Harnell lifehouse salvation army is a fantastic sub structure within Coventry's homeless community. They offer tailored support to help people become job-ready to get a job and to stay in work. They help with Learning progressions and qualifications Assisted Job Search Digital Inclusion Benefits advice and support And a Listening ear.

Now that place is heaven if you want help guidance nice people to guide you talk to you listen to you professional service by respectable people then that is the place to go Coventry heaven thank you and God bless you all Gary

There help me when I was homeless last year Christmas. I had no were to stay as could not go back to flat I was living thought being threatened by racist people and gave warm bed and warm food only problem I had is one off staff did not like black people so she put white ppl for room 1st I had to moan like hell then they kick me out same day for no reason so had lend cash to pay for bond that staff member been stacked now. But it is full crack and drug deals and lost people I seen old guy on new years eve cry by seeing fireworks but got know some real people in same as me homeless

I ended up homeless for several reasons so stayed here. I got a job and then ended up in debt thanks to the extortionate rent they charge. If you want to buy weed, crack or stolen goods I'd recommend paying this place a visit.

I have a very negative experience with this place and for legal reasons cannot yet disclose. But I wouldnt trust them to efficiently and ethically house your dog with certain of the support workers and managers they have hear based on my experience of working with them .

Staff were gracious (donated food and hats/scarves) and helpful. Residents treated with respect and the building is always kept clean.

A great hotel. it was a great help when we had unexpected guests!
