I must say, this is THE best run Popeyes I have ever been to. Every employee is kind and works hard to do their best, even when things get hectic. They keep the dining room clean and they serve up your food accurately and quickly. We’ll keep coming back!

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at this Popeyes location. After talking with the manager here, I found out that this location gives veterans, active, and reserve military members a great discount on food purchases or provides the aforementioned member and spouse free entrées with Management's approval. What a deal, and what a way to show support for our current and former troops!

I frequent this particular store because they are one of the best. The best in St. Tammany for sure. It can get a little backed up at the register, the gentleman cashier tries not to miss anything and takes a little more time than others, but it works well since he makes it a public relationship with each customer.

This place is managed very poorly. It takes entirely too long to get an order. They dont offer you bags for some reason, and if you order from Uber Eats it will take 3 hours to receive your order.

The experience overall was horrible. First of all, it took forever to place my order. Second, I was asked to back up behind the line and wait to be given the okay to pull back up. This is a way to keep corporate from knowing how long it really took to receive your food. Cheating is what it's called. Then my receipt had a female name on it but I was addressed by a male. How can I give an accurate review of the person who took my order and money? No greeting in a friendly manner. Just xxxx dollars.

Currently sitting in the drive-thru line. Have been here for over 15 minutes and the line has not moved once. Not the only one in line either. There is nobody in the restaurant. Will never be coming to this location again. Absolutely awful. Just tried to call and ask what the problem was and the girl who answered the phone told me they had no chicken prepared. It is 6:00 on a Saturday night. Then when I asked how long it would take she hung up on me. Never coming here again hope they get shut down.

I did a online pickup order at this location and when I arrived it was busy still doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude and disrespectful towards customers I don’t know the young lady’s name but it starts with a D ill put the receipt on this review but she was the absolute worst customer service worker very slick by the mouth rude and angry no smile or anything just ugly there was a mistake on my order and she didn’t want to fix a young man from the back said just give it to me she rolled her eyes and basically dropped it in the bag upside down the customer in front of me was trying to make sure she had everything being that she had a big order and she said very loudly and rude “i said its all there bye” just a very nasty attitude and i will call the head of management and corporate if i have too I’ve worked in fast food for 17 years and id never allow any one of my employees to act such a way ☹️

Food and staff are great here. I know, Popeye's is Popeye's, but this one the food is seasoned great and seems to use fresh cooking oil. You can tasted the difference! And the staff is always happy,no matter what time of day.

Come in here to order, girl behind the counter Logan was acting in an altered mannered, complaining of how tired she was and told her manager she was leaving at 8pm. Sat down on the floor behind the register. Another customer came in who ordered through drive thru who drove 30 minutes home to find no chicken in her bag and came back in and waited for another 10 minutes or so while staff joked and laughed, talked on personal cell phones, while the manager was chatting with friends or family who had a small infant with them that he was holding. He was also letting his employees curse at him. When we finally got our order, it was missing Cajun rice and sauces. Went back to get the sauces and the girl Logan behind the counter threw them at me across the counter.

This has been one of my best popeyes experience. Long story short I ordered food around Christmas time one the app. I had an emergency come up and left the parking lot. Only to check my bank statement And remember I never picked up my food. I contacted customer service they don’t have a system to refund, but she told me I can go pick the food up. I do not live in the area,but when I finally made it back I went in and prepared to have a negative experience. I had just the opposite great customer service, great food. The manger verified everything and had my food out to me quickly. I highly recommend!!
