They were straightforward, reliable, and great to work with. We had to change our plans a little bit in the middle of our trip, and Collin (and Manual) adjusted times, dates, locations and the bill, almost before I could even get off the phone. Highly recommend! (Also, that car let us do and see SOO much that we couldn't have done or seen without one)

Recently rented the dodge challenger for a whole week and had a fantastic experience with them! They were on time, the car was so clean, and I had a minor damage incident and they were incredibly fair and understanding. 10/10 would recommend. Collin was so kind and wonderful to work with.

Reasonable prices but they charge you a 500.00 security deposit just for the reservation (which is fine but not fine at the time of booking) when you are booking months in advance. They say that it's necessary in order "to hold the reservation" but essentially what they are doing is holding your $500 and making interest off it while you pay for the charge on your credit card. This is in addition to paying for the entire cost of the car rental all upfront! Why in the world would someone pay a $500 security deposit (when you are not even in possession of the vehicle) three months in advance just to hold it - in addition to the entire cost of rental? I realize this is a small company but this is virtually unheard of and I rent a lot of cars. The security deposit is always paid/charged at the time you get the keys to the vehicle and sign the paperwork.
