Visit
from
Rugby
town,
to
help
my
elderly
relative
get
his
large
items
of
shopping
about
once
a
month.
Difficulty
in
parking
sometimes
as
the
front
passenger
door
needs
to
be
fully
open
for
him
to
get
out,
he
is
in
his
mid
80s,
and
slightly
disabled;
he
has
never
driven
and
does
not
have
a
disabled
badge,
so
can't
use
disabled
parking,
as
car
park
monitored
by
outside
contractors.
Shop
and
carpark
level,
which
helps
him,
fairly
easy
for
him
to
get
around
the
store
with
me
pushing
the
trolley.
Generally
good
stock
of
goods
with
only
occasional
missing
items.
Problem
is
checkout!
Everyone
including
the
elderly
have
to
use
quick
checkouts,
so
you
have
to
be
quick
and
sharp,
and
have
the
knack
to
balance
each
item
on
the
smallish
scale,
so
some
things
fall
off,
then
a
red
light,
and
waiting
for
staff
to
clear
alarm.
There
are
not
enough
staff
to
open
the
belt,
even
when
I
have
asked,
when
we
visit,
which
is
generally
around
12-00
to
14-00,
because
of
my
visiting
time
which
I
can't
alter.
Shame
Store
Manager
cannot
give
temporary
disabled
badge
for
genuine
cases
like
ours.
Generally
though,
an
ok
experience.
