Dr. Roman & his staff are exceptional. Everyone is so nice & he really takes the time to make sure you understand everything. I will never go anywhere else!

I had a wonderful experience. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable about every question I asked her concerning my dad. Dr. Roman was also very nice and pleasant and joyful. He explained to my dad how to take care of his foot, and gave him a lot of different options that were cheaper and told us that we do not have to come back if we did not want to. The care and the people were so excellent that we decided to come back for all of our podiatrist needs and concerns.

Dr. Roman is very professional and efficient. He made sure I understood my foot issue and my options. I will definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I had an appointment for foot pain between my little toe and the next toe to it. Dr. Scott Roman looked at it, said he knew exactly what it was and he would be able to make it better right away. He did. I am grateful. He was quite helpful in describing the cause, simple steps to take to prevent recurrence, and if recurrence occurred how to easily deal with it. Deeply appreciative and I highly recommend them.

I finally called Ankle & Foot Center of America. My favorite Dr. Roman is at the Center I moved near. I call Dr. Roman my Good News Doctor because he explains, makes everything simple & clear. Dr. Roman works on the problem and tells you exactly how to maintain it at home. All is well with my feet. The Staff is great also. They are very caring, thorough in getting everything they need to do done. Really a smooth sailing.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr Roman at the Covington location..., after being patients at other podiatrists covered under our insurance plan where both the podiatrists and their staff provided very poor care and customer service. We are so grateful we found Dr Roman! He is very personable, informative and has provided great care! He takes the time to explain things and we never feel rushed. The staff that assists him in the exam rooms are also personable and make you feel comfortable. The front office staff are nice too. We did have one hiccup with getting a prescription called in/asking a follow up question...., and found that using the portal was not the way to go..., but since then we have had not issues.

Dr Scott Roman was great. He was very knowledgeable, polite and explained things in their entirety for me to understand. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family members.
