Had food from the Mexican specials board. Main courses were nice (tacos and burrito), prawn starter was OK but the calamari was way overcooked and rubbery. Staff and drinks were good

Very disappointed salmon was served with a few green beans and sprigs of broccoli nothing else and Parmesan had no white sauce cheese was burnt and it was stuck on greaseproof paper dry as sticks I asked if we got any potatoes to go with salmon and was told I don’t know first time I’ve served it . Lovely place great location but dear me the salmon was £13 not bank breaking I agree but 3 green Abrams and sprigs of broccoli 💁‍♀️

Decent selection of gin and craft ales, perfect if you're out for a meal with friends and want pizza, dirty burger or anything with chips, with starters and sides such as sweet potato fries and halloumi sticks - in cool, trendy surroundings. They had a brunch menu too which looked like it had a tasty choice of food. I had salmon, which was slightly too done for my liking but was seasoned well had a nice crispy skin, and they were happy to swap out sides for something else. Overall pretty good!

My wife and I called in for lunch after visiting the Tommy war memorial across the street, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent, hot and fresh. I am a big lad but I couldn't finish filled Yorkshire pudding, I actually had to leave half of the pudding and some roast potatoes, those who know me will find that hard to believe lol. Seriously the food was first class , the steak was so tender and tasty and the cost was very reasonable, I will recommend this place to my friends.

Great food, fast, friendly staff, great history of the north east played silently on tv as you drink and dine. A sea view gem, overlooking our beautiful coastline and " Our Tommy", war statue and Cenetaph. Great little beer garden, heated out back for those who prefer to watch sport on the outdoor TV's.

Very covid secure ! Staff ensure everyone complied with the rules and they all wore masks ! Track and trace was straight forward with new app but manual was also available for one of my party. Service was fast and food was delicious, 50% off a nice added bonus. One of my favourite spots in Seaham !

Really nice little bar down near the sea, staff were excellent and accommodating to us and our dog, they had a seating area for us out the back. Gins were a little overpriced but a great selection and the food was pretty good too!

We designed bar and grill on the sea front, pleasant staff, good menu for all times of the day, the food was all freshly made and we presented, we called in around 16.30, it was a bit quiet but soon got busy

Went in today and all the seats taken, mostly had people chatting while finished eating food and even buying drinks just to still be seated, wanted to give it a try yet with barely any seats, had to pass up the opportunity, place looks okay, just limited seating.

A nice place and the cocktails we had were good (2 for £10) but was disappointed that the coffee machine was turned off at 8.30pm so no chance of getting an espresso martini 🥺

Good food, good services. However be prepared to wait for your food as it’s cooked to order the wait is generally 20-40 minutes. I would still award 5 stars but they don’t tell you the wait before your order.

Had a great family meal here during our holiday in the North East. Great find. Had lunch after a morning on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks. Great tasty food that came quickly. I would recommend the pizzas and flatbreads... my wife loved the vegetable quesadilla. Thank you for a great lunch!

Very lovely service. We were in rush and I did ask a lady some ice cubes for my very hot tea, so she gave me another glass with ice. Ladies served us with smile and we felt very welcome. We will back and we would recommend this place for others

We are both vegetarian, we ordered pizza and the vegetarian meatballs, they were very accommodating with our requests. Delicious, fresh ingredients and great to meet the chef.

A big shout out for the staff both front and behind the scenes, we were there on Friday (17) of us for our granddaughter birthday. Staff were very helpful food lovely, they went out of their way to assist my sister who is in a wheelchair and was first to get there, staff helped her to assess the smoking area and one of the chefs stayed with until I got to her, bless him he was going off duty.

Visited 24/10/22 me and my partner usually love this place but yesterday wasn't so good as previous times we've eaten here. Different menu with less choice it seemed bring old menu back.

Impromptu visit, but wow, well worth it. My son and I had food it was amazing. I had Calamari starter, then loaded chips surf and turf. He had buttermilk chicken strips starter and the same main. Really tasty food cooked perfectly. Staff friendly but not in your face. Would recommend.

Nice place. It's very quiet during the week, but at least it's open, unlike a lot of the other pubs! I'd like to be able to get crisps or nuts with my drink, but other than that, it's a decent spot for a pint.

came here whilst in seaham last night for a drink at around 9pm. as soon as we sat down a staff member came over and asked if we wanted food and we asked to look at a menu, was immediately told they stopped doing food a while ago. we said we'd just have a drink, to which we were told they were closing in thirty minutes. online it is advertised as being open till 11pm. the way the staff member spoke to us made us feel very unwelcome and was honestly quite rude. we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. wouldn't recommend

Really good & fresh food and attentive service - highly recommend the fish and chips and the prawn sandwich. Onion rings are really good, and the food overall tasted really fresh and not oily at all.

Food was decent topped chips, burgers, wraps, pizza all foods that go hand in hand with a nice pint unfortunately the good beers that are in the Sunderland restaurant aren't in the seaham 1. NO GUINNESS i was gutted.
