Lovely staff, huge range of bakes and one of the best brownies I had in a while! They’ve a nice system where someone can pay for an extra coffee called a suspended coffee and then you can just ask for one for free at the till, no questions asked. Plenty of table space too.

The eating area in the new South Lakes Sports Centre is a true joy. I have to praise the person(s) who choose the furniture in this area.They are easily the most comfortable seats I have ever sat on.The high and low chairs support you just right even after moving around in them.Despite being under considerable pressure the lady who served me was lovely as was the lady who brought my coffee down to me. Very well done all.

A busy coffee shop inside the main entrance to the leisure centre. Lovely bright and spacious area on the ground floor. Windows on one side look onto the lake. The cafe is well stocked with various pastries, tray bakes, sandwiches and other healthy options. The coffee is good and the staff are very pleasant.

Great food, lively atmosphere as the cafe is part of the South Lakes Leisure Centre. The range of products on offer means something for everyone. It can be busy.

The entire complex is awesome the restaurant is well named the food is excellent the staff go the extra mile. My tip is go for the homemade fresh scones they are a main course on their own. The daily specials are well worth the money.

Located within the South Lake Leisure Centre for me it is good spot for a bite to eat. One of the few local places that do fresh gluten free sandwiches and toasties. Seating areas can be busy at peak times, but very spacious and has a nice view overlooking the lakes.

Very open plan space, always really busy, maybe slightly more expensive than your average cafe but never been disappointed and obviously a great location.

Staff are most welcoming and friendly, the food is excellent and very reasonable. Scones are particularly tasty and great value for money

food is relatively nice but we ordered a small chip and it has taken 40 minutes to come to our table
