Excellent breakfast. Very good value for money!! Didn't had dinner here but one of the best restaurants you can find in Portugal is a 3min walk. Lovely place, nice people. You shouldn't regret it. People were nice.

Very friendly service and solid breakfast, although the dinner is served on a very beautiful room it's at most average and expensive and doesn't stand a chance compared with the great restaurants near the hotel. Quality price wise is very good and it's probably the best option for spending snow vacations in Serra da Estrella considering the location and two ways access that it has (we had to go around as one of the Rhodes was blocked)

Cosy wooden houses with a very nice view. The one we stayed in had 3 rooms and housed comfortably 6 people. Some of the equipment is not of very high quality: the taps did not function ideally for example.

A dated 4 stars hotel that probably should be closer to 2. Noise travels from room to room easily, so do not expect any privacy. If you're not on the top floor and it's ski season, expect to hear constant boot trampling outside the room, on the corridor of the floor above and of course, you will wake up when someone on the room above you so much as sneezes. Staff were friendly and helpful, but there is a limit to what they can do with what they've got. Rooms facing the back of the hotel are at street level. Overall, not the best experience.

The perfect place to stay at if you appreciate contact with nature, silence and a very cute cozy wooden cabin. Definitely an experience to repeat next year. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is that the beds on our cabin were awful to sleep in.

Nice scenery. Close to the top of the mountain. Houses could be in better shape. Same with the appliances / equipment (it's quite old). Wi-fi would be nice at the Chalés.
