Claudia was so helpful and knowledgable when helping us book a 30th birthday trip to New York. There was information we would never have realised until closer the time of our holiday If we hadn’t have come into TUI Coventry. Glad to of had the stress of booking at home taken away from us. I initially entered the store only considering booking a holiday, however, after sitting with Claudia who took the time showing me a variety of destinations all within my requirements and answering all of my questions in a very professional, friendly and thorough manner I decided to go ahead and book!

Visited the office today to book a package for Gran Canaria and got to say Tara was fantastic and made the process so much easier than we expected. So far so good let's hope TUI continues to deliver this kind of service when we are away.

Claudia sorted our holiday out for us quickly and efficiently. She made sure that we were aware of everything and gave us personal recommendations of places she had visited. Really friendly and happy to answer any (lots) of questions we asked about travelling with a baby.

Watch out for parking your motorbike I got a £60 fine for parking on the pavement at the entrance

Absolutely hopeless. Very poor customer service. The manager was very dismissive. Completely uninterested in any problem. I even had to wait 30 minutes for the pleasure of not having a satisfactory response. Tui should replace the entire staff of that shop
