This place should be shut down. Last 3 times have been shocking. Order is wong everytime. 1st time, the food was cold, to which I got blank looks and another burger made inside 2 minutes which was even colder, the Bap was literally out of the bridge it was cold. 2nd time they sold me chili cheese bites, which NO cheese... see pictures. They also gave my burger to the car in front, who had ordered a chicken burger, the girl was standing in front of me saying "hopefully he doesnt notice and drives on".... he noticed!! then when he opened it in front of her, shje confirmed it was my burger and tried to wrap it up and give it to me! I had to reminder A that it was just opened and touched by someone else and B were in the middle of a pandemic. and thid time same girl didnt give me my burger when I ordered a whooper meal... and claimed I only ordered a chip and a drink??! How this place is still in business baffles me.

Burger King in Craigavon was lovely food. Had to wait a while but worth waiting to get hot food. A bit more expensive than McDonalds but def better food.

Went to drive thru as it wasn't busy Ordered the Argentinian Angus meal it cost £8.99 and for what it was it was vastly overpriced. Now I know why its usually empty when you pass with prices like that I'm not surprised. 29 fries was exactly what I got and a burger that looked nothing like the picture on the menu board plus a coke that was half filled with ice. I hope they keep that money safe cause its the last they will ever get from me You would need a bank loan to bring kids in there

This must be one of the worst Burgerking outlets in the country! I rarely go unless I have to but today is the last time I’ll be back there, the place is run by young kid’s unsupervised or if it is it’s by someone who hasn’t an idea how to manage a fast food outlet! We cued for 15 minutes before our order was taken as there was only one till open, we waited another 15 minutes for our food which was called out from behind the counter like a cattle market, dispite having asked the staff 3 times for the fans to be turned off we had to sit and eat our food in very cold conditions which cooled our food down to it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. No social distancing at all people tramping all over each other trying to get in and out. So today was the last for us at burger King in craigavon…

Waiting for the food 30m, order wasn't put through. No offer of reduced price of meal. Only refund. Terrible staff carrying on in the office & kitchen

I do like the occasional fast food burger and would rate Burger King higher than others in the sector. Slower than some but not an issue this time because the food was hot.

Burger King in Craigavon have friendly, professional staff. They have the nicest chips and the best burgers of any fast food outlet, these are proper burgers that will leave you feeling full. great service would recommend.

Missing burger from online delivery. Rang the Craigavon stores and I was advised to get in touch with Just eat instead of sorting it out themselves.Poor customer service experienced, lunch ruined! Will not used this stores again!

This was the worse Burger King I have been in and lately none have been great!. I keep giving it another chance but I think I'm done... I went up to order while the hubby went to get a table..none were clean. He went up to the desk to ask for a cloth and got a grunt in response...no "sorry we'll get that sorted" or any sort of reply! she just told another lad to clean them. I was ordering and the lad kept touching his lip. I thought at first he was picking his nose but I wish he was! He was picking at a coldsore!! Thankfully he was only on till service but come on...have some sort of hygiene code!!!. Our order was called out and was just left for us to sort which was which!. The food was just warm... NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

Slow. Like really slow no matter when you go. Never have vegan range and end up stuck in drive though waiting 20 mins on 2 cars in front. Also really expensive compared to McDonald's and the portion of fries are just laughable. Never again :(

Always better food than McDonald's but went here tonight at 8.20pm and was told via the drive in speaker that it had closed at 8pm, despite Google showing closing time of 11pm.

As expected. Good food and nice service

Pretty good for a fast food. It's easy to access and central in the shopping complex. Service was quick, pleasant and friendly. Food was served hot as expected.

There was only 1 person getting served in front of me and my Fries and Burger were barely Warm and the Service was very slow even the Customer in front of me said what would it be like if the place was packed I won’t be going back.

As for the burgers, it's a mistake not worth the money when you get your order the burger looks like someone just burnt the bun throwing in some lettuce and some reheated chicken... Big minus burger Yummy bacon fries chicken for kids is a big minus but what do you expect... service incomprehensible and not helpful at all when picking up the order when I asked and a straw for a drink The Asian looked with great reproach what's funny... generally, there are no surprises, but rather a disappointment as usual I won't be back again for sure two stars only for the tasty fries with pieces of bacon, the rest is not worth the price and time.

It is never a great experience. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but how many times should you forgive such incompetence? The order is always wrong, and the staff seem clueless. There is no point in addressing their errors as it will only be met with a blank expression and, therefore, a waste of time. Repeated disappointment 😞 ended up spending double more than anticipated as the girl put through an order of her own. Regretfully ate the food we were given as I didn't have any faith the issue could be resolved. Lesson learnt, won't be back.

Very tasty burgers as always wish had it in my town kids meals are very good also

2nd time in a week and it was lovely , all the food is cooked on order not sitting waiting to get bought . So was really hot .

Usual standard for fast food. Better variety than its big competitor. On that day, was quite relaxing & not over crowded.

I’m not saying I really care about the ice cream machine, but it’s always broken. Every time I have been to this Burger King, it had been broken. Another thing is that all the burgers are dry and don’t look anything like how they’re advertised. It was really disappointing, as i was looking forward to trying the delicious looking burger, but then receiving a dry, sad looking one. The tables are so messy, as if they never clean them. And there are chips all over the floor.

Food was hot/warm, service was fine. Eating area needed a clean. Some unexplained problem with toilet access.

First and deff the last time here. Over priced madly small portions of very lower than average taste food. Do not recommend what so ever.

Burger King remains the best of the fast food burger chains. The bonus with Craigavon is the decency and helpfulness of the guy taking the orders and serving at the window. Thanks

Very disappointing place to eat. Food was half cooked last time I went there. The staff have personalities they must have left at home.

Very slow working staff at the front and grumpy….standing and chatting away. Stopped taking orders and there is a big queue of nearly 15 people and orders in preparation were 3. Very bad place no cleanliness.

i saw the Argentinian Gourmet burger on an add somewhere and made it my mission to try it out, so i popped in at my local BK on my way home from work on the 16th of November 2021. I made my order and was initally surprised at the price of £6.99 for just the burger but was not disappointed. It was huge, and full of flavor yes I felt the name fitted although never ate Argentinian food. I believe it was the tastiest burger I ever tasted at least that I could remember, The Waitress was also very pleasant and professional , would def recommend.

This place is brutal- doesn’t open a minute past 8pm even though it says it’s open to 11pm- Gluck to anyone trying to get a burger from here.
