    I visited the store today in search for a GoPro camera for a trip I'm taking. I asked the manager Bobby if he could open the glass so I could take a look at two of the cameras I was deciding between. He was very put off by my request, proceeded to tell me to go online and figure out which one I want and then he will open the glass. I was pretty surprised by his rude response. I said I just want to see the difference between the two cameras. He then said, im not a salesman and there isn't one available. Standing there a bit shocked and speechless he then says, usually people know what they want before they ask me to open the glass. I randomly chose one for him to give me because I'm leaving in the morning and needed it tonight, he said, that's clearly out of stock so not sure why you picked that one. I told him he was being extremely rude and unprofessional. I chose the other camera so I could get on my way. If I wasn't pressed for time and leaving on my trip in the morning I would have left with nothing. I will go out of my way to avoid this location!

    Went in to shop for a flat screen for my Mother-in-law. The customer service was awesome! I can't remember the guys name that helped us but he was great. We had 2 other associates answer questions prior to making our decision and purchase. They were very informative. Will only be going to this location for future purchases. ***if a manager sees this... The rep behind the cash register helping my husband was AWESOME!

    Finally I can say that I went to a Best Buy that has totally friendly employees and willing to help 👍 just a little organization in the products to avoid misunderstandings is all.

    There were plenty of people to help customers. I also liked the kind gentleman that greeted us at the door and directed us to where we needed to go. We spoke with Saul about layaway which he said they didn't have, but he very throughly explained the, I think 4, options I did have. He was so helpful signing us up for credit card to essential do the same thing as layaway. Once I'm done paying off my big purchase with 0% interest for 18 months I can cancel the card if I want or keep it for future big purchases. Saul helped get us our ps5 for my son who is going to be absolutely thrilled for Christmas. From beginning to end I had a wonderful experience here.

    Came in for a geek store repair appointment. Have to say David & Nayelli from geek squad do really know how to treat and respect the customers. After coming from bedford park bestbuy dissapointed, found to say i came out very satisfied how countryside bestbuy is thanks to these two employees. Will start coming to this location from now on. Hats off these mvp's.

    Their Geek Squad service was excellent. After hearing so many negative stories about Apple users going to the Apple Store to get their gadgets fixed. Coming here was a no brainer when I discovered that it was an option. I’m happy with the service.

    Bad customer service, employees seem to not know what they are doing or customer skills. Go to North Riverside.... Ordered a laptop from another store they didn't have any in stock and had to come here. I was told it would be ready when I arrived. The coolest person behind the counter asked for my phone number you know it was right on the receipt he's looking at, plus he asked what I ordered and it was also on the receipt. and I was asked to wait because they had a power outage and the warehouse didn't send it upfront yet. While walking around the store waiting I did not see any employees, nobody asked me if I needed help. I would probably say the worst BestBuy have been to so far.
