Cute place with open air seating. Margarita was pretty good. The guacamole needed salt but had a good texture. The brussel sprout Taco was unique and tasty.

Stopped in for a margarita. Bartender and staff were friendly and accommodating. I was enjoying a good vibe and having a pleasant time until the manager popped in. More like a bull in a china shop. He was loud and condescending to the staff. It was a huge mood killer to see his interaction with the staff. As quick as he arrived, he left. Unfortunately, had already killed the mood. Had it not been for the manager’s attitude I’d given 5 stars. I’m surprised the staff can be so friendly and jovial working in that atmosphere. Kudos to them. BTW, the margarita was very good.

I loved the outdoor seating area. Everything was tasty, especially the Empanada with chimichuri and all the salsas they provide in the salsa sampler. However, it would be great to see some more dishes on the menu, and also they need to add more vegetarian options, one of my friend was vegetarian and she was disappointed with the options. Also, there's a paid parking lot next to it.

Had a great outdoor lunch recently at Frida. The bar tender greeted us quickly and was very friendly, letting us know how to order from the window and to pick any seat we wanted. We had the Frida marg (one Virgin, which was just as good as the OG), the guacamole, ceviche, burrito, and al pastor taco. Everything came out quickly and all were good!

As a table we started with the queso because my friends thought it like it. The queso here is absolutely fantastic. Best I've ever had and if you've ever read any of my other reviews you know I take my cheese VERY seriously. Also had a fish taco and a shrimp taco. They were ok. The tortillas were chewy and frankly, not good. The stuffing wherein was delicious. After those taco I ordered another round of queso just for myself. No draft beer here (bummer). Dessert selection lacking (also, bummer).

Disappointed……expected more authentically flavored and prepared foods. Inexpensive ingredients used as fillers.

Fast, cute, and quality Mexican food in Covington! The margaritas are strong and always served in cute drink ware that looks like cacti! Absolutely love the chicken burrito and the Brussels sprout taco. Frida is perfect for a causal night out with friends or a cute outdoor outing in the summertime.

Perfection on every level! Truly a great experience. The food, salsa and dessert is made thoughtfully and with fresh ingredients. Head and shoulders above any mexican restaurant in Cincinnati and NKY.

This place has such a cute atmosphere. Food-wise, the Vegan Brussels Sprouts Tacos are the best!

Guacamole was good and that is about it. Experience began with a very rude hostess. I was meeting a group of friends and she was just completely rude and unhelpful from the moment I said hello. I finally located my group upstairs and described the 3rd degree interrogation that I got from the hostess and they each had the same experience when they arrived. We had one more joining us and asked to move to a larger table since we were at a 4 top and there were 5 of us We were told they would move us but we had to be finished and out before 7:00 because they had a group coming. Well Allrighty then! I ordered a frozen passion fruit margarita and received a regular one on the rocks. Fine. I'll drink it no biggie. I ordered chicken on my salad and it came without. The most annoying thing was one of my friend asked for no cilantro. It did come without fresh cilantro but one of her tacos came with a sauce that had cilantro in it. When the waitress asked if everything was okay when she took her plate away my friend graciously explained why she didn't eat the 2nd taco. She asked her to please pack it for her to tale home to give to a family member. The waitress came back and said they would make her a new one with the sauce on the side. Nice but unexpected. Well the manager brought it to her and proceeded to lecture her that they put the sauce on the side and that 'we can't just remove cilantro from the sauce'. Okay understood but their waitress should have been familiar and offered an alternative, or the chef should have sent her back to ask when they saw the request for no cilantro. The manager acted like it was my friend's problem/mistake. So overall, the service was just bad. They acted as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to eat there. Wow. We all had a good time, but it was more because of the company/friendship and despite the poor service and mistakes. We'll choose somewhere else next time we meet for dinner. Cross this one off the list.

Fantastic. These tacos were amazing. The salsas are delicious. We got the verde and and mango in the salsa sampler. I’m not always a fan of fruit based salsa, but the mango is great. Balanced with just the right spice. We tried six of the seven tacos on the menu (all but the shrimp). The standouts were the fish, which is pretty traditional but perfectly cooked, and the Brussels sprouts, which is unique and amazing. The sprouts are tasty and have a perfect texture. All the other tacos were great as well. Everything on the menu leans on the spicy side, so people with a very low tolerance for spice might be overwhelmed.

Tacos were decent. The al pastor was a little dry, but the guac and chips were fantastic. If you sit upstairs, you can't beat the view and the atmosphere is lovely.

They have an amazing variety of tacos you can mix and match they look small but are so filling!! I ordered 4 because I couldn't pick what I wanted, 2 would have been good but getting some to take home, nothing wrong with that. Also their chips and salsa and guacamole yumm! The pineapple salsa *chefs kiss*

Little loud. Food is good. Parking is difficult. The nearby parking garage is predatory.

Fantastic restaurant with a welcoming vibe and friendly associates. They were always helpful and willing to serve, the food came out promptly and it was delicious! Each person in our party enjoyed something different from the menu and it was all outstanding! I highly recommend Frida 602 for anyone visiting the area.

What a great dinner. The Brussel sprout tacos were exceptional as well as the jalapeño 🍹 margarita. Make sure to check out the second floor. Great views to the lights and Christmas decorations. Whole area was bustling with good energy!

I wanted to love the place. It's in a nice location but the food was a lot down. This is a place that you would think is thrieving given the excellent location but the food and the service left much to be desired. Our waitress, while friendly, seemed very distracted and so was most the servers seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves rather than focusing on the customers. I saw that not to be true just for my table but witness other tables struggle to get servers attention. Again, I wanted to love this place but was disappointed.

Currently having the Oaxaca chicken sandwich and let me say this is the best sandwich I have had in my life. Pleasantly sweet but hearty. Not too much condiments so they let the chicken shine! Props to the restaurant and the kitchen 10/10!!

we went there before the WEBN fireworks, 7 of us. Andrew the manager was great and very accommodating. The server Steven was in the weeds but our dinner came out great. The food was great. Appetizers, drinks and the entrees were all good. we will definitely be back!
