Ordered 2 pizzas and an order of tots for dinner tonight. As you can tell in the picture the pizza is overcooked and tasted awful. The tots came out “extra crispy” too. Very frustrating

We had received awful customer service. We made a order of food and everything was received except for the ranch, so we called dominos and he kindly ensured us that the driver would come back with our ranch. We waited all night waiting for the ranch as it never came. The next night we ordered from the same store again and in this experience they forgot our garlic sauce that we paid extra for. At this point we were disappointed that they had forgot our sauces two nights in a row. We called the store again and explained to them the issue, that they forgot our sauce both nights... the manger in response starts yelling over me on the phone saying that they never forgot anything with our orders. The manager was constantly talking over me, not listening to anything I was saying and not assuring that they would bring our sauces for our pizzas. Then he hung up on us when I asked him to let me talk and to stop cutting me off when I was asking him to bring the items that we were missing. We called back, out of frustration for the awful customer service and the extremely rude employee. Unfortunately this will prevent us from ever ordering from this location again.

An update to my previous review, I had before voiced my frustrations about not getting all if any of the sauces we ordered or that were supposed to come with the sides and this happening far too often. I can gladly say that my experiences since that review have much improved. 🙂 The sauces are coming with the food and the food has been delicious. 👍 If you are in the mood for some good pizza I would recommend ordering from this Domino's.

I ordered 3 med pizzas, I usually check them when I pick up. This time no. Got home. Crust wast burnt.

I travel a lot and I like that I can order Domino's wherever I am and get what I expect. Plus, you can save do much money with the app and the online coupons, AND you earn points towards free pizza with every order. Win! Win! Win!

This dominos had very good customer service. I called them because I messed up the time to pick up my order, and they ended up being accommodating so that it was timed perfectly (dominos app didn’t have the time I needed, because I ordered too late). We were driving through town and it just ended up being perfect

I was in town for one night on a motorcycle trip and had pizza delivered to the Hampton Inn and Suites in Craig. Prices were reasonable and it arrived quickly and hot. My delivery instructions were followed precisely. Not sure why, but this pizza was much better than when I get in my hometown. Keep up the good work!

This Domino's quality is usually good. The service is normally pretty quick too.

Customer service awful oreder online got to the location over one hour of waiting and the person working at this location told me they had not yet started my oreder total time two hours of placing my order and I had to cancel my order. horrible service.

My experience with Domino's was mainly back in the early '80s, being a poor student in College. Back then, well.... it was edible, and for 10 bucks you could get a pizza delivered to your dorm room. Ok, seriously.. back then Domino's pretty much sucked, but it was handy. Today they are doing it right. SO MUCH better! We were Pizza Hut patrons up until a couple of months ago when Pizza Hut was shuttered here in our little town. Never ordered from Domino's because of my college experience. I was wrong. If I just would have put aside my 40 year old bias, we would have just done Domino's from the start. The pizza always arrives hot, something that was pretty hit and miss from Pizza Hut, and always arrived within the time frame promised. I apologize Domino's. I was wrong for so many years!

Well they have got their prices up but have yet to follow through with any additional ingredients. Plenty of room for improvement here but it was done on time. With pizza rut closing, Dominoes business had to increase 20-30% so hopefully they can improve.

I ordered a crispy thin crust pizza and received this after waiting 2 1/2 hours. All the edges were burnt and it’s not even sliced right plus I didn’t get my extra cheese and sauce I paid for. I’m a huge fan of dominos but after this experience I’m not sure they’ll see me much more

Really good option for pizza around here. Good competition for everyone else. Pretty consistent food and plenty of choices.

Thought the pan pizza was good if if they are pretty skimpy on the toppings. Cutting back on toppings and raising prices is no way to get repeat business.

We order delivery often, have never been disappointed. The one time awhile back when our wing order was messed up, a manager made a special trip to deliver the corrected food. Great customer service.

Waited 2 hours and didn't show up. Called in to cancel order. Last time I ordered from them pizza barely had any toppings, he'll parts of pizza didn't have cheese on it.

Typical fast food. It's OK, not great. Still don't appreciate getting my pizza opened up outside in a wind storm for covid stupidity. Retards set up their customer pickup table outside on the sidewalk.

Everything was delivered quickly and the food was proper and was very hot when I got it I was impressed

I ordered a large thin crust pizza last night with 3; toppings. When I got the pizza it had very few toppings and they were just in the very middle. Also there were very small pieces cut along with great big pieces. Like whom ever made this pizza did not know what they were doing. I stopped by the next day to speak to the manager and show him a picture of the pizza. He agreed it was not done good at all. But did nothing about it to make it right. He just offered excuses as to why it might have been done that way. I told him several times tis was unacceptable and I was not happy about it. Not a happy customer at all. My husband and I each took a piece before I thought about taking the picture.
