This store was pretty busy when I walked in. Even though they were busy, multiple employees took the time to greet me and say we will be right with you. VERY great customer service. Highly recommend this Pinch A Penny.

First time going into PAP store for a part I needed. Customer Service was the best I have ever experienced!! Best place to go for ur pool supplies I got a pool from them and Mr.Ted went above and beyond to help us and made sure we understood everything and to this day if we have questions he is always there to answer he is very awesome

Customer service is outstanding. Took the time to walk us through a variety of products. If you need pool products this is the place. Forget the big box stores. Only place I will get my pool supplies from now on.

Ted met me at my place to trouble shoot my pool equipment. My pool house is filled with new equipment mixed with original equipment years old and numerous people throughout the years working on it. Everything was so jumbled and not performing causing many performance issues. He studied it, straightened out wires connected wrong, from top to bottom including changing out a fuse and put it back together -working now like a charm 2 hours later! Ted was amazing! He inspired hope and confidence in my sad pool and was so kind taking a lot of stress off me. He took a sample and his son Jake came over to treat my pool and get it cured and balanced correctly after just having it resurfaced. Jake was amazing also giving me complete confidence in his knowledge of what my pool water and surface issues were. Jake knew exactly what was causing my pool stains and how to fix them. He got my old pool heater running perfectly again so I didn’t have to buy a new one. I appreciate especially their integrity, honesty and passion to fix everything instead of trying to sell me new equipment! That is refreshing in this day and time! I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!
