Wonderful place to be... Can do lots of good walks around. Location could be little tricky if reaching by public transport, but land lady shall definitely help on it. Much appreciated help, indeed. Wish I would come back.

Magical place for all types of visitors. Be inspired or let the natural habitat give you peace. Great facilities and Liz not just a superb person but an even better host ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Liz is an amazing host and if you are lucky enough to stay on a Saturday evening you should join the session and enjoy the talents of others and get roped into displaying your own. Very accommodating, I stayed with my boyfriend and while we missed out on staying in the double room we were given a curtained off section or the main room to ourselves. Very thoughtful on their part. I will definitely be coming to stay again in the future.

A great place to get away from it all. It is in a beautiful location, remote from urban areas. Self catering, everything is clean and the hospitality excellent. The Saturday night sessions of music and storytelling are very enjoyable.

Great place to stay to visit attractions in the local area. Saturday night at the barn is a must as locals gather for storytelling and music - everyone can participate and owner and host Liz is a world renowned storyteller!

Friendly service. In a beautiful part of the world. There is the promise of peace and quiet and at weekends there is a read Irish ceili to enjoy . You might even meet the wee red neighbours who regularly stop by for a feed. Red squirrels are a common sight here close to glenariffe forest park

Lovely hostel! Hosts were wonderful, full of helpful suggestions for our days acticities and were treated to a folk tale about the mist in the valley before we left.

We had an incredible experience at Ballyeamon barn. Liz has built a community around storytelling and seeing her work her craft was worth the trip in itself. The barn is surrounded by picturesque hikes and gems of waterfalls around every corner. We enjoyed several lovely music events at the barn and in town. Liz is incredibly hospitable and helped us out several times, as we were traveling by foot. We’re already missing it and are planning our next stay.

Absolutely amazing place in one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen... You won't believe the price. Liz goes above and beyond to make your experience way beyond the price you pay. A magnetic hub where you will meet amazing people and if your lucky you will even meet the fairy's. I cant wait to come back... Just spent a 7 week working holiday here that will take a lifetime to forget.. LOVE BALLYEAMON BARN πŸ’–

I had an awesome time at Ballyeamon Barn and I'd definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Norther Ireland! Surrounded by beautiful nature, close to the sea, a stunning forest park and good spots for hiking -- there's something for everyone.
