Great ambiance! The food was very good. There were a lot of choices to chose from The waiter we had was very friendly, and gave great advice about the food. We were not rushed, so the dinner was very relaxed. I would highly recommend this place.

Upon arrival, the atmosphere the restaurant gives off is warm and cozy. Music playing through the speakers and beautiful scenery. Here's where the 3 stars come from; It seems the older servers didn't want to give good customer service. Fair enough, there was roughly 15 of us but that shouldn't have been grounds for the service we received. We couldn't split checks. We had to ask repeatedly for the bread that supposedly came with our meal. Plus it's pretty pricey for the tiny Coco-Cola bottle that was $3.50 which also included no refills. The food was superb though. Seasoned to perfection and great quality. I would give 2 more stars if I had a different waiter.

This was my first time here, I did like that they have outdoor sitting, inside looks pretty cozy for my taste too. Drink was really good, I did enjoy it. I gave 4 stars for food just because it was too much bread for my sandwich. It would be perfect with different kind of bread. Overall I did enjoy my lunch there.

The restaurant was beautiful outside seating was great after it just said rain nobody was outdoors. Our server was from Italy. She was a nice lady. She made us feel like we were at home and the food was spectacular. We’re eating it right now we got a bottle of Italian wine to make sure it was still just as amazing and it is

We always used to get takeout from here, notably the vodka pasta (cavatelli in vodka cream sauce) which is an 11 out of 10. Wish we had tried dining in more often. April 2023. Ate in the dining room and it went from 5 to 4 stars for me. The grilled calamari was good but it is a huge portion and tastes off. The bruschetta is also kind of odd. Took forever to get our food and my 2nd drink. Also the high top tables and chairs are extremely uncomfortable and the place is super busy with people coming in and getting takeout or waiting for a table. Sitting in the main dining room is not a great experience. The restrooms are also tiny.

Nice spot for lunch. Sandwich was tasty and service was prompt and friendly. Outdoor seating area with some tables in the shade.

Most of the food we had here was terrific - stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and Greek pizza for our meal. These were both excellent. I was disappointed in the chocolate chip cannoli. The filling was excellent but the shell was so thick and hard that I could barely bite into it and could not break it with the spoon. I ended up scooping out what I could of the filling of part of one. I took the rest home but ended up throwing them out. I've never had cannoli with this rock-hard type of shell; it's usually a flaky type of pastry. The service was fantastic. The staff was all very attentive. The atmosphere of Lucca's was lovely - it is decorated pleasantly, clothe napkins and table clothes were a plus, too! A couple of other complaints - the Coke I ordered was an 8 ounce bottle - for $3.95. At least put on the menu that you're getting an 8 ounce serving. The price for the quantity is ridiculous. Also if you're wanting to use a credit card, they will hit you with the 3.5% fee for the privilege. I read a review (after my visit) that debit cards can be used for free but that is not posted anywhere. In fact, I only noticed the 3.5% fee when I was ready to pay - it was on the bill. Would I go again? Yes, I would. But definitely won't be spending 4 bucks on a Coke! And next time I'd pick another dessert!

We have been satisfied customers (mostly carryout) for a long time. Tonight, we took our 6 year old grandson to the restaurant. After being seated and ordering, we waited and waited. I asked our server to, at least, bring our grandson’s food, which she did. He had completed his meal and we still had no food. Frustratingly, I asked our server to box our dinners. They lost a previously loyal customer.

Lucca's is a delightful, authentic Italian Ristorante and Pizzeria located in downtown LaGrange Park, IL. It is one of our #favorite Italian restaurants, and that speaks volumes, as we are Italian and very selective when it comes to eating Italian cuisine. The prices are on par with the food quality/quantity. Everything is à la carte. The service is good. The drinks are delicious and average-priced for a fine-dining establishment. The one downside is the restaurant is ALWAYS packed, and makes for a very noisy environment. Don't let this dissuade you, though. My only advice is call ahead and make a reservation! You will be happy you did.

We, a party of 11, had 6:30 reservations and the table was ready when we got there. I did not get the servers name but she was excellent. She was very thorough and our drinks came quickly, the orders were delivered to our table in short order, and the rest of the staff made for an excellent experience. The food was delicious. If I could I'd give the restaurant 6 stars.

Came from SC to try Luccas, food is fabulous and the wine.Had the branzino,highly recommend, chicken vesuevio, everything was impeccable and place worth checking out. We'll be back when we roll into town again.
