Visit most weekends after football games. Bar service always decent enough and quick although they are in plastic glasses. My massive gripe is the minimum bets on the tables. £25 to play on the outside on roulette. Recently there have been fewer and fewer tables open (1 roulette this weekend). Drop the minimums, open more tables and there will be many more happy punters

Joined today and was told as a promotion that we can have £10 free bet and drink. After waiting over an hour for there system to update the promotion from our phone . Was told by the cashier ( who was unfriendly)and manageress that it was still not updated. So feel like the promotion is given on false pretences to get you to join. We went for an valentine date from Leicester. I don't think we will be going there again! The casino is a nice place to visit and can only be enjoyed if you don't mind not receiving the complementary promotion.

Really nice place not just to have a bet but to watch football (on TV) watch live music and enjoy a drink. You can get free and tea and coffee. Not a massive carpark and restrictions on events day. They have 4 different bars do bar food and have a Indian restaurant. Reasonable price especially considering its a casino.

01/01/2023 2.30 pm The obnoxious croupier at the roulette table removed what would have been my winning £20 bet from the table just before the ball landed and stood smirking at me as he did so. This was because I was a £5 pounds short of the minimum stake. If he had of pointed this out in good time I could have and would have added another £5. I protested this to the equally incompetent female manager who then proceeded to review incorrect footage from a previous spin and said there was plenty of time for me to change the bet and therefore she would not honour it. I pointed out she was looking at the wrong spin and she then agreed with me that the croupier was at fault but she was still not going to honour the bet anyway therefore contradicting her earlier stance. Disgusting greedy casino and horrible staff. You wont ever receive my substantial custom again online or in the physical casino.

I was refused entry on 11/6/22 as I only had electronic ID. Spoke to the manager who advised that I had already been given entry once before without ID. Both my son and daughter had ID and could verify who I was. Shocking after COVID businesses turning away custom. I was out celebrating my adult daughter’s birthday and was disappointed.

Free cola for me. I was in a poker tournament. All well run, pretty plush surroundings. Loads of big gambly machines and that. Would've been five stars, but I didn't win the poker and the free cola was pepsi max, I like regular cola. Nice place though, friendly staff.

Good night out if you like a bit of gambling 🎰 I love playing the slot machines I’m not great on the tables, always liked it when staff came by and offered drinks but that don’t seem to happen anymore, well it didn’t when I was there. Some people were flitting between the table and the slots leaving signs on the slots so you couldn’t get on them which wasn’t very fair, but overall it was a good evening.

Really nice place to go, drinks aren't overly expensive for a casino. Been a few times and always had a good time, very nice atmosphere and the dealers are prepared to explain the games to new people. Great service at the tables.

Usually enjoy a night out at the casino but was nearly refused admission last night because they thought I wasn't in a fit state. I'd had one can of lager. They told me they'd watch my behaviour all night. Really spoiled the mood. Anyway had plenty more to drink and didn't get thrown out.

Being a member of grovenor casino's for many years, I was surprised by my recent visit to Coventry building society arena casino & Being refused entry because I didn't have any id ! Is this because I had a Coventry City shirt on at the time? Its not that I'm short of money but it would be nice to be given a good reason for refusal of entry seeing as my friends were allowed in with no obligation!

They advertise that they will be running 38 cash game tables 24/7 during the goliath. In reality they are running a handful of tables with 50+ person wait lists. Also pretty much every employee I dealt with was completely incompetent. An absolute joke of a poker festival.

Came all the way here to be asked to go back because apparently they don’t accept tourist. Took 30 mins to try and sigh up. Poor front desk service as well, she doesn’t know what she’s doing at all.

All the staff on duty the day I visited were very polite and very abligeing and I also came off the roulette £20 better off thank you for a great time will definitely visit again tim de Roeck

Never set foot in a casino before, until now. A warm welcome from the reception and door staff. I'm going to return to have a proper visit 👍

Gambling is not my my thing however it was clean and they served food and had a couple of bars. Staff were friendly. The nachos were good!
