👍👍 Chelsea's is a truly fantastic little gem for meals, snacks, drinks, and desserts. Every time I come here, there's a little something new. The selection at the deli is great, and there are plenty of good options cooked up right in-house. Whether it's a calzone or sandwich, it can be had here, and it... People often mention deli, good,

Chelsea's is a truly fantastic little gem for meals, snacks, drinks, and desserts. Every time I come here, there's a little something new. The selection at the deli is great, and there are plenty of good options cooked up right in-house. Whether it's a calzone or sandwich, it can be had here, and it does not disappoint. The pizza here is the best for the money, though, offering Pupatella taste and Papa John's size for a better value than both. The absolute best pizza in the area (see pics). There's also a selection of nice desserts, coffee, and plenty of different canned drinks, that constantly rotate out. Beer and wine? They have that as well, to include both craft beers and traditional American beers. In fact, this is probably the best beer selection in the area that I've seen, without driving 15-20 minutes or more. I'm truly impressed by the owner's sourcing of different drinks and foods. As an aside, there is an area to sit down and wait while your meal is being prepared. This place is a personal favorite place of mine and brings an eclectic mix of ever-changing tastes. I understand Bayou Bakery is nearby and seems to get rave reviews, but Chelsea's is truly head and heels above them, unless there's something there you simply must have. This is a must-visit if you're passing by, you're sure to find something that interests you.

Really enjoyed this deli. I always like good sandwiches and they make good sandwiches. I have had their turkey club and their Ruben. The make the order quick and seem to care about their customers. I most just took out. I was staying nearby at a hotel. It seems to be kept clean and is well designed as well.

Great place to grab & go. We had a Caesar chicken wrap and a gyro (like a pita with meat and vegetables). Both were really tasty and cheap. Around $8/9 each. There is no place to sit down inside but there are tables outside.

Very clean market that reminds me a lot of the New York version. Lots of different options and assortments including foreign snacks. Grabbed a few snacks, beverages' and a order of fries. The fries were some of the best I've ever had shockingly! Would recommend and will return!

This is one of the BEST sub sandwich places I’ve ever been to! Before I moved from the area, I use to go to this place weekly - I’d get the steak and cheese sub and my wife would get the Italian. AMAZING! I never give 5 star reviews unless they’re worth it. Thanks for serving us Shawn!! Till next time. Lastly, love that tennis is always on in there - truly miss this place

Nice corner deli and market located right outside the Courthouse Plaza Apartments. Had the teriyaki chicken wrap, which was fantastic. The flavor was good and they used Boar’s Head for the meat. The staff was also very friendly. The mart itself has a large wine selection and also chocolates. I ate outside since the weather was good, but I’m not sure if there was seating inside. Definitely going to make that a regular stop with the price being quite cheap, too.

Sandwich is amazing! Illy coffee, milka, and other chocolates, etc... And a lot of European foods!! Wow, thank you!

Probably the best one of these markets/delis I have eaten in DC. This week I had the Philly Steak and Cheese Sub, the Calzone, and hamburger. Food is perfect and huge. Great atmosphere to relax inside no matter the weather. Right next to Courthouse Metro so wherever you are going, this is the place to eat or shop.

Got a Reuben and curly fries - both are great. Set up very nicely and where can you find a deli around here that’s open on Sunday or anywhere open until 11pm everyday? Note that kitchen closes at 10pm and you can call ahead to place your order (takes about 10 minutes). Nice addition! I attached the food I got and the menu since I do not see it elsewhere. Enjoy! And it’s not just a deli but has beer, wine, and other various items. This is the menu for the deli portion. Friendly!

Walking in you notice that they have a wide variety of items to choose from in the store. As for the deli every item is readily available all day long. If you want pizza at 9 am you can have some lol we ordered the pancakes with egg and home fries, and the turkey omelette with veggies and home fries with a piece of toast. The food is definitely good bang for your buck. Their cinnamon roll was delicious, I asked if they could warm it and they did with no hesitation. I also had an appointment at 9:30 to be at but my iPhone was dying, I asked if by chance they’d be willing to charge it and they did, again without hesitation. Overall 9/10 would highly recommend. I didn’t give it a 10 only because there wasn’t tables to sit and eat but they had a bench where I sat to eat instead no issue.
