Biang Biang Noodles ~ 手工油泼面(£6.50) - Fresh hand made, hand pulled wide belt wheat noodles, with a savory spicy sauce and minced pork 🍜🌶 Verdict: Thick, broad, hand-pulled noodles seasoned with chilli, garlic and Sichuan pepper, Xi’an Biang Biang noodles offer a delectable taste and texture. My food demons are Chinese food, especially hot spicy dry noodles, so when I saw many reviews from famous food bloggers about this hidden gem, I knew I had to pay this place a visit as soon as possible. Coming from Malaysia, I’m spoiled with unimaginable varieties of Chinese food and spicy dishes with flavours out of this world, hence I was extremely pleased to hear about a Noodle bar which serves a hand-pulled noodle dish with chilli oil topping 😍🌶 Biang Biang noodles are a Northwestern Chinese specialty, hailing from Shaanxi Province. Bib’s hand pulled noodles were generally wide, thick, and chewy, and most importantly, hand-made, giving them a slightly uneven texture that clings to the sauce really well. The noodles were well coated in an addictive spicy sauce & chilli oil that’s not for the weak 🥵 I generally love spicy food so I requested for extra chilli oil for that EXTRA kick of spiciness because a bowl of spicy noodles can do wonders when it’s bitingly cold outside. It was a heavenly taste in every slurp. Although I was slightly disappointed with the overall taste as I expected more oomph to it due to the raving reviews about this place, I was still fairly satisfied with my bowl of Biang Biang Noodles (maybe my expectations were too high hehe).

Myself and my boyfriend (who is vegan) found Bib Noodle Bar in April of this year and have been so impressed with all of the food we have returned most weeks for more! Without a doubt the best Chinese dishes I have ever had in the UK.. and possibly anywhere (I have never been to China though!) The choice of authentic food and the quality of the cooking is outstanding, plus the owners are friendly, welcoming and will always help you as much as possible with any dietary requirements. The food is amazing quality and great value for money - we eat here for less money than a more 'standard' Chinese takeaway and the quality is far better! I would 100% recommend Bib's to anyone who enjoys freshly cooked food and wants to try something delicious and a little bit different!

I have been following Bib on social media for a long time but never had a chance to visit until today. It was a spontaneous visit and I'm so glad because it was definitely worth the wait. We ordered a 5-portion of dumplings to share and they bought out 6 for us as a kind gesture. Then we ordered the mushroom biang biang noodles and my gosh the texture of the noodles was so great. And the sauce and spices were perfect. The customer service was so lovely - we got checked on several times. The hot weather, outdoor seating and canopy for shade was the perfect atmosphere for a catch up with a friend. I really enjoyed my visit and will be bringing for more friends and family very soon. If you're visiting FarGo village, I would highly recommend trying this place out. We arrived here as a group of three last weekend. It's good to see them observing social distancing rules, offering hand sanitizer and the owners also wearing face masks. The Biang Biang noodles are some of the best I've tried. It's rare to find hand pulled noodles anywhere and it's fortunate that this place offers a really good pork dish with them. Make sure to ask for a spoon as you'll want to soak up all that sauce afterwards! Their pork dumplings were also tasty, but while the braised pork belly in the Bao was expertly cooked, I did find the actual Bao buns a little on the dense/heavy side. I was expecting them to be lighter than they were, but still worth a try. The owners offered us complementary tea with our meal which was a nice touch. It's a small place, offering around 6 seats inside, but they do have a seating area of 2 tables (around 12 seats in total) directly next to it for the summer/warmer days. As they are new, the additional seating area is just got a tent cover for now, but the owners were talking about weatherproofing it up a little as it gets colder. Overall, would high recommend. The owners are really friendly and welcoming and clearly proud of their food - for which they should be!

It's a hidden gem in Fargo Village. I don't usually go to Chinese restaurant but this is a must-try place. Loved the short yet beautifully designed menu and the quality of noodles is sooo good, thick, a bit chewy as expected from proper hand-made noodles. We also tried the pork belly with rice and homemade dumplings. It's restaurant quality with much lower price. And free jasmine tea! Staff was friendly. Would return!

Delicious food with friendly service! Instantly one of my favourite places to eat, the food had great texture and held flavour well - you can tell that a lot of love of love and care is put into each meal! This is complemented nicely with the very friendly service that makes you feel as if you're at a friend's house - I actually forgot to pay but the guy was still very friendly! I will certainly be making this a place I visit regularly!

What can be said that hasn't already about bib noodle! Never have I once had a single mediocre dish from these guys. Always top level, always go beyond expectations with their customer service and always felt like I was a welcomed addition to the shop. Definitely worth a visit if your a fan of Asian food. A very popular stop so I would suggest not thinking twice about going and just go! A small intimate venue which I really enjoyed but if busy there is also plenty of seating in the factory opposite which has a great bar to wash down your tasty food. Can't get enough of this place!

Absolutely delicious food from BiB Noodle Bar today, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Can’t wait to visit again soon for some fresh handmade noodles, hands down the best in Coventry!

We took our kids to Fargo village for a dinosaur show and planned to take them for lunch afterwards but we're all undecided as to where we would eat. but my wife spotted bib noodles right next to the venue and said "maybe we could have some noodles? To which my daughter basically started chanting the word "noodles" repeatedly.....which i took as a not so subtle sign that the mater of where we were feeding them was now decided. We had some dumplings to start us off, a bowl of non spicy chicken noodles for my daughter, my wife had pork belly with rice and I had a bucket sized double bowl of spicy beef noodles. We all finished our bowls and were very satisfied with our meals. On a side note, my daughter is famously shy of strange men "a blessing really" only half an hour previously she has shyed away from the attentions of trained entertainers. And yet! When Bradley came out to serve us, she waffled on for so long and with such enthusiasm, picking random topics from the air at will we were quite taken a back. Bradley seamed to handle the whole affair with grace and good humour and really did just make the experience 100% more memorable. I couldn't recommend either the food or experience more highly! We will be back soon.

I gave noodles a try quite a few times in the last year's , never manage find one that I liked and I was almost loosing my hope, until I found this place. The food is amazing , everything is fresh and full of flavour, the homemade noodles are simply out of this world. The lovely staff is just the cherry on top of the cake.

Hands down the best noodles I had ever tried! Incredible I will be returning regularly! Do not even think about it and try BIB noodle bar! Such friendly customer service and top quality Home made food for amazing prices!!!

This place is a 7 out of 5 stars! I just had a lovely bowl of noodles with mushrooms and it rocked my world! Staff is uber friendly! If Satan had any sense of taste He would be dining here on a daily. I would recommend it to my worst enemy! Will come back for more defo!

Delightful food and fantastic service (even when rushed!) Everything we’ve eaten here has been top notch. Travelled 45 minutes to get here and it’s worth it! Dumplings are especially good!

We visited fargo for the first time today and planned to eat at bib. I ordered the chicken biang noodles and my wife had the belly pork with rice. Amazing. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Quality food , great service and value for money. 100% I would recommend.

A superb place to grab a quick lunch if you're looking for authentic, hand pulled noodles. Easily the best Noodles in Coventry and very reasonably priced at that. The place is nice, cosy and has a very street food vibes to it making you feel like you're truly having some quick street noodles in Asia. The quality, portions and service are all impeccable and definitely make the place worth recommending. They also have amazing dumplings that I strongly urge you to try! A great place that's worth a visit!

An absolutely brilliant place to eat - we had incredible service from the moment we entered to when we left. The food was beautiful, all of us ate every last bite and it's all we spoke about for the day. Really recommend a visit if you're in/around Fargo!

Best noodles an dumplings in Coventry and the UK (probably). Great owners who always take care of us and even gave us another meal free of charge as my noodles were too spicy! Great people and amazing food. Glad you've got a more permanent home now look forward to visiting again and often.
