The sign says dining room open 5 am. TWICE now we've found the doors still locked after 6 am. Don't want to open at 5? Or even 6? Fine. Change the sign. Don't lie to me. This place has lost my business.

Came in with my Son. The playroom was at least 95°F. Unbearable. Place was dirty. And the fat cow at the register was lazy and paramountly rude. NEVER AGAIN. EVER. Vote with your $! No more supporting ANY business in Craig CO! Losers!

Very rude drive thru employee, just because I doordash doesn’t mean you get to talk to me like you talk to your other employees at McDonalds. Half the time they will lock their doors at 10PM or earlier so orders cant be picked up.

Pulled my big rig in on the side street. Walked over to get some breakfast at 07:30 am on a Monday morning. Lobby was locked up, but the drive thru was open. This is the second and final time that’s going to happen. Never gonna stop there again !

Locally owned garbage spot. Fries are terrible. Food is over sauced and pouring out of the burgers. Pretty sure someone stuck a finger in the middle of my burger and pushed it in. Would highly recommend passing on this one.

Someone once told me that European cuisine consisted of endless mom-and-pop restaurants strewn across the continent, while American cuisine consisted of corporate chains serving the same food coast-to-coast.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast at 1030, by the time some came to the counter they told me I was to late for breakfast. Grab a couple of cheeseburgers for the road. Was most of the way out of Craig by the time I opened the bag. Buns were burned crispy. I called to complain. Was promised a refund. Never processed.

Despite being short staffed, everyone who works here absolutely busts their butt to make sure that everyone is happy as can be. I went through tonight and yes I had to wait a little bit longer than usual, but there were only three employees and they were absolutely great. Keep it up guys!

The crew working tonight were adults. We were served these fries (soggy and about half the amount of a small fry). It's my husband's birthday today and he actually wanted a soda, Dr Pepper was bitter and obviously out. This is not your standard McDonald's. Seems to lack management. It's about as good as the town is... Beware!

I was in this a.m. and a nice young man came over to help me at the front counter. Everything was great until a coworker ( Management, couldn't see a name tag)came over n absolutely created a problem when there wasn't one to begin with. The cash drawer wasn't prepared as it should be to start a shift. Absolutely no nickels and just a few pennies. He wasn't exactly sure how to give my change back. I was attempting to ask him how much change was due (because, I had change n my thought was, I'll just give him the change! Not an issue). She interrupted me and preceded to over take the cash drawer and gave me the change I was due. He apologized and it wasn't his fault!! He didn't do one thing incorrectly. I felt awful for him because I know he is in the beginning of his shift. She was absolutely rude, disrespectful to myself and to him. She then took cash out to get change from the safe! Well maybe if that portion of her duties was done correctly. This never would of happened!

Nice place for a Sunday treat. Bring the whole family! McDonald's is attempting to rely on the kiosk for orders again. Drive through and internet orders take precedence over walk ins.

Place is extremely clean, friendly, and well staffed. There was a server that found me even though I wasn't visible. Just by the number. The food was fresh and delicious.

Fast service but they always seem to be out of something. Ie no sweet tea, or the ice cream machine is broken. Being to the only McDonald’s in 40 miles should prompt them to do better.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes no movement, parked and whent inside ordered 2 happy meals and a 4 piece wait for over an hour to get it whent at 9:30 pm now it is 10:21 and still waiting to receive food, honestly waste of my time and money. Nothing was stocked in frount area either

I rarely write reviews for McDonald's, but this is an exception... Staff were very friendly and the food was better and fresher tasting than other McDonald's I've had in the past... I was just driving past during a road trip and was pleasantly surprised... I saw many managers on duty and they were actively making sure everything was running smoothly. The chicken nuggets actually were not overcooked like all other McDonald's I've gone to.. keep it up!

Manager hands me my food out the window, not a word! Rude, it’s McDonald’s not like it’s a real important job. I always thought when Chris Nichols sold it, it couldn’t possibly get any worse than it was. I was so wrong… soooo wrong.

The manager Brandon is rude and has a potty mouth in front of small children. Im happy to pay for extras but it was like pulling teeth to get extra sauce even when offering to pay for them.

Allowing multiple young teens in the playground to where my young toddlers couldn't play safely and then them hooting and hollering in the dining area like it was their livinroom. The worst I've ever seen. Just allowing it. Honestly drive through will be our only route from now on. My 3 year old acted better than the 15 teenagers jumping over tables and acting crazy. Also couldn't even get the managers attention when at the counter. He was more worried about drive through, which I understand to an extent. But after asking for help 5 times it's just rude.

Took them 30 or more minutes to even get the food out the door! Spicy chicken deluxe... absolutely disgusting. Cold soggy but rubbery.. it was like chewing on wet cardboard! And don't even get me started on the mcflurry! The one that was practically half empty and had someone else's hair in it. The whole experience was just disgusting and very annoying!

I’m at the nicest I am his family that was having ice cream. It was such a pleasure. No employees to be found trash cans for Bluetooth on cheeseburger. Terrible limp old french fries would not suggest is McDonald’s.

Went through the drive thru and got some drinks. Staff was very fast and nice.

The food has been Hot and Ready! Very Good

They suck. Most days rude, or forget something you ordered. Or mess up your order.

Staff had attitudes , I get being understaffed but please so not let customers in the lobby hear what is going on back there took 20 minutes for two chicken Mcgriddles and one sausage McMuffin

Hunting all week we ate breakfast here. I can't say enough praise about the young guy and gals that took our orders. They were more than happy to oblige. Extra napkins ETC with so many options in restaurants it was the fact that they ensured the order was correct.

The reason I complain and give it one starr its because pretty much there's one worker that makes him self look like if he's racist because he kicks mostly every teen boy of girl out of there loby

The employees are polite and workers and friendly,,, But thier shirts are absolutely filthy dirty same shirts on all week. This is a management problem

Food was hot and tasty. Service in drive-thru was quicker than usual and accurate. Love that they now have coke icees. Yum.
