👍👍 I would like to thank the pdsa for helping tia my 4 year old cat on Friday 11th 2022 at 9.20pm I found tia at my back door she was hit by a car . Thankfully tia hadn't broken any bones but she can't walk on her back legs and has an injury on her side. I'm now having to put ab incontinent pad on her... I would like to thank the pdsa for helping tia my 4 year old cat on Friday 11th 2022 at 9.20pm I found tia at my back door she was hit by a car . Thankfully tia hadn't broken any bones but she can't walk on her back legs and has an injury on her side. I'm now having to put ab incontinent pad on her due to her having trouble to go the the toilet. But I'm so used to see tia on the first photo lively running but now she can't. I just wish the government will put a law out on cats its not fair . I was so traumatised but thanku pdsa u saved her and tia will appreciate that.

PDSA have always been excellent, unfortunately this time our little princess Lola passed away on the way to the PDSA. When we arrived a veterinary nurse came out to us, I am not sure what her name was but she was lovely, she arranged for some to come out and collect Lola out shih tzu. She also gave us all the information we need to have Lola's ashes put in engraved Beechwood casket, and returned to us. Not only that she then went inside and did paw prints of her, and some locks of her tail fur to keep and a sympathy card also with a little paw print inside and a hand written message. I can't thank this lady enough, I only wish I had her name, she went the extra mile, the way she treated our princess was unforgettable. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Although we are heartbroken right now she did everything she could to comfort us x

Had occasion to call there late on a weekday evening recently (they offer a 24 hour service). Not our first visit and as per usual the same level of professionalism and care as always! Restores your faith. God bless 'em.

Took our cat here for an emergency appointment. Managed to get one the same day. Car park is horrific. Very small, only one disabled bay almost always occupied by someone without a badge. Very noisy inside, took a long time past our appointment time to be seen. Was in an out with the vet in less than 5 minutes. There was alot of people lurking on the slope making it a struggle just to get into the door. Small waiting area. Friendly staff.

I would give the actual vets 5 stars but due to having to deal with an inconsiderate receptionist who lacked empathy, this place gets 3 stars from me. Complaining about having no staff in front of customers and just genuinely giving off a nasty aggressive vibe, no wonder there’s no staff I for one couldn’t work with someone like that! Even the vet apologised for bothering her by asking a question. No need for it, why be in that sort of job if you lack any emotion other than anger, it’s beyond me.

What a fantastic service, so much care shown to our old cat, Max, his age, unfortunately doesn't stop him instigating a fight, and he came off worst for it. Penicillin and painkillers have put him back on track, thank you PDSA, great service

I would have given 5 stars. But to get booked in now is so complicated. I was just getting sent around in circles on the phone and online. I ended up driving down there in the end to make my appointment for my dog. That is my gripe . Once I had made my appointment. I was very happy with the care that my dog received, and can't thank the staff enough . Many thanks guys.

We were seen very quickly today for my older boys appointment after a phone consultation. They were knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate and all round amazing people. I think the phone and video consultations are fantastic for non emergencies and those who live outside of Coventry. I am very grateful for the PDSA.

Worst vets in coventry. Left me and my dog outside after being told they would call us in. the appointment took 5 days to get and after them not calling us in they expect us to wait another 2 days, my poor dog would have been waiting a week to get seen for a serious ear infection took him somewhere else in the end

Yet again the vets and staff have been amazing. We had to have our beloved dog pts 3 weeks ago. They were so supportive and understanding. We then had to take our cat for treatment since. The receptionist remembered us and was so kind. They made the last few weeks bearable. I want to send my thanks to them all

Today at this vets I was discriminated against because I have a physical disability. When I tried to raise the issue of how they were treating me. I was point blank told to stop being so sarcastic. In the end they didn't even treat my dogs wound. Hell, they didn't even attempt to stroke him. They just tossed me some pills. I'm heartbroken. They knew they did wrong.

Had to book an emergency appointment for a 13 week old kitten. Kitten got an appt and life saving treatment the same day. All staff were excellent, very professional and the vet was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Could not fault the service provided. This charity really is doing a fantastic job of improving the lives of animals that may not otherwise have the luxury of veterinary care. If only private vets were capable of reasonable and fair pricing too; it would take the pressure off this excellent charity.

Truly amazing place. My dog was poorly and despite having insurance the local vet at Bell Green wanted money first, which I do not have. The PDSA were brilliant, all they ever ask for is a donation. Whether you have £5 or £500 we are all treated equally. Thank you so much.

Again after 6 years. I still give 5 stars. The staff are wonderful and are a massive credit to the charity. They are friendly polite and understanding. We took Roxy here for over 6 years for a number of things she was always looked after from checkups to treatments. She sadly passed away on the 22nd September 2022. But Roxy was treated with the most amazing respect and so where we when it was time to say goodbye to her we were given time with her ..but thank you again to the staff. You are a credit and amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Having brought my pets here for check ups and for out of hours emergencies I can 100% recommend the pdsa. Although normally quite busy and there's a little wait my outs were seen to byvthe staff which were full of care and compassion. The place is clean and tidy also.

3 years closed due to a pandemic that has been basically over for months and yet you remain closed, there are people and animals who need the support and have needed it more then ever since the pandemic started and yet you remain closed. I an utterly appalled that my local vet are "open as usual" and yet you remain closed. With all the financial difficulties happening right now with electricity and petrol plus the cost of living you need to be open more then ever, yet you remain closed. We are still donating to the charity yet you remain closed. Please pdsa why do you remain closed.
