    If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The amount of unprofessionalism & disrespect the employees give customers is ridiculous. I have had a previous incident with this location YEARS ago, but my cousin wanted to go to this location. I can say confidently I will never return to this location, & I don’t think anyone else should waste their time either. This morning we placed a mobile order at 10:25. We were sitting in the drive through because it’s raining & figured it would be better than having someone run outside for curbside pickup. When we got to the window it was 10:33. I understand completely that breakfast stops at 10:30 & I would have been fine if they would have been more helpful. Instead they told us they wouldn’t fill the order, gave no solutions, & asked us to come inside. Once inside we weren’t acknowledged & had to ask for someone to help us. When asked to speak with a manager, no one went to get one. There was an African American woman with black & pink hair who appeared to be the manager or someone in charge, but she was very disrespectful towards us. We asked for a refund & she stated it could be done in the app. When we asked for help she said “not today” turned around & started to mumble under her breath. When I asked for her name she got nasty & said “I am not telling you anything.” We also never found a way to request a refund on the app. We may be missing it, but when we asked for help they all continued to say we could do it on the app & offered no help. We finally left but decided to call in hopes that a manager would pick up. A female answered the phone said she was the manager, and when I asked for her name she refused. I could also hear them talking and laughing in the background about not giving us information. They definitely think I couldn’t hear them, but I could. When we asked for the corporate number she said “it’s on the bottom of your receipt” we told her we never received a receipt since we didn’t even get food & she just kept repeating herself about it being on the receipt. Finally when she did give us the number she read it so fast that no one would have been able to write it down. She finally repeated herself & then hung up before I could say another word. I’ve worked in the food industry, I’ve been a manager in the food industry, & I would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated today. I believe that the store definitely needs training on proper customer service & probably even management changes. I hope someone sees this review & decides to make a change. If I was in charge of this location or owned it I would be so embarrassed with how my employees act & treat paying customers.

    On my mama this McDonald’s straight up was the worst experience I ever had and I do not say that lightly. I only got a milkshake and McFlurry through a MOBILE ORDER by the way, and still had to wait 15 minutes in the line. But I get it. People are in front of me. What I don’t get is why they was like “ya know what’d be funny? If we make the McFlurry AFTER bro gets to the window.” And I’m assuming they were trained by Helen Keller the way it was just M&M’s thrown on top of a glob of ice cream with a lid that don’t even fit like what kinda situation are y’all in💀💀💀 Jawn got ALL OVER my car and floor mats (Yes they’re made of turf and no I can’t get you any). I was actually so pissed I dedicated like 7 minutes of my life to make this review. Something that I NEVER do. Pictures are below in case you were wondering how blindly they slapped this tomfoolery together. Like what💀💀💀

    I used to come here every single morning. I was spending $100+ a week. The cashiers knew my order before I even Said anything. Don’t get me Wrong I have my Favorite employees They’re who take care of me well but the food is awful! I always get a bagel no bacon. Mocha frappe and medium coffee. Bagel has bacon on it. Hard as a rock so can’t even eat so it goes in the trash. Frappe is like water. Half the time “the machine is down” but employees have said different. I typically don’t write reviews but after coming back to give this a try after not being there for months this is why I stopped coming. I love all you ladies and Jimbo! But I can’t keep wasting money 😩 Also drive through Is awful! Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to speaker a week ago Friday morning.

    They messed up our entire order, and when we tried to tell them that we ordered large drinks instead of mediums. The lady working the drive through became belligerent with us, shoving the drinks into my hands and raising her voice. We didn't see that they missed half the order until we drove away because of her hostility. Easily the rudest exchange I have ever had with any food retail worker. Corporate will be called.

    Teenagers were all over the place in there at. Had a hard time getting my food because of all the kids in the way. Finally one of the workers told them to get away from the counter if your not buying anything. Took my food home and enjoyed it but will not be back in there to dine in.

    Worst McDonald's I have EVER been to. Waited 40 minutes at drive thru only to be greeted by a nasty employee that hated her job. Had an attitude from the start and gave me a hard time. Employee needs fired and I will be contacting corporate. Even lied they were out of receipt paper when I asked so she couldn't be identified. 3 Sep 2023 just before 3am. Even threatened to call police because I was recording video asking for a receipt - KY is a single party consent state and it was in public.

    Food prices have gone up way too much, even the employees talk about how it's outrageous. Service is not the best as we have been through multiple times and they forget multiple items from our mobile order. I just wish they would be more organized especially when it's a mobile order, they have time to get it right the first.

    Excellent work and much appreciated the customer service from the 2 people working. Give these people more credit, they're working a shortage and providing you food with a mile long line... SO WE HAD A Late night stop... thankful this location is 24 hours, the one in Bellevue closed suddenly for the evening. Food was made correct and it was hot. Did wait a long time due to door dash and drive thru limits. We thank you again for your service!! ❤️

    Slow af. Staff are rude and irresponsive. One was hanging around flirting with another customer while I am waiting 30 minutes for a simple brewed coffee ( no additions) just pour and serve... they seem to prioritize drive thru. If you order at the counter it means you are extremely low priority and just have wait forever until somebody feels like preping your order.

    I just drove away from your establishment due to the fact that your drive thru operator ignored me in your lane 2 for 5 other cars in the other lane. when I tried to just go ahead and order inside they had yet to open the doors (its about 630 am) This is the 4th time I have tried to get food from here and the staff is absolutely abysmal. You have successfully lost me as a customer!

    Every time we go here when there's no line in drive through, there's always a problem. There are two lanes and the other lane always gets two cars before one of the lanes. Then, we wait 10 mins and still no service. This happens consistently and I don't recommend going here unless you want to be frustrated.

    This is the worst McDonald’s in town completely trash. Employees act like they don’t know how to do or understand anything no proper training not sure. Fix this store why is Kentucky so awful?
