Visited here in evening for a coffee. Coffee was good but you have to ask for it as it in a different menu card rather than in food and drinks menu. It is huge place and quite a lovely dining experience. Prices were genuine. We have a got 20% on our next visit if we come back in next 14 days. Staff is polite and helpful. They accept cash, card or apple pay as payment options.

Carlucci’s I’m a month or so late with this review. As a thank you for house and dog-sitting we were taken by one of the dog parents to Carlucci’s in Leamington Spa, for breakfast. We ordered the vegetarian breakfast. My mummy and I are very fussy about our scrambled eggs, liking them on the runny side. Mummy specifically asked for this when asked by the waitress how she like her eggs. Perhaps the waitress simply meant do you like them scramble, fried or poached, as they did not come almost runny. They were at least not rubbery. Though it did rather spoil and otherwise reasonable breakfast. Presentation was pretty and it was a reasonable size.

As long as you are not expecting haute cuisine Carluccio's always offers food of a very acceptable standard at a reasonable price. Often there are offers available which can offset recent price rises. The service yesterday was excellent, our waitress was working like a Trojan but was always pleasant and attentive. The only negative from our perspective was that one of the party was wearing hearing aids and the piped music was uncomfortable. Otherwise the atmosphere and the ambience were pleasant. The toilet facilities were clean and very presentable

The place has a very good vibe to work and the staff is very polite. And the service is quick, we got our order within 10 minutes after ordering. Apart from that the food was good, the vegan pasta had a nutty flavour to it, the garlic bread was good though the little salty, the chicken was nice but very dry , ravioli was okay and the last starter was nothing but a cheese ball overall it’s good for one-time experience.

Thé restaurant was busy, so the service was slow and the staff seemed disorganised.

Table service was good so we happily added 12% for service. But the gift shop experience was a disappointment. The staff neglected the 20% customer discount and refused to refund the difference, asking us to bring the receipt to claim the discount next time. Ridiculous and not honest. So next customers remember to tell the restaurant staff about what you are entitled to.

Having previously visited the Stratford upon Avon branch only the previous week, we were looking forward to trying this branch in Royal Leamington spa. On entering at the restaurant, we were ‘greeted’ by a female member of staff who was leaning against the bar; said hello, but then didn’t say anything else. We stood waiting to be directed to a table, and she merely pointed vaguely up a couple of steps and said, ‘sit where you like’. We found a table and menus were promptly delivered. We ordered the chicken Milanese and rump steak, which were both overcooked. We would have mentioned this to the staff during the meal, but they were a few and far between and frankly we were in a hurry and couldn’t wait for diahes to be prepared again. The chicken was overcooked (had been fried for too long), and despite asking for the steak to be medium, it was well done. Very unremarkable visit, don’t think we’ll be coming back. With an almost empty shopping mall right next door, this restaurant also has a rather an inspiring location. Come on, you can do a lot better than this. Use your sister branch in Stratford-upon-Avon as an excellent example of how to deliver great food, service, and atmosphere!

Carluccio's was really nice as usual! The service was splendid, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We had a lovely afternoon.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere, except when it is too busy. The environment looks fairly clean and tidy, and the outdoor seating area is perfect for the summer! Staff is welcoming and friendly, available and able to advise on menu options (including allergens/intolerances/different diet type solutions). When I was there both at lunch and dinner, I have been served by Giuseppe and Lumi, who were really helpful and professional. The coffee is great, I love the blend. There are various choices of wine and there is also a lovely section of signature products at the entrance. Overall, if you are Leamington Spa, give it a try😊

Service is good. We are able to select a good space table to contain our group of 6 people. Service speed is fast and they always check with us if we were ok. Overall, food is nice, but the shared squid is a bit thin and dry - if the cut is thicker, the taste will be more juicy (just a suggestion). Dishes are delicious and good portion. Seafood Linguine has good number of seafood. (Comparing to some local restaurants, they wouldn’t put whole mussels)

We just wanted coffee at around 11.45am, however the response from what appeared to be the lady in charge wasn't welcoming at all. Only 1 pastry left to accompany the coffee and pastry deal, but the coffee was OK, the price OK and the young gentleman who took our order was better.

Had ordered from the lunch menu for two courses. food came out warm but lacked flavour, still tasted nice though just wasn't normal quality that i had experienced before in other Carluccio's. Service was great though :)

We have lunched here a few times. Both starter and mains are always delicious. I adore their risotto. My husband often chooses the lasagne and loves it. The service is great, very polite staff and the restaurant itself is nicely presented, will definitely be back.

Went here on my own after visiting someone in Leamington (6:15pm). It is a 4 hour round trip - was trying to miss rush hour traffic. Was it because I was on my own - just wanted water to drink?? Was I not going to spend enough money? The waitress did not seem to want to serve me. I finally got my main course. She eventually brought a dessert menú when i asked for one but never came back to take the order. I tried, unsuccessfully, to order at the counter. The waitress asked me if I wanted my bill. I paid and left. It's not easy going into a restaurant on your own - my self esteem and courage has taken a real knock. I am really sad that if you are on your own you cannot enjoy what a couple, groups or friends can. Hopefully other restaurants would be kinder!

Bright & spacious, excellent service with simple, high quality meals with gluten free and vegan options. Tomato bruschetta was tasty and the vegan spaghetti puttanesca satisfying. Gluten free plates were clearly labelled. The set menu was good value at £15 for 2 courses (usually not Saturday night but a special TheFork offer) washed down with a £15.70 50cl carafe of Pinot Grigio.

Amazing food & great atmosphere, but you really need flag the staff to get attention.

Fabulous Italian restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food outstanding. Would say usually Italian restaurants give you fab bread dippers in oil as a treat but not this place shame really that would have made evening even better. Will go again

We came in for the set menu to have a cheap mid-week lunch and it was a fairly good experience but could've been better in a few ways. The antipasti starter had all the right elements (delicious fennel salami in particular), but was all unseasoned with no dressing and just needed the option of something like parmesan shavings or balsamic to kick it up to the next level. Unfortunately no-one was around to mention this to and our mains then came out before our starter plates were even cleared away. So the waitress asked if everything was ok with the starters whilst switching old plates with new and we gave some feedback but it didn't seem to register with her. Mains were fine, not mind blowing but cooked well.

All the usual Covid19 precautions are in place and we were made most welcome here. The menu has a very good selection of food and drinks and the food arrived very quickly both our choices of pasta were excellent. The staff are extremely polite and courteous. The customer toilets are upstairs and one of the best decorated and clean I have ever seen. Highly recommended.

Beautiful lunch here today. Both the stater and main were delicious. I had the chicken liver pate and fungi risotto. My friend has the ragu and also loved it. The service was good, very polite staff and the restaurant itself is nice, it's bright and airy. Will definitely be back.

Had their 2 course set menu I chose linguini bolognese and had panacotta with raspberries and raspberry compote both were delicious and the bolognese was piping hot to drink I had pomegranate and orange pelligrino which was refreshing. The service was excellent polite, smiling and friendly and also efficient. Visited carluccio's again on the 7th September and had the mushroom risotto with added chicken. My partner had the lamb dish, followed by large profiterole, and I had the fig, cashew crisp white chocolate panacotta which was delicious.

Super cosy place. Reasonably priced. Nice service. Reasonably clean. I could tell the food was not super fresh so I had to rate it down but it was actually very tasty. I really enjoyed the experience and it felt a bit like being in Italy. I would come here again because I loved the cosy vibe.

01 Dec 2021 - Three of us had an evening meal at the Leamington Spa Carluccio's. Service was excellent, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. A quibble over one meal was quickly sorted without fuss. A very enjoyable evening, we came away very happy. Would recommend this restaurant.

Dreadful experience, waited 45 mins for our main courses. Diners around us ate and left while we waited. Pasta dishes were something I could have cobbled together at home, totally bland, unimaginative menu. Service was friendly however after our meal we weren't asked how things were given no opportunity to explain so just paid the bill and left. I will never visit a carluccios ever again. Appalling....
