What a gym. Equipment is diamond class and the people are fantastic. Best gym in the Midlands. Great price and easy access.

I love it. Old school gym, perfect for a gym freaks like me ;) loads of different equipment. 2 floors - ground all for weightlifting and upstairs for cardio and boxing sessions. It is a dream come true as at the peak times you don't ever need to wait for your turn on the machines as you have to in mainstream gyms. You can get a cheap bottle water - not £2 for 0.5l but 0.99 for 2l so they don't use their clients. You can get a shake on the go. Wide range of the product in their shop as well. Highly recommended.

Great Gym it has everything and more. The staff are friendly and happy to help and advise. In general a really great Gym.

I travel all over the world and still train, however this is still the best gym by far and once you have been here, you will quickly realise there is nowhere better with the variety and quality of the equipment. Nothing compares to it really.

If Carlsberg did gyms, this would be the place! Amazing kit, I've trained everywhere around Nuneaton Bedworth and Coventry, and this place, without a doubt, has the best kit around! All the machines are first class, not like your puregym rubbish! Mountains of freeweights, multiple machines for every muscle group, a brilliant bag room and ring and much much more! If you can't get a pump here, there's something wrong with you! Post workout, you can grab a shake, a meal, a shower, and a sunbed! An awesome family run gym! Ray and the team are all lovely and always happy to help! Go check it out for yourselves you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely brilliant gym! Been training here for over a year now, great atmosphere! Have a real mix of people train here, bodybuilders, powerlifters, strong man, women, average gym goers and of all ages and everyone mixes and encourages each other. Everyone is very friendly and and it has a real work hard atmosphere. Equipment wise, it has some of the best I’ve used, Mostly hammer strength and watson. Staff are awesome, very friendly and always giving out spots to anyone needing one or advise. Dumbbells up to 90kg, massive range of resistance machines, strong man equipment including a car you deadlift and a fully kitted boxing studio. As a bodybuilder i can say the Gym has everything for bodybuilding. The staff even don’t mind the posing practice which is the reason I’ve left gyms in the past. Also they don’t turn the music off till the gym closes which must be one of the only gyms to do that. Could not recommend enough

The best Gym in Coventry and definitely one of the best in the UK. Fully equipped, family owned, very competitive prices. The best machines, awesome free weights, plenty of platforms. Huge array of supplements, meal prep and professionals.

All the weights and machines you could ever need to use, Good advice and personal trainers at hand if needed, family run gym who also won championships, they have a nice cafe bar. Good fitness and boxing classes. and a nice sun tanning booth. I am a regular and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The Best gym in Coventry by far for price . Variation in all equipment from free range weights to allot of good quality machines got every muscle group going . Very friendly staff and gym members also friendly and welcoming to new faces. Plenty of parking free with cctv . Plenty of supplents for sale too.
