We were blown away with everything about this amazing hotel. If you want luxury and amazing location, you want this little getaway hotel. Service was beyond what I expected and everyone who worked there had smiles on their faces and said hello before I could. The room was so cute and clean. I feel like you all just gave me my first real getaway experience. Thank you all.

During my stay at this hotel, I had a very unsafe situation happen in the parking lot. The lights were not working properly, leaving the area pitch black and making it extremely difficult to see and navigate. When I exited my vehicle, a white male came up from behind and approached me asking for money. I was caught off guard and extremely spooked. I explained I had no cash on my person and this individual starting yelling and cursing at me. This totally ruined my entire stay at this hotel. It made me feel completely unsafe and very uneasy. The lack of proper lighting in the parking lot compromises the safety and security of all guests. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately, I felt immediate action was not taken properly and was even explained to me that this person had been on the property prior. I spoke to the GM in the morning who apologized and asked me how he could make it right. It should not be my responsibility to tell him how he should make it right. As a GM, he should have told me how he was going to address this issue and make it right. It made me feel very uncomfortable especially having this conversation at the front desk in front of other patrons. As a result, I checked out of this hotel and stayed elsewhere.

The hotel is newer and looks great. The rooms have everything you need. The breakfast is good, but it needs variety for people that stay for extended periods of time. The good selection can be altered a bit more. The housekeeping could be a little more thorough and clean stuff that gets dirty normally instead of asking for stuff to get cleaned and refilled multiple times automatically. There is a small putting green there that is great, but they only have 1 putter with multiple balls. There is a table with a fireplace on it in the courtyard by the pool, I always wanted to sit by it, but I never saw it on. We stayed 20 days. The girls at the front desk were super nice as well as the night manager. We used the outside gas grill once also. Dog friendly hotel with lots of nice guest. Side note: There was an incident where an unknown black male was on the premises looking around and entered the hotel and approached staff in the lobby, and on the floor inappropriately and the police were called in him. The hotel guest weren't informed, ifeel everyone should've been warned. Every now and then when I sat outside I saw a stragglers approach the facility, and one day a homeless guy sat at the curb with his belongings by my 2 cars for a few hours. The police do patrol and drive through the hotel which is positive, but hotel guest should be aware of incidents for safety reasons.

Our family had a unexpected occurrence at our home which forced us to have to stay elsewhere for a period of time. My insurance company recommend 3 hotels in my area. I'm glad I choose The Residence Inn in Covington. Not only were our rooms very accommodating, they were also Pet Friendly accommodating our 2 fur babies. Perfect location to anything we had need of from grocery stores to great access to the freeway. Perfect environment for walks with our dogs. But above all of that...how do you spell hospitality...ALISHA (Daytime), SHAYLA(Weekend) and OLIVIA(Night)! Coming and going was always greeted by these 3 ladies with huge smiles and welcoming conversations. I do travel a lot with my job and I am a Marriott Elite member. I can rightfully say, the hospitality, the general concern these 3 ladies always greeted me and my family with is above top notch! Marriott if you ever do any type of award services for you staff...Please do not look over Alisha, Shayla or Olivia. Because of them our stay was the BEST we have ever had! Thank You Ladies!

Super friendly and courteous staff - from check-in to breakfast attendants. Property is brand new and very well appointed… comfortable and spacious lobby area, large rooms, comfy bed and sizable bathroom and shower area. Highly recommend.

This was a really nice hotel. It opened in January of 2023. I honestly don't have any bad reviews, just common advice being that I am in the property management industry. As far as ratings, the hotel was nice, the breakfast was amazing, there was a great variety, we did not get room service so I can't account for the housekeepers but the room was kept nice, the ladies at the front desk were nice and very helpful, and really overall, it was a great stay. My only advice is that with a new hotel or any new property, you have to stay on top of the maintenance. Our shower curtain was stained, I saw several doors in the hallways that already need to be painted, and there was apparently a leak somewhere because when we first got there, I smelled mildew. As far as the stay, the location, the service, the comfort of the room, we will definitely visit and patronize this hotel again

What a great service in all areas! Great location, great employees, delicious breakfast, clean rooms. They are amazing and is really rear to find hotels like this! Love this hotel!!!!

This hotel is very new, clean, and the check in lady was the best I've had with giving great info about the hotel. We were on top floor which was 6. Quite hotel. Has a pool that is nice and clean.

Great hotel! Great location! Some suggestions: 1. It was raining today and there needs to be a covered area to load and unload your luggage. There is a small overhang but not large enough to park and no place that you can stay dry! 2. The AC was only on auto and would not get cool enough. It was not hot outside but our room was not cooling below 66. There was no options. Only thing you could change was the temp only to 65 and no options for heat or cool. You can change the fan but that didn't help. 3. The rooms are nice and large and beautiful, but the couch is very uncomfortable and hard. Not comfortable at all. Short back and like sitting on a board. Love the colors. We will stay here again but hope these things are taken care of. We talked to the front desk (very friendly and helpful staff) and she said she had suggested the overhang. Thank you! Mark and Lisa Anderson

Had trouble with my reservation but finally got it settled. David was a big help. The rooms are real nice. And there's adequate space around the hotel to walk your dog
