Outstanding service with exceptional desserts. I cane here with my friend after a long day of shopping. We were warmly welcomed and served by Nikola. We went with one of her recommendations (raspberry and white chocolate croffle) and absolutely loved it. Lovely ambience as well. Will definitely be back :)

Went for afternoon tea at the Coventry Heavenly Desserts this afternoon. Terrible idea. Nothing was fresh except the sandwiches. It was all frozen and had been defrosted. Only the scones hasn’t been properly done. Although warm on the outside they were frozen from the inside. On top of that, one the tarts had a little bug walking on it! The nice waitress was great and replaced the scones and tart but the replacements were dry and tasteless. Totally disappointed by this. Would not recommend this place at all. Would give zero stars if I could.

Lovely experience! We went to Heavenly Desserts for date night and the atmosphere, decor and ambiance was just great. It looked like a more premium restaurant. Also Ifraah who served us was an absolute delight, she was knowledgeable on the menu and had great recommendations. I will definitely be going back. Well done guys.

Heavenly Desserts Coventry was excellent from start to finish. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed all of our desserts. Tried the milk chocolate Belgian shot, it’s very rich and delicious. As it’s my mother’s birthday today. They gave my mother a beautifully decorated plate stating happy birthday and a white chocolate and raspberry chocolate shot on the house. Mother was very happy with her very tasty birthday treat. The managers are doing a great job running their dessert shop. Worthy of a visit all you chocolate lovers and non chocolate lovers.

Had a enjoyable evening here tonight. So much choice on the menu all looking great. Vikas was our waiter and was very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, Definitely back again.

We had an excellent time here today. The desserts are truly - well - heavenly. I recommend the Croffles (waffles made from croissant dough). Portions were huge and the prices more than fair. The service we received from Simren today was outstanding, so we are sure to return soon!

Lovely treat for Christmas with friends. Nikola was lovely and made us welcome. Desserts were truly heavenly however……..the service could have been better. Once seated we never really saw our waitress again. Ordered water with our desserts and it never came. No cutlery with our desserts either. Felt we were met and greeted and abandoned really and it wasn’t busy so no excuse really! Five stars all the way for the food though even though service chaotic sadly!

we tried waffle and ice cream as well as the hot cookie with an scope of ice-cream. I recommend the waffle, but the hot cookie dough was not that pleasing. it was very thin almost dried and tough, not so much of dough more of biscuit-ish, and it was too sweeeet! Although the ginger and lemongrass tean was also great. go for it. The store was not busy at a Saturday afternoon, and staff were great

The best dessert place in Cov! Always love my time here! Loved their croffles and waffles, so I got the espresso milk cake this time and it's superb! Nicola gave us the best service as well :)

Popped in here after a carvery for some sweet treats. Really enjoyed it, even took some home. Will be back for more. Thank you to Kara who looked after us really well.

Heavenly desserts was a great place to get desserts and drinks after a meal. I ordered a croffle and baklava, both were delicious. My servers (Mr A and Kara) were extremely helpful and attentive. Mr A in particular was a standout staff member and I hope his efforts are rewarded!

Food was amazing. Strawberry milkshake and biscoff milkshake were really good! The portion size was large as me and my girlfriend felt full after one. Kara was a brilliant waitress with superb service. l

First time here as we normally venture to another desert parlour in the city centre however this place is on our list to re visit. It was recommended to us to give it a go . We were greeted by a very polite young lady called Siddhi. She was very attentive during our visit and we found the whole experience fabulous. We will definitely be back for another round of treats.

Amazing food, it’s my regular desert place. Tried the Grow Up desert today after a long time, thanks Vikas you have been awesome as always. Service is exceptional and everyone is really sweet and helpful.

Vikas provided such awesome customer service and was so welcoming and polite! We had a very noisy child behavioural issues and he was so great with her! Really recommend the Saffron latte too 💯

I recently visited Heavenly Desserts, and I must say, the desserts were not only delectable but also beautifully presented. The taste was heavenly, and the experience was elevated by the exceptional hospitality of Vikas and Kam. Their friendly service added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. Highly recommended!

I never thought that there could be an exclusive place for only desserts and they get it absolutely right 🔥 I personally recommend "what's fudge got to do with it" , you could have it for dinner or lunch because it'll make you feel full. Friendly staff and a really good place. It's easily walkable from the city center and has a bus stop right on front. I definitely recommend it 💯

Had a Friday night take away treat. Second time experience with the waffle. Was very disappointing. First time I thought it was the Strawberries that made the waffle so soft and stale. But even the royal chocolate waffle was the same, so soft no crisp edges. I personally prefer my waffles to have some crunch to it. And not so spongy as it almost feels it stale. Ice cream sundae was okay. Very little ice cream though. First time I have seen a Sundae with such tiny scoops on tops and nothing below. The crepe was just fine too. Overall experience was just okay not great.
