We stayed here on 08.07.23 with our daughter who has autism and an intellectual disability. We had booked a family room but when we arrived only a double bed was made up and there was one towel in the bathroom. Evidently the room was not set up for us. It took at least an hour for someone to come and make up the smaller sofa/single bed by which time our daughter had chosen the other bed to sleep in as it was the only one available to her when we arrived and she is rigid in her thinking due to her disability so refused to move. The staff refused to provide us with another bed resulting in my husband and I having to try and sleep in the smaller bed and so we had very little sleep. Also having two strange men in our bedroom at 11pm for over 20 minutes was very unsettling to my daughter and it took her a very long time to regulate and be able to get to sleep. We complained at the reception the next morning and asked to speak to the manager. We were told none was available and we asked that someone give us a call regarding our stay. We have received no call to date. Also the Premier inn is refusing to refund us for our stay under their good sleep guarantee as they say that as another bed was provided they fulfilled their guarantee. They accept no responsibility for the distress and stress they caused us and our daughter who has a disability therefore demonstrating their total lack of acceptance and awareness of the rights of people with a disability. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. They are beyond a disgrace. Also the hotel is in a state of disrepair and the cleanliness is lacking

This is my first visit to UK. However, the hotel has never been a pleasant experience. 1) Location and Room condition. The hotel is located at center of city. It was relatively clean but not elaborately organized, some lights were not turned on, and the atmosphere was dark and gloomy. The room was relatively large, had 2 more useless beds and the Wifi was the worst. Not recommended for business trips. 2) services and staff quality Breakfast and dinner are served and the taste is average. Considering the price, I don't recommend it that much. A few staff are kind, but Some staff are far from friendly and racist. Need to be careful.Employees should be trained in kindness and generosity. Beware of the guy with the weird British accent. But there are also really kind and great staff. (Sam) 3) Facility It's safe, but don't expect much because there are no special facilities or features other than the restaurant. It's a very normal level. 4) Overall I can't recommend it. If you don't have a place to book, find another Premere Inn. I will definitely go somewhere else next time. (I'll pay a little more and go to a better place.)

Premier inn is not and had not been the same for many years now. The room was not properly cleaned, the glass was dirty the mugs were dirty and the floor wasn't hoovered. Also I went down to get my daughter's weetabix warmed up and they said they couldn't use microwaves due to the power on them being too high however give me boiling hot milk which too a good 15 minutes to cool down. Yes the location is great but the room and service just wasn't

Rooms were fine other than a confusing sink plug that got stuck closed. Front of house staff appeared sick of his job and provided no customer service at all. Clear distrust from the beginning as he was reluctant to book my into my room despite me telling him the name on the booking. "booked" us in for breakfast at 10:30, went down in the morning a few minutes late to find breakfast closes at 10:30 so they had closed the restaurant already. Seeing from his age and utter incompetence at his customer service job, I would have to assume he's a manager. Otherwise, he would've presumably been fired by now. Other staff such as cleaners were very friendly and polite, a stark contrast from the front of house.

Lovely spacious room. Free teabags and coffee sashays with a kettle. TV with a variety of channels and a hair dryer. Staff are nice as well

This hotel provided everything we needed- comfortable clean bedding, warm , clean, big room, tea and coffee. More importantly, service from reception staff was excellent. Sam and his colleague were welcoming, warm and very ready to help. Of course like most city centre hotels it had no parking but there is a paid one next door. Will definitely use again.

Obviously it's a Premier Inn so you don't go here for luxury and a magical atmosphere, but the room was immaculately clean, the bed splendid and the staff unusually welcoming and cheerful. Even at busy times they were unfailingly helpful and genuinely interested to help. Also, on that extremely hot weekend in summer 2022, it was particularly marvellous to have a room with working air conditioning.

Booked this hotel as a group attending an event at The Warwick Arts Centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food good. However for us was the outstanding service we received particularly by Jack who was amazing. He looked after us so well and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels where I haven’t had that level of service. He deserves a massive pat on the back. What as asset to the hotel

Great location but the upkeep of the rooms is poor for a Premier Inn. Our bathroom was awful, it looked like it needed a proper deep clean. We got quizzed at check in about our ages which felt very off. I understand about checking IDs, but to quiz us on our ages was not necessary as it's all on the documents. Would not stay there again.

The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. I was able to open the window to let air in during the night, which is a bonus for me. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and polite. Only one slight niggle is that it does not have its own car park.

I'm rating it full marks for it's level. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The location was brilliant and the staff and service was excellent. The only thing I think could be better is if the restaurant was bigger especially if the hotel is full...

A great Premier Inn. The evening service from Jack and Sam was exemplary. They worked tirelessly, as a great team and looked after multiple customers in the reception, bar and restaurant. Professional service. Thanks

Stayed for an ice hockey weekend. A warm welcome greeted us. The rooms are nice and clean. We were in 306. A good night's sleep. A lovely breakfast. The reception were kind enough to look after our bag before we could check in and after we checked out. Jack, in particular deserves a mention as he helped us find our way to a particular location in the city and was very kind and helpful. Thank you! Hopefully our team will return next year and we'll definitely book up again.

Great location, stayed here few times with no issues, great staff. However, on this occasion, few minor problems with some damage in the bathroom and soap dispenser empty. However, biggest complaint was when I came back to check out 45 minutes before time, room card was not working as my partner couldn't get into room, so I went back to hotel with about 20 minutes left to checkout and told person on reception (Black lady with glasses). She didn't apologise for card not working, was miserable, sorted problem and said you still have few minutes left, to which I got annoyed as I couldn't get into room for half hour or so. The other staff are great, always friendly including chap with glasses who we have seen on few occasions

Very much a typical Premier Inn, nice and comfortable, it is what it is. Big plus points are; being so close to the multistorey NCP carpark which requires reception to validate your ticket for a reduction in parking charge, something like £7 for an overnight stay. The hotel is close to the Belgrade theatre, shops, restaurants etc. There is food and drink served at the hotel which is fair for the price. Good service and pleasant staff.

I stayed there this weekend 24th/25th November with my daughter and family. Everyone was friendly and helpful but an employee called Jack gave outstanding service. His hospitality and personality made you want to come back again soon, which definitely will do. An asset to Premier Inn. The location was good too. Lovely weekend stay.

Had a great night's sleep in the usual very comfortable and peaceful Premier Inn room. Breakfast was very good and cooked freshly to order which made a nice change. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. NCP Car Park opposite which was very handy, costs £9.95 for 24 hours. One star knocked off for the lack of lift during our stay which was tiring for us, having to climb up to the 4th floor, but not a major problem. However, if you have mobility issues I can imagine it would have been a pretty difficult stay. Hopefully they get this problem fixed soon.

Myself and my husband stayed here with our 12 year old autistic son and the staff were absolutely fantastic especially Jack. We will definitely be coming to stay at this premier Inn again, thank you for the fantastic service

I wouldn't normally write a review for a premier inn as usually you walk in they give you a key and that's it. But this was totally different they had a restaurant and bar not used to that in a premier inn. They do a deal £24.99p for a two course meal and a drink then a full English breakfast the next morning and you choose what. The meals were really good as was the breakfast so well with the price. Now I get into the staff absolutely first class all of them for warmth and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond their roles and were so friendly and helpful. I will name two but that's only because we found out their names but the other members of staff were just as good. A huge thank you to Jack and Holly and the waitress on breakfast duty. To everyone at this hotel you did the premier inn brand a huge service.

I have always stayed at Premier Inns all over the UK. I have to say by far this has been the worst one of all. Manager was very rude when addressed about issues like housekeeping as bins have not been changed and dirty cups and glasses were not replaced. Communication was different from every member of staff. When addressed, night staffs would blame it on the day staffs and vice versa. Only one lift is operating since last 2 or 3 weeks and the hotel has 6 floors so the waiting for lift was very long. The only good about the hotel I would say was the room sizes and the housekeeping staff members were really nice and pleasant.

The room was fine but the bed and bedding was poor. They decided not to replace used items like coffee and milk after the 1st night. Common to expect bed to be made and be able to have a hot drink on the 2nd morning. Very poor. Also desk staff member leaving was rude. Can't recommend it unfortunately unless you want cheap and don't care if their are issues.

The room had a faint unpleasant smell and there were pubes in the bath/shower. The basin wouldn't hold water as the plug was faulty. The heating was noisy and rather ineffective. This sounds a bit grim but I have stayed in quite a few Premier Inns and this is not typical to be fair. On a better note the breakfast and the staff were great so it's not all bad. Nothing wrong that's beyond solving with a bit of maintenance.

Great location in the city centre. Rooms starting to show their age hence the 4 not 5 stars. Parking is next-door in a NCP multi storey. Good breakfast - nothing exceptional. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Couldn't really fault it. The only reason I'm not giving the full five stars is because the room looked a bit tired but spotless and clean. Also got back from a gig at just gone 11 o'clock and the bar was shut. Most hotels I've stayed will get you a drink at whatever time which was slightly disappointing instead I had to go to bed with a bottle of water instead of beer 🤣

City centre location. Discount available for adjacent car park. Close (5 mins walk) to the Transport museum, Cathedral and city centre restaurants/pubs. Clean rooms and bathroom. Tea & coffee making facilities. Quiet rooms considering city centre location.

We had an overnight stay at the family room. There is plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. My 2 and 4 year old sons sleeping through the whole night.

Clean, central location, value for money... entrance to car park is impossible to find unless you've been before! Tiny slip road off the ring road.. its an NCP heavily discounted for guests.

I stayed at the premier inn for the weekend with no problems whatsoever! It was very restful and well needed, there was no issues with the room, I have stayed there before and it reminded me of last time so this is officially my second stay! It was great and really enjoyed my weekend away.

Greeted by really friendly and professional reception staff, especially Jack who made us feel all feel very welcome. Jack was super cool with our eclectic 4 year old, answering all of his random questions and being really nice with him. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks team 👍

Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room did everything that I needed and it was a pleasant experience for a good price. The location is amazing as well.

Really enjoyed my weekend with my children at this premier inn. Good sized room and very clean with air conditioning so room didn’t feel “stuffy”. We Was greeted by a very friendly member of staff unfortunately I didn’t get his name (he was on the afternoon shift 28/10/22 if anyone is reading this and knows him please say thank you) he was very chatty and involved the children in conversation too which they liked. Very helpful too . Thank you so much. We hope to come back in the near future.

Booked a year ago but our room is unavailable, bear in mind the rooms are worth more now so makes sense to cancel us. 1 yr ago we booked this room. Less than 24 hours they said it was over booked, we are cancelled. It doesn't matter when you book they don't care! They only see from the day before. disabled, abled or accessable you're cancelled. Shocking service, obstructive staff blaming the public, nothing is their fault they over booked the hotel.

Service etc was ok but room was not fantastic. Bathroom fan did work and there was mould everywhere cause no window either. Did tell reception fan was not working but nothing done about it. Rooms were meant to be deep cleaned but dust from I don't know how long accumulating on bottle opener. Banana skin on top of cupboard too which had been there god know how long. Carpet was very mucky too. Thankfully only there 4 nights and you get what you pay for I guess. Won't ever be staying at a premier inn longer than 1 night unless I had to.

Overall great place but, 3star on service. Checked bags in while waiting for room to be ready, they was very clear and ensured we kept the ticket as without it wouldn't get bags back. Only to find when we came to check in, the bags had been handed to another guest. Wasn't a big issue as the bag was collected very quickly and was given to someone we knew, but they didn't know that still little concerning
