    Im very disappointed with the groomer Sarah, who took care of my baby Simba a Shibinu dog. My fiancé took him Saturday morning 6/11/22 for a nail trim. I’m going to tell you guys he is the most awesome dog that wouldn’t harm anyone unless he is feeling unsafe. She was trimming his nails and simba was hanged by the table. She got distracted and simba fell off the table leaving him hanging, simba was crying and choking. She grabbed him on the fast reflex and since simba was terrified he bites her. Simba has NEVER bit someone and never acted that way, he was feeling unsafe. Now according to petsmart we can’t take him there because they think he is aggressive. No my pet is NOT aggressive and he is good with toddlers and kids. The people that work there need to be more careful on how they handle pets. The only person I liked for his trims was Mallory but she was busy. Those that take your pet there watch your pets!! My review is a big 0 and I will protect my dog!!

    I have a chow chow and they need a lot of maintenance because of their heavy fur coat. I started taking him to the PetSmart in Countryside since the day I got him. I’ve never had an issue with how he looked when I picked him up after getting groomed until this day. Now I will never bring him back. I brought him in and he had a lot of hair and looked like a lion. I showed pictures of what kind of cut I wanted him to have and mentioned not to cut it too short. I wanted my chow to look like a teddy bear, trimmed but not to the point where I can see the root of his fur which is all black on some spots, making him look like he has black patches around his body. My heart dropped when I saw him come out. I then felt so much disappointed because he looked really bad to me and my husband. I had to pay $103 for this service... his whole body was shaved and left with a choppy full of fluff of a head. The head did not match with his body. I also checked his paws and nothing was done, his paws still needed a trim...what did I pay even pay for then. I feel like all they did was give him a bath and shave his body. Not worth the price!! I’m sorry but the service did not meet my expectations AT ALL!!! Here are before and after pictures...

    Brought Jax in yesterday got home and noticed ears were too short and uneven and shaved spots near his but and they couldn’t cut front finger nails when they did a great job at Christmas this time it wasn’t good. We used to get reports and nice messages like on a report card and didn’t get any of this. I think it just depends on who you get to do the grooming.

    Nothing special about this place. It is useful, generally will stocked, with the prices at the high end of the industry. There's generally a line. At checkout. And they're usually is no one in the aisles to help if you have a question. So if you don't mind waiting in line, and have the answers already to your questions prior to you visiting, this is your place. Nothing bad to say about it. But certainly, it's an ordinary store for pets.

    This PetSmart is one of the good ones. Every time I've gone in, the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Even though PetSmart is obviously a chain store, the employees here are pretty knowledgeable about helping out pet owners with questions. For example, a couple different times employees have correctly said which fish should/shouldn't be tank mates, also were able to answer some questions that aren't common knowledge. I also appreciate their honesty when asking about product quality, pricing (where to get better and or cheaper stuff) even from other stores/online, and their ability for the most part to recommend helpful places/information sources that would be able to answer any questions they weren't able to. Just this past week I was looking for a specific sized glass aquarium canopy replacement. I called the store to ask questions as their online description wasn't very clear. The person who answered not only transferred me to the correct department, but also when I was transferred the employee went above and beyond what the majority would do i.e. checking the amount in stock, even opening a product to measure different parts for me. As for the store itself, it is always clean, and well stocked.

    From both my dogs needs to now my Hamsters 🐹. Petsmart is the place to go. On the spot grooming, vet and smart associates to answer all questions. When planning to buy a new animal I go here to learn and buy supplies for my little Guy.

    I’m so disappointed with Petsmart’s grooming service!!! I buy my furry baby’s supplies here. I have had my dog’s grooming appointment cancelled 3 times!! What’s going on? I need to find a more responsible and caring place!!!

    The store is fine but the grooming is awful! I have brought my dog here a few times and each time they can't seem to groom him the right way. And he just gets fur everywhere when they're done like they don't even brush him after the cut. There's one groomer that isn't outright rude but comes off a little snippy. I should honestly know better because he doesn't behave for them but he does at the Crestwood location. It's a bit further for me but worth it if we're both happy. I'll never cheat on my groomers at Crestwood again!

    One star for keeping one guinea pig for sale. If you sell animals know how to treat them well!!! Guinea pigs need companion. If they’re left alone they require a lot of attention and care, clearly not the case in a busy store full of barking dogs. Eh.

    I went to drop my dog for appointment for a full groom service. Went a 20 minutes early they told me I can’t leave my dog so early because my dog was to old to leave it in the crate for too long. It was only freaking 20 minutes I was going to leave my dog early. Then they told they can use a number 10 blade because my dog was too old and they afraid to cut my dog. I being taking my dogs another groomers and never have problems asking them to leave my dog’s hair very short. This my second time a have very bad experience with Petsmart grooming department. At Petsmart Burbank location keep my dog for three long hours then they called me telling me that they’re weren’t able groom my dog because they err short of personal. Never going back to Petsmart they’re have incompetent people they’re don’t know what they’re doing. I’m going to go Petco or a private dog groomer where they listen the customers.

    Katie is such a compassionate, patient trainer for our puppy. He came in 6 weeks ago as a skidish, scared boy and graduated tonight so playful who came out of his shell- socializing with other puppies and learning so many new commands. She taught him and us so many helpful tips and really helped ease the stress with training a new pup. Highly recommend taking a class with Katie! ~~~ Bowie's Moms ~~~

    The people working here are always very nice. There is a cashier (I don't know her name) but she is the sweetest thing. They always have what I'm looking for in stock. Always go here for my pet stuff!

    I recently visited this pet store and had a decent experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well-maintained, with a good selection of products for a variety of pets. While the prices were a bit higher than other stores in the area, the quality of the products seemed to be worth it. Overall, I would recommend this store to pet owners looking for a convenient and reliable place to shop for their furry friends.

    They have friendly, very helpful and courteous staff. My cat is on a special diet and the staff explained to me something the veterinarians staff did not about the prescription.

    Took my buddy to get a nail trim, was told by the girl that my light tan dog has pink in his paws and eyes from allergies, i said no he doesn’t have allergies, another employee said those are signs of allergies. my dog cries from stress coming here, and his paws always look like that. i took him to the vet and what do you know, he doesn’t have allergies. the girl left his nails jagged too, maybe train your employees about dogs and how to trim their nails well

    If I can give this 10 stars, I would. I want to say thank you to Jeff for being completely patient with my brother and I. So, my mother and I decided to buy my brother basically his own aquarium. My brother was so excited about this, he was going crazy in choosing which fishes he wanted. He asked if he can get this fish or that fish. And let me say, Jeff definitely did his absolute best to catch the specific fish my brother ask. He was so patient because I kept telling him, "oh and that's it." But then my brother was like, "I want 2 of these and 4 of these." Needless to say, Jeff made the experience very delightful.

    I placed an online order and stopped by to pick it up before I received the store email saying that it was ready. I was running another errand nearby the store and thought I would try. It was not complete yet, but the associate offered to contact the store manager and have it put together while I waited. I was very impressed with the positive customer service and immediate response.

    THEY DIDNT EVEN TAKE MY DOG. My 1 year old Pomeranian was supposed to get a Bath and Haircut (Technically a trim because Poms are double coated dogs) but I walked in and 30 seconds later they sent me home. Leo is extremely docile and weighs like 6 pounds, and when we walked in there were 3 ladies currently grooming dogs. The groomer checked us in and then went to get the blue leash that they wrap around the dog. When she approached my dog she tried to throw the leash onto him and yank it tightly, but she missed. Obviously this spooked my dog because he had never met her before, and she tried to grab him by the neck after that. My dog trying to defend himself started going behind me and showing his teeth. The groomer then started saying that he was "aggressive" and that they can't groom dogs that are like that for their safety and the comfort of the dog. Ma'am you didnt even try to greet my dog or let him smell you. My dog has been groomed by OTHER petsmart locations, so clearly I know he can handle it or I wouldn't have booked the appointment. Don't bother coming to this location

    I was just verbally assaulted by another customer at your store. This wouldn’t have happened if you had more than one check out lane during busy times or if you marked the price of items correctly. I had to process a return of an item that I had just purchased. Disappointed in your store. I won’t be back any time soon.

    I absolutely live the staff here. About 2 months ago I was preparing to move and wanted another cat companion since I would be separated from my moms cat and here I found Champ! (Family renamed him Equinox to match our other cat Nova) they could tell I was infatuated with this baby when I first saw him and how they were having a lot of trouble adopting him out because he was a black cat. He is by far the most lovable and goofy cat ever and allowed me to meet him and find my furever friend. Banfield, them and their catnip from the heart association were absolutely FANTASTIC and is officially my favorite petsmart to go to due to the fantastic staff. A great shoutout to the managers and techs who take great care of the cats/kittens. I will always come here for any of my cat needs (:
