    Roberto was the only employee who had a good courteous demeanor. This young man was the only one who did not walk past my 7yr old child and ignore her. All the other employees here are not very happy to be here and their customer service is nonexistent. Roberto was the only one who was responsive to customer requests with a smile. This young man is what I remember McDonald's customer service as being.

    Check for yourself, the prices at this store are significantly higher than others ANYWHERE. Big breakfast w/hotcakes and med OJ almost $14 ! Sorry, I'll got to a diner or restaurant for that money and a waitress will gain the tip money, not the greedy corporation or business owner.

    Ordered 2 scrambled eggs 15 mins before I showed up we had to park and wait which made me late for work the morning crew in the morning is usually pretty good theyre usually the only ones that know how to make a black ice coffee the kids were messing around in there this morning

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE, the older lady at the drive thru at 6:30am on 2-8-23 is so rude. I’ve been going to this McDonalds for 3 years and this is the first time they’ve had this kind of service. She’s so rude she dropped my straw closed the window on me I had to get off my car to pick it up. She doesn’t say thank you she just says “here” and closes the window. She is so rude if she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there.

    DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOU'RE MONEY The female manager that works there on Saturday at noon criminally invades people's privacy and harasses them. LET IT CLOSE.

    Honestly the best McDonald’s around. I come during breakfast hours. The highlights I have noticed are the coffee is always very fresh, they don’t microwave the biscuits but cook them fresh and the service is fast.

    Terrible customer service from a particular employee in the drive thru.she is rude and cuts you off while your still speaking when taking your order and very difficult tounderstand in a very heavy accent.

    The food was great but the service was horrible. We had ordered pancakes 3 ordered with the sausage and a deluxe pancake order. They only gave us 3 pancakes for the rest of them we were only given 2 sausages. We paid full price yet we were not given the missing pancake and sausage order, overall service is messy. Just save your money because we were scammed a pancake order with sausage.

    They called out the number, I thought they would bring it to us, but that's not a real complaint. Food was hot and no mistakes on ingredients. They still have a pop machine to fill our own drinks which is nice. Overheard some customers issues but my experience was good on most accounts.

    STORYTIME! I was stuck in the drive-through at Window 1 on a busy Saturday afternoon, about 2:30 on July 29, 2023. Ended up talking with the extremely personable Martivia who was working the window. She told me her name after I had asked because I wanted to do a survey stating how great she is. When I got to Window 2, the "manager on duty" handed me my order without a word and I said, "You are the manager?" She nodded affirmatively. I continued, "I want you to know that Martivia at Window 1 is an awesome employee." Rather than say, "Thank you!" or anything else, this manager stared at me as if I was nuts! I reiterated that Martivia was a good employee in case this manager hadn't heard me. Nope, she heard me just fine but chose to awkwardly stare rather than speak. How about this??? Make Martivia with the people skills and personality the manager and put this Saturday afternoon manager in back so customers aren't subjected to her weirdness. She's about as welcoming as a block of cement. Or, she could mop the floors and tidy up the restrooms. This incident was soooo awkwardly odd, I have to tell the story.

    This place has gone downhill. The kids that work here are rude. I guess they will hire anybody. Every time they mess my order the workers laugh at me.

    Ice machine and ice cream machines were down, the staff had to use the soda machine in the lobby, and things were very chaotic, and made it difficult to get our sodas, table service was halted, and for someone like me being disabled, it was hard for me to carry the tray to my table

    Consistent fast drive thru service. Morning crew breakfast service orders are correct. It's still Mc Ds but food in the belly.

    Honestly they need to do better with time management. I never been so frustrated at a McDonald location before. I was literally waiting 15min for a little breakfast sandwich. The female employee that was out giving the orders was walking so slow and unbothered. On top of it, she gave my order to the wrong car....missed my car (even tho I horned to flag her) went back inside and finally a different employee came out to give me my order. When I opened the bag I got the wrong order and it was so cold. So, not only she gave my order to a different car, was walking the bag in the cold for a while and on top of the rest of the wait I got the wrong order and wrong quantity. Please do better. This is not the first time I had to wait ridiculous amount of time for pre made sandwiches. Your are supposed to be "fast food". In the end I ended up throwing the sandwich.

    One of the best McDonald’s in the suburbs. The quality of food is always great, but what I am always impressed by is the adequate number of staff, and their positive attitude towards their work. Whether it is the manager taking the time to hand out orders, or people cleaning stopping at your table while you are eating to check in on you, the staff are motivated to make your experience a positive one. I only wish that more McDonald’s operated like this location!

    There’s a manager there and her name is Yesenia Calderon. She has a really bad attitude. She blatantly disrespect employees in front of customers by yelling at them and not showing compassion and patience like the evil heffa she is. She doesn’t do her job correctly and always receiving complaints from customers about her poor work ethic. Why she was made general manager of the store? I don’t know but she needs that position revoked from her immediately cause she sucks at it. Please watch out for her & the rest of the goons there you call “managers” . 🙏🏽
