This is the best fast food you can eat in America. When Mc Donalds it’s a very good quality in Europe then here is like homeless food. Here Chick Fil A is this kind of good quality

I ve been a regular to chik fil a...but no other have charged extra for sweet tea...moreover upon placing order they didn't mention about extra charge..

Man my belly started to feel funny after eating this right here. I was fighting demons. I can’t even begin too imagine what they had to do to these nuggets. It’s animal cruelty. I don’t know if it’s the way they make their food 🥘 or my body rejecting it. At this point Chick-Fil-A isn’t an option.

We love Chick fil A , but incorrect orders is an issue. I love the Market Salad but tonight I picked up a Market Salad with the blue cheese missing. This is the 3rd time at this location and one other time at a different location. That’s like serving cake without the frosting.

Love it here! I have not been to a Chick-fil-A where the service is not top tier and this one is no different. If you’re getting your car maintenance done in the area it’s the perfect place to wait and have a meal. If you have littles they will be entertaining by their fun and clean play area. We also were fortune enough to get invited to bingo night. It was so nice, the kids had a blast. The staff were super friendly and smiled the whole time. They were super nice to the kids as well. Love it here!! Can’t say enough

This local suburban Chick-fil-A was a smooth simple experience, line was minimal resulting in a wait of less then a minute wait. Cashier was kind and helped recommend items on the menu. After placing my order I received my food in less than 2 minutes, when asking for extra sauces and a refill the staff was kind and gladly attended to my request. Overall restaurant was clean. Overall positive experience!

Great tasting food. Had an error, where of the two drinks one was handed and other was not by mistake. Spoke to Brandon, he recognized and made it right as I was returning back to area half an hour later he also added an extra shake as courtesy. Mistakes may happen but they did everything to make it right.

Came in and ordered at 840 pm . Hoping and expecting food to be fresh nice and hot. Nope I received my order after 15 minutes. Fries were cold,chicken sandwiches were cold and the nuggets were horrible to. Wish I would of asked for my receipt so this complaint could actually get to someone.

I've been coming to this location since they opened years ago. The food is always good so 5 stars there. The restaurant is generally very clean and the staff is very polite. Also, I love the app! It makes ordering so much more convenient so I'm more likely to order from them. My main complaint is messed up orders which has increased dramatically over the last year. Items are frequently forgotten or incorrect (especially with the salads). I understand this happens occasionally with every restaurant, but an increasing frequency of mistakes is not a good sign. Please double check your orders (or triple check if needed) before they go out to the customer and the error rate should greatly decrease. The errors mostly occur with mobile orders which constitute 90% of my purchases.

Did a great job, the gentleman at the counter was very nice very talkative had a smile and brought the order to me which is very kind I would recommend

When I ordered my Chick-fil-A sandwich, the chicken was massive, but not TOO massive! Overall, this specific place was good to be in, and I hope you follow it too!

Been here three times and they mess up my order eveytime. Went there today and it was messed up again. Had to go back and what do you know it wasn't corrected. I will never return to this place.

Some other fast food restaurants don't have the same criteria as Chick-fil-A. The staff members always have such a gracious and cordial demeanor, even in their tone of voice. They always serve wonderful cuisine. We adore their strawberry frosted lemonade, which they have. I've never had a problem anywhere. I always get some kind of freebie whenever I have to wait a little while in the drive-through. I appreciate your warmth, generosity, and taste. Chick-fil-A.

This is the second time they have gotten my Cobb salad wrong. First time no dressing. Second time both salads had no chicken. No answer when you call the restaurant either.

Order to head through a fundraiser was happily greeted by order takers in the drive-thru. My order was hot and ready and accurate upon receipt. Overall it was a very pleasant, seamless and quick experience

No big deal, like the world says. I just do not get it, it is fried chicken sandwich. I have had better for less money.

Darn you Chick-fil-A! They have this drink called a Frosted Lemonade. It is sinful how delicious that drink is. I literally must buy two but try to only buy one. Just scrumptious! The Spicy Chicken Deluxe with the waffle fries is my new cheat meal. The food leaves me satisfied without that over stuffed feeling even after eating the meal and having two frosted lemonades. Don't judge me!😂 They have some of the nicest people working for them. They actually look like they love their jobs. The drive-thru is fast without that rushed feeling. Everyone should try it.

Crazy idea, don't let the kid that sounds like he's high on weed take orders. Never got a repeat back of what of the order. Didn't find out it was wrong until I got home because the kids were being loud about being hungry and having to go to the bathroom. Too far and too late to pack the kids up to go back. Should have gone to Lombard or Willow Springs.

My first time at Chick-fil-A. Everyone keeps telling me, got to try the chicken sandwich, so I figured I was close by I might as well stop by and see what all the hype was all about. Tried the spicy chicken sandwich, it was just okay not the best but not the worst, it was good. I definitely enjoy the waffle fries and a chicken noodle soup was very good. But I absolutely love their chocolate chip cookies. Very friendly staff and clean establishment that much I will always appreciate I'll definitely come back and try other items on the menu.

First of all the food there is always good and they are always nice, but today I DoorDashed and the order was correct I had an 8 piece nuggets and a milkshake the bad thing was when I found a hair in my chicken nuggets, it was disgusting and i instantly felt like throwing up, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to order that again

Chicken small, didn't even fit the bun. Fries not cooked enough. Peach milkshake great. I understand price is going up, but no need to shrink the product.

Food was ordered incorrectly. Yet, charged for ingredients. No cheese, lettuce, or tomato added as requested. Restaurant wasn't busy at all. Seems the staff gets lazy when it is slow. I used to enjoy their food. Happened several times since I went the first time. You call, and nobody answers.
