In the heart of Estrela mountain range, we can find this hotel with some of the best pool "sets" that I've seen. There is one large heated pool that is covered on half of its area and open air on the other half. That same pool is "feeder" by a waterfall that originates on another pool set on the first floor. You also have available saunas and some variations on the Turkish bath. Overall the hotel is very enjoyable and yet informal. The not so good points are... maybe that the hotel is somewhat hot (although the rooms have air conditioning) and the restaurant seems a bit pricey... but I'm not saying it does not have quality. The staff is very friendly. Overall it is an excellent destination for two days of relaxation and a SPA experience.

The place is pretty nice to escape a cold or rainy day at the mountains. Pools are relaxing and the environment is relaxing. Massage is great! Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable about what the place offers (e.g. couldn't explain some of the saunas), and nobody speaks English.

Beautiful environment, qualified staff, diverse treatments available, very good value for the money spent in the Aquadome. The only disappointment in my experience was that the service didn’t have a wardrobe of adult size available, which is something unbelievable for a place like this. Also the way the coordinator handled the situation was poor. Apart from that, excellent experience, a must go if you are in the area of Serra da Estrela.

I had an amazing experience at the spa today! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. The facilities were top-notch, clean and relaxing. I had an awesome massage that was both therapeutic and rejuvenating. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampering experience. The great staff and fantastic facilities make for an unforgettable visit. Thank you for an amazing day!

Was very excited to visit this place but have been on the phone line for over 85 minutes with no answer. I've called 4 different numbers available and have selected all 3 different options available from the automated secretary. Very very poor. Would love to leave less than 1 star. Hard to believe that such an establishment cant answer the phone.

Like Heaven on the Earth. Everything is perfect, the staff inclusively. Very well located with beautiful vista. The Mountain is majestic. Easy parking. Very nice architecture. Not far from the city of Covilhã. Unhais da Serra also has a river beach as well as an are for caravan camping.

Great place for a weekend. Excellent crew that is very polite and useful. Had a trouble with the wifi and they solved in a few minutes. It's not all inclusive but you should come considerering as if was, for the food is great and the price is not an issue.

Fantastic place to return another time. Unfortunately the road from the north mountain is bad so we need to make a long round to arrive.

Great swimming pool and Turkish baths.

Nice place to visit, still an old building that needs more caring.
