    I found the programme to be extremely user friendly, easy nutrition plans to follow, including brilliant home and gym workout sessions, I have learnt so much in such a short space of time and not only that been able to lose 3 stone in 7 months weight loss is a marathon not a sprint! I chose the programme in order to combat my mental health, suffering from social anxiety held me back whenever it came to stepping foot in the gym, after each session I found my confidence grew both in and out the gym, I feel absolutely amazing and will only continue to improve with my weight loss journey. Worth every penny, Andrew is incredible, he has been nothing but patient and understanding with my situation, he always strives to bring out the best performance in. Highly recommended, brilliant Personal Trainer! 👌🏻

    Completed the February challenge with Andy and a small group of others. I have just had a baby and I wanted some support to gently start to get back some level of fitness. I was worried that I was going to be given something totally unrealistic but the personalised plan was really helpful and Andy was able to give alternatives to help I wasn't able to achieve one of the exercises. The goals were realistic and flexible around my lifestyle. He created a lovely supportive community that also really helped keep motivation up. Really pleased and I would highly recommend Andy

    Simply put Andy is an incredible personal trainer. Andy has an extremely positive attitude to life and working out which is infectious and makes it a joy to workout and is fantastic for building confidence. His fitness knowledge, on mobility, strength training and nutrition is second to none - Andy is clearly thoroughly well read on scientific literature on fitness and able to apply it on an individual level. I am extremely grateful to have found Andy as a personal trainer and could not recommend him any higher.

    I was at my lowest point last year. I decided it was time for a change but I was too scared to start going to the gym by myself. I didn't know where to start or how I would fit in amongst everyone else that knew what they were doing. I decided to reach out to Andy, it was scary at first. I didn't think I could do this for long because I have terrible gym anxiety. But that changed very quickly. He is very friendly, understanding and I did not feel intimated by him. He made me feel calm and reassured me. He motivated and pushed me to do my best each and every week. There were of course bad weeks too where I would start to slip. But he didn't make me feel bad about it which helped me to keep going. Starting my sessions with Andy was one of the best decisions of my life! I couldn't recommend it more. He is genieuly one of the best personal trainers out there!

    Get in shape and get strong with Andy! Andy reached out following my post online about finding a PT for 12 weeks- I had some loose goals and just wanted to train and feel good, lose weight, the usual! Andy set up a pre call to find out my current fitness levels, lifestyle and fitness goals and was really knowledgeable and friendly. In my head I thought I’d be doing HIIT sessions and 30 min treadmill runs (which are not my cuppa tea) but Andy advised me to lift weights and build my foundations for strength and I’d achieve better results. I really enjoyed my sessions with Andy he’s patient, professional, super knowledgeable, encourages proper form and tweaks your techniques until you get it right. A lot of my personal bests more than doubled from week 1 and I felt the improved strength each week. Thanks for your help and I’d absolutely recommend Andy.

    Absolutely over the moon with the dedication and support from Andy since starting 6 weeks ago. From the Dedicated personalised workout plans to the meal planning and educational online seminars he has taken every step to ensure I have the best tailored plans for my personal goals but also being realistic and not allowing me to run away with myself. The personal training is hard work but also fun and after every session I feel like I’m making that progress. I searched for a while to find the right personal trainer that understood and could tailor a plan adaptable to daily life and work. I would 100% recommended anyone wanting to either start out with fitness or get a helping hand to a goal they have in mind, to get in contact with Andy. You won’t be disappointed.

    I recently took up Andy's free 10 day challenge. He devised an exercise programme to suit me, he was very supportive and I found him very knowledgeable. Because I had a goal it gave me a real sense of purpose and it helped me break the bad habits acquired in lockdown! I lost 5lb and am up to 7-8000 steps a day. My Jeans certainly feel more comfortable. I would recommend Andy to anyone serious about making some lifestyle changes. Thanks Andy

    Andy is a fantastic PT, very professional and well prepared. You are in good hand with him. I would recommend him to everyone. He is worth every penny you pay for his PT service.
