I went in there and I ordered a portion of fries. I thought it would only take 2 minutes to make but it didn't. The guy who serves just watches TV and talks to his people. It took at least 10 minutes to serve. Never again. Also I saw a rat or mouse in the kitchen. I was about to ask for my money back. I would not recommend this. Never again!

Disgusting food. Food found with hair in. This is the second time we’ve had food with hair in. Instead of an simple refund of our £25 spent on two kebabs onion rings and few cans of coke let’s just say the cans of coke were the best part of this shocking food. They also wanted us to retrieve the food out of the bin and leave on the drive then they would possibly refund or maybe swap. Now let’s just ask the questions why would they want the food returned when there has been hair found so they can pass onto the next customer??? Disgusting place will never order again. Only order if you want to enjoy an nice can of coke!

Ordered a chicken shish kebab WITH salad and mayo....but got just the meat and pitta bread, not impressed with paying £7.50 for it. Chips where dryer that the desert, chicken was overcooked. The only upside is that it arrived quickly, but that might have been due to the lack of customers with food like that

Staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming and the food is top notch. This is easily the best Chip Shop in Coventry. We have tried most things on the menu and are never disappointed. This business deserves to do well

Saw some good reviews so decided to use this establishment today... wish I had not have bothered. Most of it ended up in the bin. Pie was shocking only just warm, chips were awful.. 1 positive curry sauce was nice.

Nothing but good things to say about here. Have always been worried about trying new places but this place did not disappoint. Its so clean inside and the staff are polite and friendly as is the driver when he delivers the food. We have been inside and also had delivery from just eat. The food is a lil pricey but it shows in the food and presentation. Well worth paying that bit extra. Overall a really nice place.

We first ordered through JustEat a few weeks back and was very impressed so today we decided to pop in instead. Owner seemed vacant as we walked in, he took our order and we paid. (More expensive than others in the areas however after our first experience we didn't mind). We ordered a large tray of mixed meat with chilli sauce. We ended up with a small tray of tasteless donner meat and bland roast chicken. No tikka chicken either which was a disappointment and no chilli sauce! We then asked for a battered sausage with no salt and vinegar...it was soaked in vinegar. Chips were okay however pretty greasy this time around. I won't be coming back after this experience.

Best "chippy chips" I've had for a long time. Place looked clean and the service was polite (just a tad slow). Bonus points having a card reader and for being one of few chippys open on a Sunday!

Ordered a large fish n chips and two doner batches and a curry sauce. Chips were nice, fish was below average. Doner batches were abit disappointing. Average meal overall.
