suffers from asthma. I went into the hotel to complain. No one came out to even check. The food was then served and I asked the waitress to ask the patrons under the NO smoking sign to not smoke. She said they are regulars and therefor are allowed to smoke. I pointed out the absurdity of saying since they regularly break the law it no longer applies. The waitress than ridiculed me for complaining telling me it is a very American thing to do(I am Canadian). The patrons continued smoking with a greater gusto as they felt vindicated. I would strongly recommend that you not eat in this establishment unless you smoke while you eat or are prepared to be smoked out.

A big thank you to the team at Albion for taking us in after a last minute venue cancellation. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to take care of our group. A special mention to Jamie for her service and helping us move furniture to cater to the oldies.

My daughter and I decided to try the Sunday morning breakfast advertised on the wall outside the hotel... Admittedly, it was very quiet when we arrived ( which was early).... It seems to be a new option they're offering, but the usual high standard of food from their kitchen was evident.... Choices of muesli, eggs benedict etc. were washed down with delightful cups of cappuccino and hot chocolate!!! I believe the Albion Hotel is a hidden treasure in the Cottesloe/Claremont area. Once you've been inside, and enjoyed their hospitality, you are much more likely to become a regular!!!

A huge thank you to Jamie and the team today for having a group of 30 at short notice. They were so accomodating, allowing us our own space and moving furniture to accommodate those with needs. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciate your service

We held a function here in the Queen Victoria room on a Friday evening for approximately 40 people. All of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in arranging the event night, and were ready to assist on the night itself. The food was lovely and the function room was perfect. No criticisms from us at all - would definitely recommend!

Place is big but can be quite noisy depending on which area you are seated in. Food and service is very average, nothing special that would make us want to come again anytime soon. The special lamb sausage roll is apparently very popular as per staff but it was quite dry inside.

We had a beautiful night - we ate the lobster carbonara, beef burger and sticky date pudding. It was delicious. The hospitality was top form. And the venue has such a lovely, vintage charm.

Food is okay, no table service anymore but easy to order through HQ code on table. Nice pub with a train you can sit in and kids play area. Two vegan options (burger and pad Thai).

Somehow we always end up here, must be the convenient location. Pretty standard pub in a wonderful old building. Nothing special but always does the job with a reasonable menu and decent range of tap beers. Must have introduced QR table ordering since last visit but you can order at the counter, we did both. Beer garden is wanting as it is small and lacks any character but I doubt much can be done about that. I am sure we will visit again sometime in 2023.

Good pub, Sunday roast is always amazing, brussel sprouts are great. Always a great fire when it's cold. All the chairs are so old the seats don't have any shape or springiness left. My biggest complaint is that it has a great kids indoor playground, but there are no lights in it??? So when you come for early dinner with the kids, they can't play in the playground because it's really dark and dingy.

Great hotel with decor and lots of interesting history. Excellent staff and the food was delicious. Definitely going back. It does lack a smoking area.

Enjoyed our meals. Serving size were all good. Good choice of meals. Table service was excellent fast and efficient, all staff were friendly and helpful. Prices on par with most other pubs. The pub was very nostalgic, had a great atmosphere. Parking is good and free. Good access for people with walking aids and mobility impairment.

Had a meeting in the boardroom. The room is big enough for about 20 people but the facilities weren’t tidy. There was noise coming from all directions and adults and kids accidentally entering the room throughout our meeting. Not the kind of place you really want to have a business meeting (IMO). Also, a little tip for management: I think it would really help if there was some signage downstairs, as it wasn’t obvious where to go for the meeting.

Popped in for a couple of beers so cannot give a thorough review. However, the ambience and the olde worlde feel of the place certainly impressed. Staff were friendly. Shall have to return for a meal and linger longer.

I had a mix up with my order and it was not well managed on the night. However the management has reached out to me and a satisfactory resolution has been reached. I would recommend the service of the management and the venue for a nice bristo vibe.

Awesome atmosphere and the staff are always bright and smiling. Am sorry they took away the Sunday Roast 😢 both my client and I really enjoyed them and it got her out of eating fish and chips 🍟
