I booked with Abbey for Acupuncture. She has a very serene demeanor. She listened intently then went straight to work. My first treatment with her was great.I also saw Melanie for massage. Melanie's soothing personable persona made for a relaxing experience all while getting the much needed deep tissue work done. Little Valley's space is peaceful and clean with lovely decor. I highly recommend.

Julia’s space is bright, clean, airy and also very relaxing. I appreciate my professional and effective massages with her so much. She has beautiful extra touches like hot stones which make it seem more like I’m at the spa than getting a therapeutic massage. Thank you Julia for helping me take care of myself.

The best massage I have ever had! The setting is so beautiful and relaxing--what an amazing ocean view. Melanie definitely has a healing touch, and the atmosphere that she creates is truly special. Thank you so much for helping me with my back pain--I will be back again soon.

What a fantastic experience !! I was recommended Little Valley following a back injury & ongoing pain/issues. Could not be any happier with my first session. Molly was extremely professional, listened to my issues & expectations and communicated a well thought out plan of attack. Lindsay was excellent- one of the better massages I’ve had. She was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and focussed her work where I needed it the most. Definitely recommend.
