Just stayed 3 days with my partner and we were so happy with the amenities and service. Super clean open foyer with larger waiting lounge. Bar to the left and kids club and restaurant to the right. Only 15eu for set dinner menu. Great pool, Turkish Bath and sauna. Rooms have mini balcony. Supermarket next door. Exceptional

Located in the cit center. Very clean room and the staff is remarkably polite and helpful. Two things that i personally didn’t like but are not a big deal is the lack of a coffee machine in the room and the fact that you have to prebook the time that u will have breakfast because the restaurant of the hotel is small and does not fit all guests to the restaurant, understandable but the time frame they provide for each time slot is 30minutes only. Other than that the hotel is really great and the spa, gym and swimming facilities are clean and very nice.

A great place to stay with excellent gym & swimming pool. Meals were excellent and the buffet style breakfast more than adequate. I particularly liked the comb honey which I have never seen before on offer within a hotel at breakfast time! Well done. Good location easy to access.

TRYP Hotel in Covilha, Portugal exceeded all expectations! Impeccable service, clean rooms with a great view , and a convenient location. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very Limited services in the package. Not worth the price. Food was not nice and also not many options. It’s like either eat whatever or stay hungry 😪 won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!

Very misleading, a lot services weren’t included even though it said included when booking. When spoke to the staff they said, they not sure why it’s been included when it’s not. Way too pricey! Very limited options for dinner, and you will struggle if you are a fussy eater or vegetarian. I would say it’s not worth the price and I won’t be coming back. Ridiculous rule about wearing cap in the swimming pools which we weren’t made aware of at the time of the booking. Staff can hardly speak English even though on their website it says all staff can speak 3 languages but unfortunately that’s not the case. I had a hard time explaining things. No kettle or coffee machine either in your bedrooms and also Tv is waste of space as you cannot watch English channels or Netflix! Very disappointed!

A pleasant hotel. We stayed there during an organized tour. Has a nice indoor pool, that we used, and other spa facilities. The room was very satisfying. We had a nice view from the room. Breakfast was very good. A supermarket is close to the hotel.

Nice 4 stars hotel

Nice service and very attentive staff. Modern, clean and large rooms. Located in the outskirts of the city but it is still possible to get to the city centre on foot in around half an hour. Free parking. Good breakfast.

Stayed here for one night... a little far from the centre of town... the property is ok for a 4 start hotel. Beware of the charges for a mandatory shower cap . If you don't have one they will charge 3euros per person... I found this ridiculous not because of the money but should be stated on the website ot even during check-in since they have a swimming pool but no restrictions or conditions are mentioned anywhere ...the Manger seems to be care free and very casual about what people mention complaints

Luxurious 4-star hotel, pretty contemporary attitude. Staff know many languages, such as Spanish and English. Swimming pool is just wonderful, it is a roofed one, with some hammocks. Shade or sunlight may be chosen. About towels, those are provided by the hotel (If wet or dirty, give them to the Receptionist). What to tell you about the SPA? Essentialy, relaxing. Rooms are spacious and beds are incredibly comfortable. The best one among Covilhã, due to its great value for money 🙃🙃. Breakfast are a little early. Nevertheless, their quality is high and from varied types. 10/10

Very nice place to stay and meet the interior of Portugal as well our bigest "montain". In these troubled times you can have you meals in your room.

To much people at the breackfast buffet,horrible plastic gloves we needed to wear, which gives only more garbage (wich we dont need in this world)and is nothing comfortable .The rooms a very noisy the walls seams to be made of paper

Very poor for a 4 star. Stayed one night in a suite, very basic furniture, the only power plug was under the desk, bathroom did not have a shower holder rail,very disappointed in terms of price quality. I have stayed in 3 stars hotels with much higher standards
