I was surprised by the negativity as soon as I walk in the door. Receptionist seemed like I was a nuisance, with only 2 others waiting in lobby. Company sent me here for a random drug screening....nice facility but these people must hate their lives!

.Opens at 8 AM but ready to test after 8:30.System down for 1:30 min ! For Both drug test and physical you are going to provide urine so drink your fluids before arrival. If not enough urine is provided one may stay up to 4 hours to give a sample or be considered a refusal.Staff is very nice !

I have seen Dr. Ramsey over the years for a few work related injuries. He always put the patient first. I have unfortunately been a patient on more than a few occasions. Easy appointments follow-up and physical therapy is available with Dave. It's nice to work on recovering with people who care. If things are moving slow it's not their fault. It's Workman's Compensation that is dragging their feet.

The Receptionist is Awesome ! Very friendly Came in for my TB reading & she greeted me by my 1st name without saying anything .. The Dr's Asst was great too . Even the Dr was very friendly & fast ! Loved the communication here .. They all made everything stress free ! Thank you ❤

I came in for blood work and a drug test. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, personable and the blood work was painless. (Thanks) If you need these services, I highly recommend.

Great place to do therapy! I had a work relate injury and Dave has been helping through every step of the way. The receptionist Joni is extremely nice and helpful, especially when it comes to rebooking and scheduling. The wait time to see the doctor can sometimes be long but they go over everything to make sure you're good, so its worth it.

Went in for a drug test at exactly 7:00am. Got here right when they opened because I have class at 8:00am. Took the lady at the front desk at least 10 mins to acknowledge me and then tells me that the guy who does the drug test doesn’t arrive till 7:30 ish. Really???? This really put me behind schedule.

VERY SLOW! PAINFULLY SLOW! Come early, you are still waiting 45 minutes to an hour to be seen! Why have appointments then?

Dr. Ramsey and his staff are wonderful. As a physician, Dr. Ramsey does take his time to listen to his patients when doing his consultations, so yes, sometimes that may cause some delay. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and has gone through some updates – which are all nice additions. Some people have said that the wait for urine drug testing sometimes takes too long; but I think it’s important to keep in mind that even if the person is ready to provide the urine sample as soon as they arrive, clinic staff still has to follow necessary and proper procedures. Overall, I recommend this clinic for employment-related procedures and/or personal needs.

I have been going at the countryside clinic for quite sometime and have not experienced any bad incidents. Everyone is pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend this clinic. All my needs and questions are accommodated with no problem.

I’m not one to write reviews but I could not help myself but to praise this clinics I sprained my ankle at work and I was sent to this clinic. I have never had a more pleasant experience with any doctor ever. Dr Ramsey was kind and helped me out through this hard time. His staff took care of me and the physical assistant was kind and gentle. As someone who’s studying to be a doctor, Dr Ramsey showed me exactly what it meant to be a good doctor. 10/10 recommend.
