    The worst restaurant in and around covington. Employees don't wear gloves while packaging and touching your food. Employees roll their eyes at you when you ask for your change or even a recipt. They half fill orders and are always put of something even CHICKEN!!!!! I love Popeyes but will never go here again.

    This was the most horrible experience. There was 1 girl Mia Who was working her butt off? While the manager walked around and did absolutely nothing. We waited in the drive through for thirty minutes. When we got home we realized we were missing food. It was just all around a bad experience absolutely do not recommend.

    Worst Popeyes in the area. Inconsistent in every category. I have tried avoiding this place, but I love Popeyes chicken. On my way to work on Tuesdays, I will often get the two-piece deal. If I am not running behind, then I will go out the way to another restaurant, but if I am running behind, I will go to a different restaurant. Trying to be open-minded, I gave it another try. It was crazy from the start. Went to drive thru and was told they would be with me in a moment. It took 12 minutes to get back. When I ordered the meal special, the person didn't know what it was and asked me to hold a moment again. That was around two minutes, then took my order. The chicken was old, but everything else was fine. I couldn't eat the chicken. Looking at the picture, would you? That is not what I am used to. That was the last time

    I ordered online. I think the person taking orders was new. I went to the drive thru, and he instructed me to go in for door dash. I said I had a mobile order, not door dash. It took several minutes for them to ask me to pull forward, that they found my order. The order screen was black, so nothing was visible for people to order from. My order was correct and was fresh. I tried the shrimp for the first time. I liked them, just a tad spicy for my taste. A good amount of gravy on my potatoes. The only thing I didn't like was the dry biscuit.

    I’ve never left a review ever but this is my second time in a row that I have come to this location and they have told me that they couldn’t cook chicken because they had to filter the fryer. They were saying everything was burning which leads me to believe they don’t filter them enough during the week to avoid this issue. I am a kitchen manager so I’m speaking from my point of view. I understand things happen but this is 2 times consecutively at this location. It’s just a bad look for your business.

    I have tried 4 times in past month to go there. One time rice was not done, beans were nor done, and it looked like it was separated or something, terrible food. Today I try again and they had chicken in the window but she said mild has 2 min left and spicy is 10 min after that, then she says she can't sell any out of the window till the other comes out of the fryer. 3 customers came out behind me as I walked out. Place is nasty everything, I don't guess there is any management or care.

    Monica did an excellent job with juggling several tasks & ultimately completing the orders for the very long line in store . In the midst of what seemed to be a chaotic situation ,she was able to keep a smile on her face and even crack a joke or two. Astonished at how dedicated she was to her craft , I told her I hope she’s able to reach her goals of a management level position soon. In conclusion Monica made my first experience in Kentucky a very positive one . I hope this location is able to take care of her for all of her hard work . I’ll be back !

    It looks like it is on its way out: Display screens broken, runny-nosed employee, trashy parking lot, bathroom out of TP and soap. But the food was some sub standard as well. I hope the owner gets busy at improving their store.
