Where ever we go, we head for a wetherspoons. Very disappointed with this one. Food came out fast but was stone cold and the waitress wasn't very pleasant either when told, they bought out a fresh eggs benedict (or so I thought), it was just the old one microwaved. The waitress sniggered and gave us a dirty look when we proved her wrong about how the pancakes were supposed to have bacon. The barmen bought my drink to the table as I ordered through the app and slammed it down without a word and just grunted at us when we said the hot drink machine wasn't working. Dirty all over, an absolute dive hole! Will NOT be returning! Awful wetherspoons and rude staff.

Exactly what you'd expect from a weatherspoons. Food came quickly, staff was nice. Excellent value for money.

Cheap drinks and pleased they did the wine I enjoy but seemed quite clear the staff didn't want to work there. Luckily one of the staff members football team had won on the day we went in, and apparently that was the only reason he was willing to still serve customers- and was very vocal about it. Thank goodness for a good atmosphere amongst the customers otherwise we wouldn't have lasted the hour!

Second visit to this one. Security staff are on the ball, although I did see one a little over the top patronizing a young male. No violence, thankfully. Got a table by a shield and tried to enjoy a beer in the sultry conditions. The Shipyard wasn't the best, so the staff duly obliged with a replacement. Service was good, but quite slow

Loved the food especially the chicken wings basket and nachos. Drinks are cheaper than other places in Leamington though they have limited varieties in Gin. Overall vibe was good. Only improvement required in the table availability and table hygiene. They accept card payments.

Outlet of JD Wetherspoon, usual low prices for food and drink. Listed in the Good Beer Guide and they had a range of decent real ales on, all at £2 a pint or cheaper. Pub could possibly have been a bit cheaper as surfaces were sticky, but staff seemed friendly and helpful. Was once two separate shops and the interior is still maintained and has numerous history boards. Numerous charging points around the pub as well which were useful

Wow, no words will comprehend our experience today. We only had a basket meal, but the service was absolutely fantastic. We were served by a gent who made me smile from first approaching the bar. He was training a young man on his first shift- to say a smile is contagious was an understatement. The trainer was taking his lead from this perfect employee on customer service. He was apologising to customers for being slow, asking how their day was, nothing fazed him although you could clearly see he was nervous. Well done to them both. Then not only that , we were in a rush and the serving staff were just as good. All staff had smiles, engaging with customers and creating a wonderful atmosphere. Who ever employed this team has hit the nail on the head for customer service. This public house chain are known for cheaper alcohol and pub food. Well , I completely dispute this as this team have made this eating venue 4star. Well done to everyone. If you do a venue of the month I would definitely recommend this team as a whole. One extremely happy customer.

4 cold breakfasts. Sent runny poached egg back as cold, came back solid. Obviously just put in the microwave. Staff very surly attitude. Dirty areas around the pub. Such a disappointment for a wetherspoons, as I usually find them clean and very satisfactory.

Very nice staff. They were quite busy today so service was a little slower but not overly so. Our server did get our food order slightly wrong but it was their first day and they were so pleasant and welcoming, so easily forgiven. The place is looking a bit tired, though I suppose when it's so well used it's probably to be expected. We would visit again.

Enjoyable pub. We had 4 small plates of food to share. Came our hot and timely. Tried the blood orange cider - perfect in this weather!

Filthy tables, staff supposedly cleaned the table 3 times but it was still covered in food. Chips and peas on the floor. Very busy and noisy. Only good thing is the price of the drinks.

There is a lovely member of staff who serves behind the bar and also helps bring the food to the table. He is always helpful and stays calm even under pressure. The food is just fine, good value for your money.

This was a fantastic pub for drinking, with a stylishly presented counter! The seating area resembles a train carriage, frames on the wall display beautiful artwork and staff were friendly. I enjoyed a Cocktail Pitcher on the deal for two with a friend, sitting comfortably like a carriage!

Of course all the drinks are exceptionally cheap and taste great. There were many different types of customers, unlike a common misconception that everyones an alcoholic. It was very busy the night we went, so the service at the bar was a bit slow. It seemed a bit understaffed in general, as lots of the tables weren't cleared after folks left. I later discovered that if you order using the app, you get your order delivered to your table. This was quite quick, so I'd recommend doing this if its busy.

What a dump. No beer the other day " run out of gas for the pumps". Limited menu because basics unavailable. Scruffy with food all over the carpet and lights not working in some areas. Staff were doing their best and very helpful but no sign of the manager.

Simply had a cup of tea. Plenty of seating areas and easy access to the bar. My parents had trouble finding the toilets because the door signs was apparently hard to read.

Really nice chilled out place. Doors were open at the front as it was sunny. Nice and air conditioned inside without being too chilly. Ordered breakfast and my drink. They bought my cup to me so I could have a coffee straight away. Food came quickly and it was really nice. My only slight complaint was that the baked beans were cold. Still ate them though. Had another coffee before I left. Fouled were nice and clean and staff were friendly

Visited Monday and Tuesday evenings and was very popular with students. Unsurprising as great selection of quality food and drink. Albeit busy the table service was rapid.

For a pub the beer is good, for food well. We had ordered fish and chips with peas and a Tennesse burger. When it arrived both meals where stone cold and the peas with the fish chips where solid. Took the food back and asked for a freshly cooked hot meal about 15-20 minutes later the food came back slightly hotter then the last ones the only problem was the fish and chips where not much better and the fish tasted rubbery the chips didn't taste nice and the peas where still not fully cooked the burger was okay. Couldn't be bothered to complain again just not planning to eat at Benjamin Satchwells again. The beer is okay.

Lovely Wetherspoons in Leamington Spa. We had a great visit, plenty of atmosphere and the usual fantastic value for money.

Food tasted good, although it came out quite cold. I didn't have time to wait for a fresh order so ate it anyway. Mushroom was cooked very poorly, I think it was slightly off - I didn't eat that.

Came for a bite to eat with my son while escaping the torrential rain. The pub was welcoming and had friendly staff that couldn't be more helpful if they tried, great food and we stayed dry! Win - win!

Nice Pub and good Value but dose get busy at times. I like the Copper pot and The Windmill Leamington. But I like the fast service in here.

It's not very often I get a chance to have a treat due to being in hospitality myself ....looked forward to finally having a Sunday off pre Christmas...it was a lovely treat not to busy due to covid but a very safe place to be clean and tidy wore masks whilst moving around ...the breakfast was very tasty the only thing I miss is more mushrooms other wise team Ben's keep up the great work happy Christmas to you all....

Good beer but poor service. Several people behind the bar but too busy randomly fiddling around to serve. When we were served, the person took our beer order and promptly disappeared into the pub without explanation. Had to wait again to be served by someone else.

Awful and extremely slow service. The bar staff have clearly not been trained properly. Takes them way too long to serve you, especially considering the amount of staff they have on the bar at one time. Appalling. But the food is pretty popping.

Very good food at reasonable prices here and once we moved away from the group of foul-mouthed student types, the atmosphere was much more welcoming. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wife's lemon and herb chicken was both generous in portion and very tasty (I snaffled a wee bit). Kids all enjoyed their various burgers and chicken curry as well. Top marks to Wetherspoons !

Ordered two small vegetarian breakfast just before 11am and got two large portions for the same price. I think they were not wasting the already cooked food but it was a bonus to us. Nice place, friendly staff and comfortable place to be. Highly recommend.
