It may look like your average restaurant but dont let appearance deceive you. Franzos has amazing food with quality customer service. The portions size are very filling and the restaurant staff are welcoming. Definitely recommend for eating in/out. P.s Muslim friendly (its halal)

Lovely halal restaurant. Amazing food and amazing staff. And best of all it's halal. Tried the beef burger, piripiri stuff and lam chops. Without hesitation 10/10

Had a family late lunch and ordered their famous grilled whole chicken medium together with salads, sweet potatoes and coleslaw.. chicken cooked perfectly with no visible oily stuff. The taste of the grilled chicken was one of the better ones than other places I have been. Staff was friendly and helpful.. service was reasonably quick, probably because not many customers during that time. Atmosphere and ambiance of the place was calm and relaxing.. Would try their smashed chicken or lamb burger next visit … Their milk shakes should be anyone order if you had your Gymn workout earlier !! Amenity was clean and price is reasonable.

This was my first visit at this restaurant and I just wanted to try out snacks and Sanjay at front counter served me. He was very friendly and gave great hospitality. Even though I ordered only fries, he didn't treat any differently. Fries were great and I would definitely come back to try other menu items.

This place was amazing, if you are debating on where to go then just go in and take a sit. The customer service was fantastic, my waiter was Daniyal. He was very helpful, gave us recommendations and was very patient with us because it was a big group. The food was excellent 👌, NASTY! I had the Lebanese chicken with mash on the side topped with garlic sauce and chocolate fudge with ice cream. I live in Birmingham and it was my first time in Coventry but I think, i will be a regular customer from now on.

We came as a family of 6! Staff catered for us all very well and promptly. The food was fresh and even so we could top up our drinks as much as we wanted! We all thoroughly loved the food and the variety of sauces provided. They made it possible for me to feed my baby without awkwardness. Thank you very much for your top notch service ✨

The food was brilliantly made, soft and tinder burgers with delicious sauces, and tasty fries, crunchy but soft on the inside. The staff were really great and very friendly. I would definitely visit again. Scenery wise, the decor is fabulous and has calm vibes to the place.

Average quality food. The lamb was very hard, overcooked and had a lot of spicy seasoning. The rice with chicken slices was better, the chicken was properly cooked and soft however the rice was a bit dry. Overall i expected more but its hard to find good food in Uk

Wide open weekday lunch. Peri peri 1/2 chx with spicy rice was juicy and grilled perfect no fry meat. Sauce was delicious not too spicy. Side portion of rice was smaller than expected but still tasty. Loaded chx fries were my favorite, healthy portion and crispy fries not soggy. Lamb kebab wrap was skinny but flavorful and the side salad was large. Also have a sauce bar and bottomless drinks which is a bonus. Took about 7 minutes for food and staff were all pleasant. Will be back enjoyed every part of it. 5/5

Came with the family, seated straight away in a place to accommodate pushchair. The service was excellent, all staff very friendly. The food arrived very quickly and was delicious as were the sides and sauces. The place is really nice and clean, great for families. Will definitely be back, special shoutout to Jay.

The place is nice, lovely decorations. Bathrooms are nice and clean. I loved the care put in the place. But to get a preferred table, you need to reserve it online as we have been told. That leaves alot of seats unattended. They should allow people to reserve a table for a specific slot, say 40 min, and when they pay online for their meal. The chicken was tasty, and they also offer large sauce bottles for customers to use. The bad thing, the quantity of sides (rice and chips) is very small. Specially the rice, it was less than half of what we expected! So yo may need to add more to your order. Overall, I liked the place and experience.
