Truck driver friendly. We were able to Bob tail here and park. Breakfast is delicious. Hot foods include sausage patties, fried eggs, potatoes, hot and cold cereals, bagels, donuts, yogurt and make your own waffles. For 6 floors it’s very quiet. You get 3 king size bath towels along with hand towels and wash cloths. Kevin at the front desk is full of information and very helpful! You’re surrounded by restaurants (Texas rd House). I highly recommend it!

The staff is so nice, room was very nice and clean, food was great. Big ups to the GM Joshua and his front desk staff. House keeping is on point with everything, just the best experience with this location.

During our stay they never cleaned the room. Tried to call the front desk but the room phone was broken. Tried to call the front desk by my cell, no one picked up. Very slow internet and login is cumbersome but free. The TV quality reminded me of the 80s, hilarious! And the bathroom exhaust doesn't look like functioning. Too expensive for a budget hotel. Otherwise a good hotel. Seems clean inside the room but not so much the hallway carpet and definitely not the lobby seats. Breakfast was good enough. Staff were professional and courteous.

Very easy to get in and out. Simple place for a nice evening with a small family and/or spouse. Everything was as it should be in a 3 ⭐⭐⭐ hotel 🛏️🏨. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Thank you for making the short stay comfortable. Breakfast tomorrow morning is sure to be good. I used some plastic silverware for food we prepared and pizza ordered from Falco's Pizzaria! Excellent pizza, BTW. Don't forget to update their pricing on the menu. A little outdated. Still, exceptional food!

Although, typically I'd have photos. Once we arrived I had been ready for shower and bed. My friends and I all agreed this hotel was nice. Their decor, rooms and continental breakfast. Their were friendly. We'd definitely stay again.

I mean the room was okay and the bed was comfortable, but: 1. They don't have a pool 2. Only one bed in the room 3. The TV is microscopic 4. Every time we went to the front desk there was no one there

Two bugs roaches in the room ,room 406. At two different times tonight they crawled across the floor. I do not have bugs anywhere around me. Are those bed bugs or just roaches. I am beyond ticked off. I also asked for a quiet room. There was noise all night like a rat playing. I never slept. My husband was asleep all night it was probably better he didn't know

The front desk worker who checked us in, was in the back room on her personal cell phone. She looked around the corner while on her phone when we stepped up to the counter and then she went back and continued talking on her cell phone for another 5 minutes. I finally said, “Hello” and she didn’t come to help for another 2 minutes. When she finally did come to the desk to help, she had MAJOR attitude. We will not be back because of her. So unprofessional. We will be telling everyone to choose the holiday inn next door instead. Pillows were horrible, TV and remote didn’t work, and there wasn’t much a selection for breakfast. For the price of the hotel, it was not worth it.

Rooms are perfect maintain. Clean room comes with such commodities such as coffee machine, microwave, fridge. Walmart, sam's club and restaurant are 5 minutes away. Good Hwy accessibility

Enjoyed my one night stay here. The room was fairly large and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was unfortunately an annoying beep coming from the elevator during my stay, but the fan on in the room drowned that out. Room was in decent shape and definitely very clean. Parking is free and the breakfast was substantial. Sometimes a place advertises free breakfast but there's almost nothing there. This was on the the best continental breakfasts I've seen in a while. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Nice Hotel with daily hot breakfast each day slightly outside of Chicago city limits…….only a single washer / dryer on-site in the guest laundry room that takes quarters……. Beware of the Elevator doors that close as soon as they open.

The good: the service was absolutely amazing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and well kept. The not so good; the room was unbearably hot. We ran the air con at full blast, in December. It barely made the room tolerable. I cannot emphasize enough how hot it was. Additionally, the bed was rock hard. So between the ear and mattress it was very difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, we had a good experience with the staff and amenities. Our discomfort in our room is what will ultimately prevent us from returning.

Reasonably priced, clean rooms and conveniently located from midway airport and Chicago downtown. Uber and Lyft will cost you approx $30 to travel downtown or airport. Continental breakfast is provided M-F 6am to 9am and Weekends from 7am - 10am. Coffee machine in breakfast room is available 24*7 and includes latter, cappuccino, mocha, hot water, flat white, regular coffee, etc. Gym on site on first floor. Free Wi-Fi Gold members get free two bottle of water per reservation. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. You can order Uber Eats, Grub Hub or Domino’s and they will deliver at your doorstep. I would definitely recommend this location.

We had room with 2 queen size beds. Nice location 25 min from the airport. Flesh white towels, soap and shampoo, napkins were available. In the bathroom we had a hairdryer. Room was with carpet. TV, microwave, coffee mashine and small fridge. There no available spot to keep documents, but you can keep it in the reception. Lot of the parking spots. The location is super comfortable 5 min away by car from Walmart, target. 5 min from the pharmacy "Walgreens". Calm place not far from the police station. Continental breakfast available. There is a sidewalk so you can walk a little if needed. Super nice and clean lobby. You can print needed document in the lobby. Check in at 3pm. Check out at 12.00 pm.

It was a quiet and clean hotel, unfortunately the phones in the room do not work and we were there for 3 days and not once did we get room service. It's located in a nice area convenient to plenty of stores to go to.

Rooms were great and the pple there were very nice. Only issue I had is that you couldn't have pets there unless they were service animals. And also the breakfast was trash . Some of the worst food I ever had.

I have not stayed at a best Western in about 25 years, if this is indicative of Best Western’s, I probably will wait another 25 before staying again at another BW. Everything about this particular location was dirty and in needed an update. I realize Covid seem to have brought down the level of service in general at hotels, including some of the high end chains but this was really a new low for me anyway. The gym was one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever been in, even when I asked for stuff to clean it myself I was told they don’t have anything. The emergency door in the exit stairwell was held together with Frayed gray duct tape, and when I brought again up to the front desk was told that’s just how it is. I think the general manager should empower his employees to do a better job at customer service. But on the plus side, the bed was comfortable enough and the room got cold however, the air conditioner never turned off and it ran endlessly and loudly.

2nd floor you could hear everything. 8am cleaning lady vacuuming in front of my door. Breakfast is disgusting. Beds are ok. Clean room. Coffee maker in room was broken no lid. Basically it’s overpriced. Breakfast really was disgusting. Worst than jail.

Our flight got cancelled in the middle of the night and most of the hotels near Chicago midway were booked. This hotel accommodated us and gave us late checkout the next day with no extra fee. The hotel was clean, breakfast was included, and they even gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste since our luggage was lost. All the workers were kind and friendly as well

The location is nice and quiet. The rooms were clean. Checking in and out was easy. My boyfriend and I had a nice stay. We will definitely come back.

I wish I could give it a 0 stars. Both elevators break leaving you stuck, the doors close on you. The toilets barely work and the water pressure in the shower if the worst I have ever seen. The keycards don’t work, in less that 24 hours of being here we have had to switch them out at least 4 times. The rooms are extremely small for this ridiculous price you are paying per night. Never going to a best western again.

I got a parking ticket on the best western properti, because Kayla the (the receptions girl) miss spelled the dates, she wrote down November 23rd instead of November 25th. Now she doesn't want to help call the police and solve this matter she said it like this: ,,I don't care you got a ticket, I don't want to help you, call the police yourself"! I've been staying in this best western everytime I come to Chicago with my semi truck for the past 5 years, this has never happened while Josh was there! Never coming here again because of her rudeness. P.s. I stayed in the same room for 7 days waiting for my truck to be repaired, I called multiple times for the bead sheets to be changed and some clean towels she never sent anyone to my room to replace them. UPDATE ON THE SITUATION: I called the police department, the officer who wrote it is no longer on duty and the person who answered the phone couldn't dispute my ticket so they told me that I am going to come to court (bring the receipts from a 7 day stay in the hotel) and I won't have to pay anything, but still I am mandatory to be present on the court day....that will make me lose money again. Thank you Best Western for having terrible employees such as Kayla. I have also informed your corporate office on this matter, hopefully they will take Ms. Kaylas employment into consideration!

My woman and I wanted some personal time together after having a great steak & shrimp dinner. And this place truly delivered 100% and the night girl employee, as well as the morning girl employee were wonderful, professional & kind. We will definitely go back.👍👍👍😎😎😎

This is a wonderful hotel and we will definitely be coming back on our next trip. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean and welcoming. Great value for a great stay.

The room was fairly large and the bed/bedding was comfortable but the fourniture was dated. Everything from the entrance to the room was clean (surprisingly more and more of a rarity in hotels nowadays). The staff was friendly and they do offer breakfast (didn’t try it). My main concern is regarding the price which I think it’s a bit high for the quality of hotel. I’d give it 3.5 if I could.

The front and lobby are aesthetically pleasing. Great tractor trailer parking but The beds are Incredibly Uncomfortable. Based on the uncomfortable beds alone, the rate should be about $30 lower. The guest laundry Dryer needs to be replaced. We had to run it 3 times at $2 a pop to get a medium sized load completely dry. The desk clerk Did refund us for that but I lost out on 2 hours of much needed sleep as an otr truck driver. Breakfast was mediocre at best and especially disappointing based on the room rates. I'd like to recommend if you're going to serve the unseasoned potatoes that you offer sausage gravy to top them with. A little trick I learned once I realized that typically the biscuits offered at All Hotel Breakfasts leave Much to be Desired.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly! Room was not quite my standard but my boyfriend was being cheap. The room needs minor updates like paint and new furniture. Feels a little dark! I did like the location plenty of places to eat and department stores for shopping. Loved the refrigerator also.

The location was excellent! Safe feeling neighborhood near a lot of restaurants and Sam's, Walmart and Aldi are all within a mile or two in one shopping area. The staff was super nice as well. The reason we gave the room 3 stars is because our first room smelled 'skunky' which they kindly switched us. The rooms were clean enough and comfortable enough, but it's supposed to be a 3 star hotel and for the price it felt more like a 2 star. The ice makers were out on all the floors except floor one and the laundry was out of order (we weren't affected by that but if someone was counting on it it's good to know). In general the hotel feels a bit older. But it did it's job, we slept well and got a goods night rest.

I was so impressed with my stay at this hotel!! Details: I booked a room for one night, got a king size bed, the room had a mini fridge and a microwave, lots of space and surface area, for only $128 Pros: -The room was very clean. -The staff was amazing! Very friendly, check in/out was quick and easy, they even held my door dash at the front desk for me! -They had a nice TV with a nice selection of channels and the remote was easy to use. -About a 30 minute drive to downtown, even in weekend traffic. Close to the highway as well. -lots of restaurants and coffee near by. Cons: The WiFi was spotty so if that is a need for you, I would bring a hotspot or something. Honestly I would totally stay here again and most likely will. Thank you so much Best Western Countryside ☺️

Come up for work and reserved room here. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Workout room is on point. Breakfast in the am is delightful as well as the assorted juice, coffee, milk, etc. Staff was exceptional from check in to check out. 20 🌟 's

Front desk 'Andrew' was super nice and understanding! Great hot breakfast and comfy beds with no bed bugs. Had to change rooms soon after due to ants all over the table near air conditioner..A few of them accompanied us to Navy Pier. Ewwww. Once we switched rooms all was fine and dandy until we turned on the AC which sounded like an old broken-down air compressor..I chose to stay cool with no sleep rather than sweat. Believe it or not I would stay again. Manager 'Josh' is supposed to chat with me especially since I spent almost $400.. We'll see 🤔

This Best Western wasn't up to the standards of most regular Best Western hotels we've stayed at. The coffee maker was broken. There were stains on the box spring part of the bed skirt. And the tub surround had a broken tile. Breakfast wasn't anything special. And the only reason we didn't ask to change rooms was that we barely had time to sleep.
