Really nice place was told about this place from a friend love the little dog that's there too

Came here for a birthday afternoon tea for a friend. One staff member in particular was quite cold and rude so kind of ruined the experience. Food was okay, but environment was not very friendly or welcoming.

Came for an afternoon tea as it advertised afternoon tea is available all day. Coming down all the way here only to be told they cannot offer us an afternoon tea service, they only can give us the cakes on displays. It apparently they last minute decided the afternoon teas must be booked in advance, heard them talking behind the counter, and they used to have it but probably never bother updating the information.

Fabulous breakfast with lovely ingredients at a great price. Very friendly staff and wonderful coffee. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend.

1st time here, and WOW! Obviously one has reasonable expectations of any “local cafe” but one does not expect those expectations to be thoroughly exceeded in every respect. I had a simple egg on toast and one of the best quality coffees I’ve had in a long time - absolutely perfect: top quality bread and poached eggs. Even the cutlery arrives with napkin in a slip. Everything from the decor to the plates and friendly staff screams premium - except the prices! The value for money here is truly exceptional! Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Very good fast service, the milkshake was very good however the samosa I had wasn’t the best. Would definitely recommend

1st visit to the Mocha Lounge with work colleagues. Great atmosphere, cosy and food and drink was great. We will be back .

You could forgive the scruffy exterior if they were open on Sundays. But sadly, on the one day of the week I would frequently spend a small fortune, this promising local eatery is closed(!). Pity.

After waiting 15 min for my baguette with bacon and salad for takeaway, one I've opened box... there was baguette and salad missing ... bit disappointing 😞

Lots of people rave about this place so my review is based on three visits. Food, 1st visit I tried the samosas, greasy microwaved tasteless and sadly half went in the bin. 2nd visit sausage and egg sandwich, £4.50, sausage cheap and not meaty, egg overcooked and overall a dry buttered batch. 3rd visit ham sandwich £4.20, cheap ham cheap butter nice bread, and some side dressing of a salad, probably 2 tablespoons. Atmosphere, a local meeting place which gets very busy, no proper ventilation as windows were dripping with condensation and your unable to see outside. But you can eat outside. Cakes looked nice but around £3 a slice. Not my cup of tea.

Visited with friends for coffee. More than enough space for our friends wheelchair and we were able to reserve a table beforehand too. Staff were really friendly, warm and welcoming. Loved fussing Tilly (very friendly resident pooch) who was wandering around too! Highly recommended and we'll be visiting again for sure. Thank you!

Very cold day and very busy so had to go upstairs . If upstairs to be used then it needs to be heated better and also decorated same as downstairs as not nearly as cosy and welcoming . Food subsequently got cold very quickly which spoiled it .

This is an absolutely wonderful place for coffee, for tea, for cakes, for lunch! Lynn is the best at what she does. Everyone is so welcoming and there’s a massive selection for all foodies. I highly recommend!

Visited for the first time today. Lovely tea served in proper tea pot and china cup and saucer. And a piece of the best coffee and walnut cake ever. Definitely recommend!

Really nice coffee lounge. A nice selection of drinks and fabulous cakes (including gluten free and vegan options) and savouries. Seating inside out out. Recommend parking in side streets nearby.

I visited today and had a bacon sandwich, a latte and a cola. Good: The staff were very helpful, and kind. The bacon was really good. I sadly didn't have time for the AMAZING looking cakes - which seemed to be a speciality (will be back to try next week). Tables were spaced out well, and plenty of seating options, inside and out. Bad: it's a popular cafe and at times busy. Small menu, (but what they do, they do very well).

Always great coffee and cake. A go to place whenever I meet with my boss. Got to love working from home. Staff are efficient and friendly.

Absolutely love this cafe , high class , high quality food , visit regularly with my friend , we love the cakes , toasties , paninis , had a gorgeous iced mocha today ! Omg it was adorable had ice cream in it and cream, our special little find ! All cakes are home made , fabulous service , highly recommended ! Reminds me of for all us oldies of Baileys cafe in Leamington years ago ! Visit it , a jewel in a Coventry crown ! Thank you

The first cafe I have ever been to where I’ve been able to enjoy a cake! I’m gluten and dairy free. It was delicious. Lovely clean place, very busy, good atmosphere and excellent service. Would 100% recommend. Thank you :)
