Had a great breakfast, and the service by Marlene was the best we've ever experienced at Cracker Barrel and maybe anywhere. We were so impressed by Marlene. You could tell which tables she visited because the patrons were laughing when she was there. I was told by the cashier that Marlene had trained nearly everyone, and I could see why. I thought, if Undercover Boss came here, they'd have as many CB employees come through her store to be trained. One more thing, CB has some very generous to-go cups! And loved the fireplace.

What has happened with this place? This used to be our spot every Sunday morning. I’m not sure what’s going on but the last 4 times (I keep wanting to give them more than one chance) we’ve been we have waited well over a hour for food. It’s not the waitress it’s the people cooking. The food is never right and it’s always very cold. As we sit there and waited you can just see everyone upset and complaining that they’ve waited over an hour also. Looking around all you see if people complaining of the food and honestly I don’t blame them. It’s almost worth driving a few extra miles to the next Cracker Barrel. This is how I received my food last night. What happened to four full pieces of French toast bread? The time before this they were extremely burnt. The place was also somewhat dirty, I’ve seen it better.

The last few times we have been to this Cracker Barrel the ticket times have seemed excessive. We decided to try again today understanding that everyone is experiencing employee shortages, today was the last time we will go back for any foreseeable future. We ordered directly from the menu with no special requests, it took 42 minutes to receive our food, unfortunately where we were seated I could see directly into the kitchen and I watched what was at least 3 of our 4 ordered meals sit for at least 10 minutes before our server brought them out. The waitress was nice enough and apologized and sent a manager over, she was also nice but that doesn’t change the fact that we had to re-schedule a portion of our day. If you don’t have extra time in your schedule or you’re hungry you might consider another option.

Walked in went to the men's restroom. It smelled like rat or mouse pee. Floor was sticky everywhere! AC must of been on during a freezing cold Oct. Morning. Place was freezing. I ordered a special with two pancakes, eggs, a hashbrown thing, and bacon. Only thing hot was the pancakes. They were good but everything else was cold! No complaints on service. Overall they could do better!

I tried their new Taco breakfast. It was awful. The eggs are fried hard so their basically cremated. They won't cook the eggs the way you want them. The manager ask me how the food was & I told her the eggs were terrible & they wouldn't cook them the way I wanted. She just told me they have to be cooked that way. I expressed to her they should cook them how you want them. She agreed then a friend walked up to her & they began conversing she rudely turned her back on me & went away with her friend. I have been to very few Cracker Barrels where they don't cremate your eggs; especially scrambled eggs. Don't waste your money on the new Taco breakfast with eggs & bacon inside the pancakes. It's not worth the disappointment. However I will say on Fridays I have never been disappointed by their fish dinner.

We enjoyed breakfast while our vehicles were being serviced next door at Champion Chevrolet. Our waitress had the most fantastic smile and happy attitude. She was a real joy while we ate our delicious food.

Big shout out to manager Renee. What incredible customer service! I order to go about once a week for my elderly parents. A few things were wrong on the order, and it had happened several times before so I thought I'd finally reach out. But she was so gracious and helpful. I really appreciated her solution and attentiveness

We had to wait over an hour for our food, while other's around us received theirs. We had to ask a different waitress for some biscuits because our waitress did not tend to us. The fact that we were the only customers who looked like us couldn't help to make us wonder. My husband finally got a manager who did her best to correct the situation, but to be honest, the damage was already done.

Our service was horrible. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. We waited over 30 minutes for our food - people who sat down after we ordered, got their food before us. Offered no butter for biscuits, no napkins, had to ask for the refill on beverage. And had to ask another server to get our bill for us.

I've been coming to this particular location each evening at 7pm for the past 2 weeks Everything is great except the bathroom very dirty. The strong smell of urine reminds me of an unattended rest stop or park toilet

The fried chicken on the salad was cold. Ordered Peach Cobbler, it came out cold and really not of high quality. Few peaches, very little dough, mostly just sugar syrup. I have had better cobbler in school cafeterias. Waitress was less concerned about our cold cobbler and more concerned with moving to other tables! Not a 4 star meal or a 4 star waitress!

Place was empty and the server said we were her only table for most of our visit. Sooo, where was she ? Slow on refills. We had a large group and some of the first people served received lukewarm food. Still tasty and probably not the kitchen's fault.

Normally, I really like Cracker Barrel. Upon being seated, a manager suggested we try the fried chicken. It sounded good, so we tried to order it. The meal comes with FOUR pieces of chicken, so my husband and I tried to split, but we were told by the waiter we could not request all dark meat. So then, I tried to order the lunch special with one piece of fried chicken, but was told they had only breasts/white meat. I opted for the meatloaf, but didn't love it. It contained lots of green peppers and bread. Consistency was mushy.

I don't know what is wrong in the kitchen and with management, but our group of six had the worst experience here for dinner. We were seated pretty quickly as they were not very busy. Our food & drink orders were taken pretty quickly, but 15-20 minutes later our waiter to come back to tell the three of us that ordered chicken pot pies that they only had one left and it would take 45 minutes to get more of those made. Two of us ordered chicken and dumplings instead because we were told that they had that. Then after another 20 minutes, the waiter came back to tell us they were out of chicken and dumplings. Those two now decided to have meatloaf, which took another 20 minutes before we were served. The only food that was hot were the two meatloaf dinners. The four other plates apparently were sitting around for a while and were only warm at best. It took over an hour to get our orders. We definately won't be going back to this location again. 👎👎 I would recommend trying another restaurant as they are likely to be better than this restaurant....

Terrible! ---Negative 5 Stars... Nobody knew what they were doing. Every table around us had either the wrong meal or there was an issue. Best part was , after bringing me out the wrong meal the 1st time, 2nd time around they brought me out a well done steak when I orderer a medium and was told "Try it you might like it". So again, 2nd time wrong, 3rd time again, wrong.. As we were walking out the gentleman next to us said "Id never to come on a Monday night , Friday mornings are OK , breakfast is much better". I never put up bad reviews on an establishment, but here I'm just trying to save a family the aggravation of working hard all day and then wanting to sit down for a good hot meal - its not going to happen...1st & last time.

Took over 40 minutes to get our food. We both order pancake breakfast, very simple. At checkout one cashier, waited ten minutes , when it was my turn the cashier screen locked up. Then brought out another cashier had about eight people behind me. The manager should have seen the line. I end up paying cash. I hope waitress got her tip
