Lovely place to visit. A bit loud but the atmosphere was brilliant. Food absolutely delicious. Waited 50 minutes for food. A bit long therefore only 4 stars.

The first time I did a group party at Turtle Bay it was brilliant, our waitress was so attentive and kind and our food and drinks were quite fast considering it was a Friday evening. The fish fry was amazing also and I would recommend. Our waitress lit the birthday candles and bought the cake over and managed to keep it discreet as it was a surprise which was nice! We all had a great time. Because of the first experience being so good I organised another party but was very let down. It was a surprise and I’d booked two separate tables to be put together and called up so they were aware. On arrival our tables weren’t together and instead of putting our tables together they had other guests sat in the middle of us which made absolutely no sense. The surprise was ruined as their family members were sat on the table across from ours instead of them being already at our table. We had to wait until the people on the middle table had left and then had to move them together by ourself which was just a pain and it spoiled the surprise. On top of this, the cake apparently wasn’t allowed to be lit either and it had to be lit when put on the table which wasn’t the same rules a few weeks prior. I also ordered the fish fry again however was disappointed in the presentation when it came to the table as the calamari seemed like scraps in comparison to the first time and the sauce was on the tray rather than in a pot. It’s the attention to detail that let it down I think! Won’t allow me to write another review but I came again with work colleagues and ordered a fish fry to be told there’s no salmon. I had to quickly choose another meal and opted for the chicken burger which was really disappointing. The meat looked discoloured and unpleasant. I also ordered ‘Pineappleade’ which was £5 and was bought out in a pint glass, it was essentially pineapple juice with a dash of lemonade which was really not worth the price.

Part 2: Millie’s & Joe’s service was excellent. Even the one at reception. He was friendly and hospitable . Millie was polite , quick. Joe offered for photograph. Checked if everything is good. Visited again for the jackfruit curry rice. Virgin colada could be better. Sweet potato fries and callaloo were great Part 1: Loved the jackfruit curry with rice. Would definitely visit here Again for the same . It had right amount of spices, rice served with boiled beans was also perfect. They had 1+1 drinks offer. Options for cocktails were good, we tried passion rum punch , berry , regga , dessert island but everything had a lot of sugar syrup making the drink very sweet. Prosecco shots were good. Corn fritters felt good initially with one bite. I see most people in my table wasting that because it was too oily and a big lump fried instead of small batches. Service was good but very slow. My colleague had to wait more than 45 minutes for his burger and set potato fries. Even I waited so ping for the bill . They even rushed us to order starters and main course together, still there was a lot of delay. Hygiene was poor: Ladies washroom was under maintenance . So we were asked to use the washroom for disabled . It was disgustingly messy . Good thing is they have bottomless brunches and shared platters. Will try next time.

We did our first ever bottomless brunch and my word, we weren’t disappointed! The place was nice and clean and the team very happy to serve, were helpful and friendly. We managed quite a lot of cocktails, with which we had one free brunch item each. The portion wasn’t large by any stretch of imagination but having paid £32 each for unlimited drinks we didn’t stress. Next time we will eat first! Am already booked to go back in May!!

Three of us went yesterday lunchtime. Good welcome upon arrival. George, our waiter, was excellent. With hindsight we should have asked to move as it was too loud. They would have moved us if we'd asked. Food and drinks very good. My dish was too spicy - I think the words fiery scotch bonnet chilies should have been a clue. Got to take it away as my hubbies likes spicy food. A nice unique experience.

Muntha was so good at providing us with the best service and he constantly checked to see if we needed more drinks with our bottomless brunch! He was great, very friendly and suggested great choices. Should be proud to have him as an employee!! 😊

Had the best New Years Eve here with my mates. Staff were fantastic, who all looked after us. Saw the New Year in, the whole place had an atmosphere and the vibes were there all night into first thing when the clock struck 12. Also, a bargain at £50 for that bottomless dinner. Food was delicious, drinks were flowing. Well done all.

Have come here a few times and always have a great time. They always have the best vibes and deals if you come after 9:30 for happy hour drinks or bottomless brunch. Also Lois was a great server, very helpful and answered all our questions. The drink is the Beach Blonde.

This was a fantastic bar for cocktails, presenting a menu with a strong range and the rich colourfulness carries a Caribbean vibe! The speaker decorations boost the atmosphere and staff were friendly, particularly a man who served me I can't remember the name think it was Jack and this on 25th November when he was very patient in discussion while getting ready for my cocktail. Me and my friend made usage on the 2 for 1 offer on Trop It Like It's Hot, a catchy name playing off the Snoop Dogg song and it was out of this world even looking alien!

I rarely give 5 stars but this is the best place I have been, wanted to go to the Coventry one but ended up in Leamington. Top quality services with friendly servers. Chilled out atmosphere with reggae music. The food is so freaking delicious! Will highly recommend this place.

Me and my partner came to enjoy the place as we've never been, and I was fascinated by how beautiful it was, the deals as well as the general atmosphere. However, we ordered food and not only was the appetizer tasting almost frozen and just like ice but the main dish for myself was burnt despite being just a simple chicken meal. We left £49* down and honestly still hungry and rather disappointed. The staff were lovely, sometimes looking like they were trying to hide away. Did question why the place shuts at 12 and the last orders for the BAR are at 11. My partner did ask for water and was denied which I know is questionable regarding licensing laws. He was told he would receive water he never got, despite being tipsy from the cocktails we shared. (Cocktails were fine tho!). It's the fastest I've seen my partner get out his card to leave and the card machine wasn't working either and left us trying to pay 3+ times on a broken machine. Probably not coming back by choice. Disturbing and uncomfortable experience.

Turtle bay bottomless brunch was AMAZING. Service was incredible, food was delicious and drinks were very good quality. Shoutout to our waitress Emma who was incredible, constantly coming back to check on us. Will definitely be returning, would highly recommend!

10 of us booked a table for a bottomless cocktail brunch! Lots of cocktails to choose from!! Our waitress LARISSA showed us a really good time and kept up with the round of drinks! The food was good! A bit too hot for me tho🫣 we had a great time!! The atmosphere was excellent!! LARISSA really made the experience for us! She was awesome!! 😁

Great fresh and flavoursome food. Customer service was great - friendly and helpful staff. Good menu choices and reasonably priced. Loved the 2-1 cocktails! Definitely recommend and will go back again!

Tried Jamaican dark Blackwell along with spicy French fries. I loved the spiciness of the fries, I am not sure what they have added to the fries but they were tasting really good. The place was very crowded, one can hardly hear clearly what other person was saying. The restaurant is in the centre of the town.

Good vibes, not too busy especially for a Friday night. We came mainly for drinks but also some dinner, and it was great& good value. And of course our waitress Larissa made it ever better, she was incredibly attentive&chatty. Recommended!

Really nice atmosphere, music, food and service. Would recommend to anyone for a nice simple night out, good vibes. Our dumplings were undercooked however staff swapped this promptly and ensured our replacement was cooked to perfection. Our waiter adoring was really lovely and attentive also and ensured our needs were met. He added to our experience and evening which was nice.

Words can’t describe what a great experience we’ve had! We ordered mostly veggie dishes and they were just fantastic. The cocktails were so tasty too! The service was impeccable, Liv was fantastic, so friendly and nice! There was nothing she couldn’t do for us! Will recommend this place to everyone xx

A place where u can have the best carribean meal in town. And the cocktail options adds to the amazing set. You can take occasional sides (my personal favourite - corn fritters), can have Jerk Chicken along with Curry catsu and enjoy your sumptuous meals always. It is not crowded place at all but at the same time it is too great a place for serene and calm atmosphere.

Went for lunch, they had a few options that were both Vegan and Gluten free. They were very tasty, maybe a tad spicy for some but i thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks also. I don't normally drink alcohol but the bahama mama is so delicious i did have to get 1 which turned into 2 because of happy hour and a free afternoon. The waiter was helpful and attentive 10/10 for hospitality. More options for food would of been nice and maybe quiter singing from the managerial looking guys doing paperwork in the corner.

I am never sure on what drink to get but the lovely bartender Dan was able to assist me, he explained all the drinks and made suggestions. I loved them all, he is so talented! He made my visit very enjoyable, I would highly recommend! Plus the food is great

Such a lovely restaurant, serving beautiful and comforting food, full of flavour. Great atmosphere and drinks too. Our server, Alphanso, was really attentive, welcoming and had a lovely manner. Can't wait to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone.
