My
mother
and
I
stopped
in
to
have
lunch.
We
waited
for
awhile
for
someone
to
come
to
take
our
order
.
A
young
woman
came
and
took
our
order.
I
asked
after
ordering
the
$5
snack
box
if
I
could
do
it
with
chicken
instead
of
beef,
she
said
yes.
She
handed
me
my
receipt
which
I
thought
seemed
high
but
was
not
sure
how
much
the
items
were
that
my
mother
ordered.
I
checked
the
receipt
to
see
that
she
charged
me
.90
per
item
in
the
box
for
chicken.
I
said
to
her
I
was
unaware
that
there
was
an
additional
charge
for
replacing
the
beef
with
chicken.
She
said
and
I
quote
"
you
are
the
customer
you
should
know."
I
stood
there
sort
of
confused
so
I
said
when
I
asked
could
I
replace
the
beef
with
chicken
why
did
you
not
say
yes
but
it
will
be
an
additional
charge
per
item.
She
said,
"
I
don't
care."
At
that
point
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager
who
did
absolutely
nothing
but
give
me
all
of
my
money
but
did
not
even
fulfill
our
order.
I
asked
if
she
was
going
to
speak
to
the
young
woman
about
her
behavior
and
she
said
yes
later
when
there
were
no
customers.
I
will
NEVER
go
back
to
this
restaurant.
I
am
sure
they
both
DO
NOT
care
but
whoever
owns
this
restaurant
should
because
if
this
is
the
way
the
customers
are
treated
I
don't
think
you
will
have
too
many.
We
left
and
went
to
Culver's.
I
have
never
seen
such
unfounded
rudeness
from
an
employee
and
lack
of
response
from
a
manager.
