    Wow! This is the funnest Dairy Queen I have ever been in. While we were there we saw one person who wanted pecans getting none and four people who didn't want pecans, get them. We were passed by three separate groups that ordered after us getting their orders. I don't think any of them got what they ordered, but at least three of them got Hawaiian blizzards. The only person that's ordered a Hawaiian blizzard in the last 2 months was my friend and he didn't get his. He did finally receive a Hawaiian blizzard but it didn't have the caramel he added. Luckily it didn't have pecans though. During the whole debacle someone who appeared to be "in charge" was accused by the staff making the blizzards that he was eating them. Because who the hell orders a Hawaiian Blizzard, let alone four? The whole time we were waiting for ice cream. We stood there and laughed. I can only assume this comedic genius is scripted and is being filmed for an upcoming HBO or Netflix series. I hereby consent for my likeness to be included in the episode in which we appear. It has to be a show because the loss of money in pecans alone would bankrupt most franchises. 5 stars because 10 wasn't available!

    The guy taking orders in the drive through sounded board. Could barely hear him. Did not repeat our order. When we pulled up to the window, same guy asked for payment. Then hand our food to us without saying thank you or anything. Two of the female staff where outside arguing with each other. This location is terrible. My order was not right and they don’t care. Don’t bother going to this Dairy Queen. The one in Darien is far better.

    This place was horrific!! I was ok with them not that the new flavored ice cream cone nor strawberries for sundae’s or banana splits. It happens but omg the bathroom was horrific. The baby changing station, I wouldn’t set my dog in let along my child. I went to wash my hands and put soap on them only to find out there’s no running water!!! I had to inform an employee of that and ask him to check the men’s restroom so I could get the soap off. He did but this is not a place I will ever go back to again !!!!!

    Wish I had read the reviews. Clearly the employer isn’t doing anything to fix this place. I waited over 25 minutes for a milkshake. Watched the milkshake get made and then an employee take it and drink it. Took 10 minutes for the cashier to realize I was still waiting. Employees were too busy horsing around and not doing their jobs.

    Don't know if it was user error or what but the ice cream was soupy and the toppings were almost nonexistent. Like they were down to their last and trying to stretch what was left. Normally, it's great but the past few months haven't been. The employees were nice, it just took a while to get the ice cream.

    Save yourself the hassle. Don't waste your time, money or energy on this place. There were 2 times I came by and had a nice lady at the window. The other times- They had straight attitude and just rude. Please please don't spend your money here. They just stare at you with this blank stare and don't say anything while handing the food out and slam the window back. Find a different job if you can't do good with people. We were super nice to yall and we were so disrespected. By the way we did hear you mocking us in the drive thru intercom.

    Rude staff. Waited at the register to buy a cake for a long time while the staff walked around in the back serving nobody. The heater was on 90 could barely breathe it was so hot in the store. There was nobody in the drive through. Calling corporate asap.

    This location waters down their ice cream mix. So it tastes like ice milk not creamy like ice cream should be. Dairy Queens ice cream has a distinctive taste. I got a large cone. I took a couple of bites and threw it away.

    This is the most disrespectful, rude, poorly employee ran dq … (I hope the owner reads this and knows their franchise is being ran this way) i showed up close to closing but not yet closing time. Though, online it says they close at 11… at the store they close at 10 (which i was aware of and still showed up before 10pm). When i got there nobody was answering the drive through so we drove to the window and there was a girl sitting on a stool chatting on her cellphone, then we went around to the front door to go in and another girl went to the door and pointed at her wrist saying they are closed…. I guess they don’t close at 10 but actually whenever they feel they are done working for the night. I feel bad for the owner because of their employees they are missing out on a full party’s worth of orders and business being we probably had an order of at least $75+. Then when i showed my phone and told them it wasn’t 10 yet (VERY POLITELY) the girl ran from the doors and cut the lights off while i was standing there and waved at me from inside. There were about 3 or 4 people in there just hanging out and refusing to serve anyone. I will never return to this store and they will never have a successful business here if the owner allows this type of service. None of them deserve the opportunity to work at a business who’s values are to serve their customers. This was on Monday march 20th

    Manager Fernanja was so patient and helpful with me today. We could not get my Dairy Queen app to work with multiple tries. I so appreciate her professionalism and kindness. She works at the Brunswick Dairy Queen on Altama Avenue.

    When to DQ and when my blizzard was ready instead and bringing it to the table, they just put it in the cooler. This is the only thing I ordered so not keeping it cold for me to eat a meal. They just put it there till I went looking for our blizzards and found it and they did not explain why nor apologized. Plus they are not busy and the place is dirty!

    A drive thru line of 5 cars took half an hour. At this point I’m disappointed only in myself for waiting that long. The wait, of course, resulted in meeting some drive thru girl who is so evidently disdainful of having a job that “hello” or “have a nice day” is too much for her. And of course she hands me this instead of the hot fudge sundae I overpaid for

    Had a family outing and decided to end the day at DQ. Pulled into the parking lot but DT was backed up and we couldn’t get into any parking spaces so we parked in the next business’s lot and made our way in. As we approached we debated leaving expecting a long wait and poor service but we promised the grandkids ice cream so we braced ourselves for a bad experience. Upon entering, a very nice young man who appeared to have already clocked out and trying to enjoy his dinner jumped up and jumped in to help. He worked with another young man at the counter helping him as he appeared to be new. I was not prepared with my order and they were very patient and helpful as I ran back and forth to gather my family’s requests. The order was rather large and the Mgr. on duty also came over to offer assistance to both young men. All of the employees were extremely friendly, professional and courteous. The orders were brought to us nearly immediately and everything was hot and fresh. I mistakenly ordered the wrong ice cream for my granddaughter and the mgr replaced it free of charge. During our meal they checked on us several times to ensure we were ok and had everything we needed. As a retired restaurant general manager and supervisor, I was totally impressed with the quality of service, food, cleanliness and friendliness of the mgr on duty and the young man that interrupted his dinner to jump back in and help. I made a point to tell them they were great. The young man told me he was being promoted— Yes! do so immediately! If I were still in business, I would have done my best to get him in with my company. We had a wonderful experience. I failed to get their names. Big kudos are needed for the folks working Friday night 10/21/22 around 7:30 or so. Especially the mgr. and the young man jumping in to help. Great job guys!! Much appreciated!!

    It is $$$ untouchable! Ordered 2 large cups of plain ice cream, the cups where only 1/2 way full. Extremely disappointed $10 for the order ...i could had bought a bigger ice cream at another store. Will not patronize any Dairy queen store.And they where my favorite fast food stores , smh !!!

    Thanks to.. I always ck my order… before pulling away .. asked for banana split with crushed peanuts .. I GOT 3 scoops of ice cream , small banana with dry strawberries , dry pineapple, no chocolate, no peanuts, as asked nothing had juice of any kind on it very dry items - GAVE IT BACK GOT MY REFUND , evidently the guys knew nothing about a banana split , where are my girls that do such a fantastic job on them

    ***Service was a better the second time around*** While I’m sure the food is par for a DQ, my experience was was not the greatest regarding the staff. When going through the drive-through, the attendant was abrupt and included some added commentary that I felt to be unnecessary. Based on that experience, I just kept driving and didn’t complete my order.

    I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes. I actually did check the time because no response was given over the DQ speaker for a minute after I arrived. Two cars came behind me, still no response. I finally (after I checked 5 minutes) drove up to the window and waited for someone to notice me sitting in my car. A young lady did ask me what I wanted, and I was served. She apologized, and the one chocolate shake I bought was good.

    I love Dairy Queens ❤️ everywhere else. Today’s experience left me wondering. Ladies there were super unfriendly and imo racist. Never should anyone judge a book by its cover. We’re all humans and we all should treat each other with respect and kindness. Also, I wouldn’t dare to flip my blizzard upside down. It would’ve fell out 😧

    I always love DQ, but this location is struggling bad. The quality of food is down, the wait time is up, order accuracy is not that good, you can't go inside at all. But it's due to a lack of employees. They just can't get any help much less good help. It wasn't like this and hopefully it will get better soon. I still love DQ, sandwiches and ice cream mostly chicken baskets lol 😁😁. And I will go back just not as often.

    It was delightful. The employee at the counter greeted us with a big smile, asked how we were. This is not common these days. Most act like it is disturbing them to assist you. She explained the menu, kindly took our order and told us she would bring the order to our table. She did as well as napkins and spoons. This service was above and beyond any service we have had for a very long time. Hopefully thi gs are beginning to turn around. It had to get better. This was our first visit to this DQ. we will certainly return for a time of enjoyment. Thank you

    We went for ice cream. Two sundaes, one strawberry, one hot fudge, and a banana split. I have no idea what THIS Dairy Queen considers a sundae, but I expected ice cream, strawberries or hot fudge with whipped cream and a cherry. What was once a standard Dairy Queen sundae. What we got was ice cream with a few berry pieces, and ice cream with a dab of hot fudge. This is nobody's definition of a sundae. The pineapple on the banana split was more pineapple core than pineapple. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    Ordered cheeseburger, fries and vanilla shake to take back to hotel. Everything was good, milkshake exceptional. Fries were a little cold when I arrived but that was not the restaurant's fault. I'd eat here again if in the area and want a quick meal.

    Team leader Sarah is always so polite in the drive through and patient. If this woman was working for me I’d give her a raise because her attitude would be an asset for any business. The other team members also are always very professional and polite. Folks like this make or break a business. Good work. Food is consistent and good.

    Highly irritated. Went to get my family dinner and ice cream at 8:30. Waited in line for 20 min as I watched half their staff outside eating ice cream and smoking a blunt just to get to the window and say they were no longer serving. Brunswick is pathetic. Get it together.

    They need to update there Google , shows dining open, we walked a mile to this location while are truck was being worked on. We walked in and an employee turned us away, said dining room is 🔐 is closed, only drive thru, we told her we didn't have a vehicle, she didn't offer any help, will never visit this location again, owner just being CHEAP

    Every time I go to this location they mess up the entire order. Three tunes now to be exact. They are quick to provide you with a bag containing good but it's it correct, yours, hot or frozen? Tonight's cheeseburger was missing cheese,. Grilled chicken sandwich was entirely missing, and a chili dog bun was like rubber... Not to mention the COLD hotdog inside says rubber. Staff is very nice. It works be nicer if they answered the phone or perhaps just get it right to begin with.
