Very good service -attentive and quite nice! Food was great -filling and tasty! You can sit outside as they have tables and their driveway was busy!

Excellent experience for an impromptu Steak Crunchwrap w/ Guacamole & Nacho Cheese! Everyone smiled at me as I walked in & picked up my mobile order. There was also a charming conversation happening in a language I can't comprehend for the 💯 atmosphere score. All felt like a low key movie scene 🤣 Thanks TB 💞

My mother and I stopped in to have lunch. We waited for awhile for someone to come to take our order . A young woman came and took our order. I asked after ordering the $5 snack box if I could do it with chicken instead of beef, she said yes. She handed me my receipt which I thought seemed high but was not sure how much the items were that my mother ordered. I checked the receipt to see that she charged me .90 per item in the box for chicken. I said to her I was unaware that there was an additional charge for replacing the beef with chicken. She said and I quote " you are the customer you should know." I stood there sort of confused so I said when I asked could I replace the beef with chicken why did you not say yes but it will be an additional charge per item. She said, " I don't care." At that point I asked to speak to a manager who did absolutely nothing but give me all of my money but did not even fulfill our order. I asked if she was going to speak to the young woman about her behavior and she said yes later when there were no customers. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant. I am sure they both DO NOT care but whoever owns this restaurant should because if this is the way the customers are treated I don't think you will have too many. We left and went to Culver's. I have never seen such unfounded rudeness from an employee and lack of response from a manager.

Just got off of work, and had never had any Taco Bell before. A customer gave me a gift card and I figured I'll give it a shot. Christian hooks me up with a great combo meal, the nacho deluxe, I believe it was called and on the way home? Oh it was so delicious especially the Nacho fries. Like wow. Got a second order today too

Apart from the occasional microwaved chalupa the food is usually fresh. Sometimes they forget a sauce but not always

When I got home I had the wrong order. Ordered 3 steak tacos and one chicken. All were chicken. Double check your orders before you leave.....

They always seem to forget something with my order and this has happened numerous times already. Also, they told to me to pull around by the doors and I got to watch everyone else drive away with their food while they told me they cleared my order off the screen and forgot I was outside. I was out there for half an hour….

drive through is good dine is about 10 15mins food so make sire you have extra time to eat

I made a mistake on my order. I went to tell them and they redid my pizza! That was very kind of them. I used the kiosk so the mistake was done by me. Not using that kiosk again!

I come here a lot for my lunch. I don't recall a single experience that was not excellent. Every time I eat here, it's 10:00 AM. The food is hot, fresh, and correct every time. No joke, I eat here a few times per month. I've been to some real sh!#*y Taco Bells, but this one's fantastic. No guarantee if you go at a different time with different management...

Good place to find quick food on the go. Sits off main street. Nice and clean outside and inside. Customer service is very nice as well. Food is always hot.

Fast food drive ups are difficult. Hard to understand the young person who's probably not trained well, insecure at the new job, or doesn't want to be there. So we try to be polite and make sure the order is correct. Parents teachers and friends reading this may like to encourage their young people to try to offer their best efforts. The down side of this type of, lack of service at most fast food drivers is there has been many corporations closing businesses for lack of customers. So if any fast food wants to survive they need a bit more dedication from their employees and more training.
