Nice place but could do with a lot improvement and refurbishment. First off, there's only one till for cash ticket purchase which could be frustrating especially when your target movie has already started. And some of the theatres/screens are so dirty with tattered seats you'd almost want to ask for a refund. Very low standards considering their location. They're manageable if you don't want to drive too far from the city centre but they have a lot to learn from the Showcase cinema to be very honest..

+ Cinema overall ok + Free parking in multiple story car park - have to register in cinema upon arrival - Only give 3 stars as every single time I've been here I've waited far too long if I wanted to buy popcorn or snacks. There seems to be enough personnel but they are always taking their sweet time.

The screens are good. Indian movies are screened. Group-on vouchers are helpful. Would be great if the seats are a little reclined. Nearly 30 minutes of advertising before the start of the movie is not always cool.

Hadn’t been to this cinema for about 17 years. Was very surprised to see the seats look like the same ones from back then, in an age where they now have comfy reclining seats in nearby cinemas, I don’t know why anyone would want to bother coming here. Uncomfortable, hot… better to just go to showcase.

Theater is very shabbily maintained. They meet the lights on during the entire movie making our watching movie in cinemas experience go terribly bad. Seats are so dated. But sound system is good. Best seat row to sit E,F, G and H.

The one star is for the staff as they were brilliant. was really looking forward to a film we went to watch, the cinema is really dated overall, the seats were the big problem so uncomfortable I suffer with a bad back, and really felt like I just wanted to leave. But £30 is a lot of money these days. Was really disappointed.i thought all the seats were the same at all cinemas, sadly will not be returning to that cinema. I have never known a seat so uncomfortable and made the film experience stressful and uncomfortable.

Odeon Cinema in Coventry offers a fantastic movie experience! The staff is friendly and helpful, the theaters are clean, and the sound and picture quality are top-notch. Convenient location and a great selection of films. A go-to spot for a great movie night out

Cinema wasn't packed. I quite liked that. Pretty expensive for a meal deal however considering the service is almost exclusive now accounting to cinema anymore. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! Serve various options of food, drinks, (alc included) and snacks. Great spacious seats, you can't miss a thing and it's fairly comfortable. 4 star because I got overcharged and didn't get/offered what I'd essentially paid for. Then they mistook my order forcing me to come out the cinema and pay again. Overall awesome.

Taking away 1 star only because I have found the smaller screens auditorium to be dirty on 2 occasions (food stains on floor, few on seats). Else, 4 1/2 star for rest of the premises. Great collection and service at the food & drinks counter. Clean toilets and common areas. Friendly and attentive staffs.

Fairly good cinema theater. But some of the screens available here are so small. And if you book the front row seats for long duration movies your neck hurts. So seating is so near to screens. Avoid the first rows.

Easy access and parking, screen rooms are alright, however recliner+ seats not really worth

I'm sure you're all familiar with ODEON so not much to say here. The cinema itself is fine, the staff are friendly and it's super easy to get parking validated or grab the tickets on the spot. The issues can be with the stock, like lack of still water or inability to certain snacks, unless you buy a whole set Otherwise, a nice cinema with plenty of screens.

Watched good number of movies here easily accessible from city centre. Amongst the snacks available there, nachos with 3 kinds of dips, icecreams are good; Some of the screens are really spacious & some of them are small

An enjoyable cinema experience with the family. Free parking available - just remember to input your car registration at the kiosk to avoid a charge. Helpful staff.

I do not recommend the popcorn. sorry to say but it tastes really bad. i bought the large and ate up to a quarter just because i came on an empty stomach. my last straw was when i got a really nasty salted popcorn. almost had me vomit. either the butter they are using has gone off or they really cant make something as easy as popcorn. had premier seats and i would say its not worth the price. staff were brilliant but cinema is a let down.

Possibly the worst cinema in the world. Probably the worst cinema I've ever been to in any country I've visited in the world and unfortunately its my local and closest cinema. The staff are completely oblivious to any of the issues of the cinema, and they turn a blind eye to everything. I'm sure none of them have ever cleaned anything thoroughly in their entire lives, the cinema is a cesspit of germs, it is quite frankly disgusting the state its in. A few of the screens at the cinema are either damaged or dirty from things that have been thrown at them and ruin the experience of the immersion of watching a movie - they have been this way for years since before COVID and haven't even bothered to take note when reported to arrange for them to be fixed. The emergency lighting is horrendous and directly glares into the eyes or overhead in multiple screens in 60%+ of the seats you choose to sit in. They should be replaced with modern floor LEDs that don't impact the viewing experience by lighting up the room, The screens all have too many rows of seats that are too close together and are seriously uncomfortable, you are bolt upright throughout the entire movie in a horribly uncomfortable seat whilst feeling like the person behind you is breathing down your neck and touching arms with the person next to you and your knees touch the row of seats in front of you. The toilets are horrendously maintained and poorly cleaned. Many of the broken items in them (urinals leaking and hand-dryers etc have been broken for years and not repaired or replaced) the whole cinema is a sorry state of affairs and should be demolished.

went to Jurassic World Dominion showing was in small screen theatre had no idea the screen would be so small, ruined the big screen experience for me, paid for premium seats that had poor leg room and a seat that was uncomfortable. To top things off they had spot lights on throughout performance so it completely ruined the experience. apparently these are for safety, even though every other cinema doesn't have them.. very poor and will never go there again

Booked to see the new minions film as a family of four, price of the tickets wasn't bad think they a cheaper on a Sunday. Can confirm that though! Was really quiet so got popcorn and refreshments fine was expensive though. My only real issue was we went into the film and the volume of the trailers and film was insane even as an adult it was crazy loud. My son really wasn't enjoying it. I did ask the manager to lower it down and they did lower the volume which was cool of them, unfortunately by this point my son had already decided he wasn't happy. Shame, they should check the volumn especially for kids films. Can't comment on the film as you can see I sat outside for the whole film!!!

Screens are very good. Enjoyed a Tamil movie today

Standard cinema really. The seats could do with an update, they are very narrow, old and uncomfortable - not suitable for a girthier person. my shoulders overhang the seats next to me, so nightmare if its a full screening of something The premier seats are at the back - not really a premier position Snacks are obviously expensive like all cinemas - but the best cinema snacks are not on the menu - M&Ms & Doritos! - they do popcorn and hotdogs though - as expected - and chicken and potato lattice things - unexpected but tasty. Free parking as long as you put your car details into the machine at the booking desk.

Can't say I liked the movie experience. The screens are small and the sound quality is just OK. The place leaves much to be desired. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Nice screen and sound system. Good free 4 hours parking as well. Only negative is it's a bit dated inside. We had premium seats which have more room, but the seats were ripped, and theres was litter all over the floor there and also there was a lot.of wear and tear everywhere. See my photos, in need of major refurbishment. Seats ripped, dirty, broken items.

The one place in coventry where you can relax and have laughs or get emotional as it depends on the movie you watch. Yes, it's a theater and it's a really nice one too. You have multi languages too and affordable prices with a smart subscription which allows you to pay little and enjoy the world of cinema more.

I went one evening during the week and it seemed very dreary and empty. The food and drink part seemed empty and the part that used to have a little arcade section has not been replaced with anything. The place just seemed a bit dead. The cinema room, even though they replaced the seats, it was a bit cramped with not much legroom and some of the seats were dirty. The whole cinema needs a huge revamp, it just seems a bit dilapidated and dirty. The only decent thing was the movie and the sound was good.
